I would have said something about ETC but it seems to be just a Blackcoin-qt fork with no changes and an exchange scheme starting in 2015, which is more than my hourly favorite intervals to look after.

My previous picks are going up, 420 is again available for up or down, nothing new to look after, but I have my eye on some candidates.

This looks fun. Everyone is always looking for the huge payouts. But unless you're on the inside with the ones that manipulate these markets, or get lucky, the reality is that you do much better if you just shoot for making a large number of "small" profit trades. For example, trade $100+gains 10x with an average of about 7.72% profit and you've doubled that to $200.

For those that can't or don't want to "day trade" and are on other exchanges, NXT has gone through what seems to be a typical cycle for it and is back down to a level where it's probably good to buy some. Last time I bought at about 5800 and a couple weeks later sold for 7xxx I think it was. There's also NXTTY that could be looked into. I had bought some previously at 600 and sold at around 720 (it did go higher than that) and it's currently back down to around that level. I haven't checked on the status of it though to see if it's still worth buying at that price but it's a potential one to look at. Both those are more along the lines of coins to buy and hold for a few weeks before selling.

Well someone else has to pump it. I don't pump coins, I just post the current price at specific times to show explosive picks when someone else starts to pump them.

EXCL has very low volume and a high price gap. Opening positions and closing with this kind of unreliable volatility will mostly cause losses.

When EXCL will begin pumping, you will see it here, maybe...

I just remembered to check your math... if you make 7.72% each time you reinvest principal and profit 10 times over, without incurring fees you get:

(100% + 7.72%) ^ 10 = 210.36

From my picks analyzed so far, by using your method, you would have taken profit on 7 out of 9 picks in less than an hour. The other two were 0% and +2.94%

Apparently Ryan beat me on his two picks by about an hour. My bots were not registering the coins because they were terribly low in volume at that hour and later got picked up as the pump progressed. He even got a super sweet profit of up to 2 BTC.

The market felt really poor today, Friday and all, maybe too much effort into the cannabits...

However, I have sufficient information to offer a trading method:

Hourly spikes go up to 120% of the start price, daily spikes reach up to 140% of the start price. Of these, half of the coins should be sold before 110% or they drop down in value. Using the values in red, you can do the following:

1. Buy X coins at 100%
2. Sell X/3 coins at 107%
3. Sell X/3 coins at 110%
4. Sell X/3 coins at 118%
5. PROFIT!!!

If you don't sell within the hour, wait longer or lower prices for the remaining coins. Look at the price you get the coins at, if you pay more than 10% of the price I listed, clearly it's too late.

Now I could list something like: Nobody in the group that doesn't exist that I didn't create gained 887% this week! Don't join now!

In reality, it would be closer to 22% of risked funds. Even worse, look at the splits, you will have a third of the coins selling below 107%, even below your purchase price, or worse, price goes up to only 117% then drops and you sell lower. It takes some effort to get this right, if you want to keep it simple:

1. Buy X coins at 100%
2. Sell X coins at 107%
3. ? ? ?
4. Sell at whatever price when 107% fails
5. PROFIT!!!

Wow, much insight, many smart, such interesting!

Looking at the picks in this thread, this is the price evolution curve in hours:

As you can see, it's critical to time and lock down profits in the first hour as the market will correct itself (dump fear + expecting dumpers).

If you entered a bad position by chance or timing, you might need to wait up to 5 hours to recover your loss.

However, if you didn't diversify your pumps, you might not be able to participate in concurrent pumps by keeping your open position.

Taking small profits very often will grow your wallet slowly. If you get dumped on, there is hope still.

Good call. I've just went in heavily into DOPE (https://bittrex.com/Market/Index?MarketName=BTC-DOPE), it has not begin serious trading yet and it's already on the front page of Bittrex with >70 BTC daily volume. It's a rare opportunity to get early in the coin, site launched just now.

SSD has been dumped and is ready to go up, but it's slightly up already.
XST has been infused with about 20 BTC yesterday that has yet to leave the market, so for it to go up it needs some "help", otherwise it will go down.

It's important to design, implement and test your ideas. Here I analyzed 15 dumps that my system detected and the average evolution of the prices. These are in the last 2 days, I did not post all of them as I was usually away, but let's have a look anyway (down spikes are hour markers, ignore them).
- first hour after a dump, the price might go further down below 95%, you might even want to chicken out of the trade, because you can't time it perfectly.
- second and third hours, the price will correct itself to our regular tiny profits of 7-10%, this is the best time to finish our position
- the next 3 hours are a slow return to previous pre-dump price

To summarize, whenever a dump is in progress, prepare to slowly buy into the dip in the first hour, and then dump in the next two hours.

Just in case you didn't know this already, this is a game of numbers. If you are a gambler and only remember the good events as is humanly normal, you won't understand much from trading:

Remember I discussed a few posts back about the price levels to pick when selling for collecting the average profits safely. There will be more details on how to close the sales...

Over the last 4 days, I provided 39 picks. Some days were emptier as I was afk. I also accidentally deleted a report post for the 17th, but I have the coins logged in a table. Anyway, I leave you with this:

- 33% average estimated profit within a day
- 8% actual profit within the first hour
- lots of cool charts and numbers

1911% PROFIT not made by the trading group that I didn't create in just 4 days

It's very easy, it took me less than 5 days to refine the method to a simple 5 step process. You don't even need to manipulate the market, someone else already does it very often. Here's an example: https://bittrex.com/Market/Index?MarketName=BTC-AXR (good buying@111 situation right now).

There are already pump groups with short term or long term strategies, you can join one. I also found in these 4 days that there are individuals that do similar things to what I showed in this thread and they get great numbers but they never go public.

My suggestion to you, stop thinking like a gambler and start thinking like a market analyst. Look back at your actions, are they those of a gambler or an informed analyst? Do less of the first type and more of the second type. I am going to give you the secret to my strategy, the idea that you must understand to zag when everyone else zigs:

Sometimes, to make profits in this area, it takes manipulation of either the market or the screenshots provided. I don't do any of those things. I only do real open, transparent reporting and I am going to do exactly what you want.

I will show you real trades. My bet is, you still won't be happy. You still will be unhappy for some reason, of my activity. Even when I consistently show that taking all the picks I provided would give on average an 8% profit over almost 40 trades. Just watch, I will do exactly what you propose, and you still won't be happy.

Yes, the analysis of applying my simple 4 step method over the 39 trades yields an 8% profit on average. For each trade. Obviously, you can't put the trades back to back, but if you could, it would give you 1911% profit total.

Also I let my bots trade for me. If you look at the image, you can see 26 trades totaling 9.88$ in the span of 5 hours, while I was out visiting my family. On these the profit margin is about 5%. That's 2.4$ profit a day without looking at the screen. That is for a single coin, there are many coins out there...

Is there any new valid criticism that you might have?

I did not say I make 2$ a day. Please read carefully. Salt costs less than 1$ per kilogram here, I would be able to salt all year long with 2$.

How do you know how he personally trades? - He might just be a very good programmer with a good idea to help day traders. Maybe Bitcointalk CEO doesn't even use Bitcointalk, he had a good idea.

I tried to contact Cryptojerk and figure out why he is not trading and not interested in trading but still looking at my threads, he didn't reply. He also seems to have a weird problem where numbers from different things get jumbled together and he expresses them in a random unrelated order. He might also have indigestion and needs to swear a lot. Until I can communicate with him, I can't but say... HATTERS GONNA HAT!

Thank you everyone for checking out my thread, it was clear that I wanted to test out my method and was not actually providing trade information. I will close this for now as I have the method needed to continue.
