Maybe I don't know everything about transferring forum ownership, but wouldn't that put all the 430+ members at risk of losing some of their private data to whoever holds the forum as collateral? If they don't have full control of the forum, then it's not a good collateral. If the DO have full control, then there's potential abuse. It's one or the other. You basically transfer the domain and the stuff on his server to yours. But he can still keep a copy of the files, and files aren't sold easily, lol. I can prove the site worth along with anything else you need. Just contact me. The transfer process is fairly easy and you will lose no data during the transfer of the domain and website. The files would be useless to me as I wouldn't have the domain that the members go to. It is fairly easy to turn and sell the site, I would sell it myself and use the money but I want to keep it so this is how I am doing it. Thanks!
