to the moon. you will NOT regret it, its smokey with the right amount of burn, mix it with melted butter for a buffalo sauce (use a small pad of butter). you can combine killerswarm or hornetbomb with soy sauce to create an absurdly sweet and spicy chinese style dish. possibilities are endless

Got my shipment, thank you!  Honestly my favorite one so far is the Bee Bomb, even though it's mild, the jalapeno and lime flavors are really good.  The Hornet Bomb is also really tasty, but I would gauge the heat on that one closer to 8 or 9/10.  I haven't tried the Killer Swarm yet, but I will when I have the desire to burn my face off.

Why international shipping price is so big

It actually isn't. You'd have to pay much more if you used the economy shipping from a big website like amazon or overstock for an internationall order. I got my package extremely fast for what I paid for shipping. I was surprised with the speed, given that packages I've ordered from merchants within my continent often take more than a month to be delivered. Plus the sause is easily the best tasting hot sauce I've tried.

Here is the deal, I like hot stuff... crushed red peppers and whatnot... but I do not enjoy the kind of vinegar taste or Tabasco tasting things... That being said, what should I buy?

You should buy Atomic Splitter. That stuff is so hot you won't be tasting anything for days!

Yep! If you like hot stuff, you should like this one. I'm not a fan of the vinegar taste of Tabasco either, although their green sauce is not half bad if a simple flavor boost is needed. (chipotle) The Atom Splitter is different, I could't quite place the flavor when I first tried it. My wife thought it was Habanero but after reading the label, "Black Moruga Scorpion", WTHF?! I didn't even read the ingredients before ordering.  :D Had too google.. those are some nasty looking buggers! Be careful though, that first taste.. hmm, not so bad, POW! It gets pretty intense, one of those have to keep eating sort of deals. Kind of like Flaming Cheetos if you've ever had those damned things.. must.keep.going.

The green Jalapeno sauce is good as well. Taco Fuego, not HOT hot but very tasty.

Just a clarification. This stuff is much hotter than Flaming Cheetos.. much hotter! (also way hotter than crushed peppers) If you don't like really hot stuff, I'd suggest you try one of his less powerful sauces first. But, if you like it smokin' hot, order away. I think it has a warning label, heh, let me go check. Nope, just says "consume responsibly".  :)

First off, I would try beebomb! That is excellent for beginners. Crushed red peppers are about a 0.5/10 on my personal heat level. The sauces on my site are rated accordingly with heat. There are no STRONG vinegar tastes in my products other than maybe taco fuego.

Interesting. I'm running out of my favorite hot sauce (Mike and Diane's Ring of Fire (http://www.mikeanddianes.com/engine/cart/details.aspx?id=2)) and would like something similar to fill it's spot. Reasonably hot but not enough that you can't taste the smokey flavor. Which of yours would you recommend for something like that?

Im about 1/2 way through my first bottle and I'd say a very good compromise between heat and flavor. Will reorder!

Bee Bomb: Delicious taste, many uses, non fire-breathers will consume it. (READ: The girlfriend loved it)

Hornet Bomb: Classic habanero flavors. Honey balances it well. Consumable in quantity. Sandwiches, eggs, etc.

To the moon: A perfect blend of heat & flavor. Smokey & rich.  This will be the first bottle to go empty, I can tell now.

KillerSWARM: If you consume this and don't break a sweat, you're a robot. That said, I absolutely love the taste of it.  Will be diluting this one and using in recipes.

Pexpepper Taco Vuego Saladdressing
Smooth with a touch of spice

Small bowl for one person salad

- extra vergine olive oil
- lemon juice

Take some Philapelphia with a little olive oil, a squeeze of lemon juice and of course Taco Vuego sauce. Stur until you have a smooth sauce.

Thank you for your high quality sauce! Hubby & I have been enjoying the gift-set since X-mas. I think our favourite flavour-wise so far is the Hornet Bomb.  Killer swarm was also very delicious. It really makes for a nice spicy stir-fry.  It is not the hottest sauce we've tried, but definitely the hottest by far that is extract-free.     

Funny story - This morning I was having some leftover chicken & eggs for breakfast.  Decided to put some of the Hornet Bomb sauce on and I used it pretty liberally. Well...  reading is fundamental. I took the wrong bottle and put the Killer Swarm sauce on by accident. Oops!  That woke me up more than the coffee did. lol

the taco fuego could use some heat sir. it's tasty, but has no zing. It could use a little zing.

Atom Splitter beats Killer SWARM. When I received my sauces from PexPeppers I tasted the Atom Splitter first. I ate a teaspoon full (that's what I usually do with hot sauces) and my mouth went numb for 5 minutes :P. I tasted the KillerSWARM afterwards but it just tasted like tomato sauce (because my mouth was still numb from the Atom Splitter.

I personally make everything you see on pexpeppers.com so yes they are hand made in a commercial kitchen by yours truely. a quick review is they are all natural and mostly pepper purees with honey as a sweetener and to balance flavors.

I recently purchased "KillerSWARM Moruga Scorpion Sauce" - and WOW it lit me up. Despite it being insanely hot, it had a really good taste. That was my 2nd order from pexpeppers so far...I will be back for a third soon.

Order received today, I only just took a small taste of To The Moon so far but the smell alone of these is amazing! It smells like I cooked it up myself with fresh ingredients. I cant wait to fire up the grill!

Also Id like to give a major customer service kudos. I ordered the Hornet sauce (among others) and apparently they sold out (maybe multiple orders went online at once) so I was refunded the money AND given the To The Moon as replacement. I was not expecting this and would have been perfectly fine with a refund or just waiting on new stock but I think PexPeppers went above and beyond and for that reason I will be buying more as well as recommending this to some friends.

This really depends on how tolerant you are to the hontess of such sauces. It's definitely not the sauce to 'get started' on. I've been trying extreme sauces since summer last year, gradually moving from mild to hotter sauces. Right not it's pretty easy for me put a whole lot of this sauce in my food and eat it comfortably, that wasn't the thing last year though.

Pex's heat scale is pretty accurate I'd say (coming from a hardcore hot sauce person)

The taco fuego I could drink from the bottle whereas the to the moon would send me to the hospital.

Take an oven-bowl and put in there (cut in pieces):
- 1 plum
- 1 paprika (yellow)
- some cherry tomatos
- some fresh rosemary
- oregano (dryed)
- garlic
- feta cheese
- extra vergine olive oil
- bit of fresh lemon juice
- and most important some pexpeppers Hornetbomb sauce

Take another bowl with some olive oil and (white) fish, add some spices to the fish

Put the bowls in the oven at 180 degress celcius for about 20 minutes or so, cook some rice in the meantime.

Enjoy a healthy, hot and spicey meal with a sweet touch of the plum and lemon.

All those pics are making me want to buy one RIGHT NOW.  What would you guys recommend?  I normally don't use strong spices, black pepper is my norm. :P

i am pretty sure that im tolerant to spicy food as i eat it really often and i never had a meal that was too hot for me, i also dont live in mexico so that makes me doubt whether it would fit me

yes its very possible, has a nice mango smack behind the burn of the peppers. remember none of my sauces are extract based because, well thats just not natural.

That sounds very tempting, but I like to have whole canned chillies or a sauce.

a trick I learned early on in life when messing with REALLY hot stuff is to use a toothpick for dosing. ie, two toothpick dips to heat a batch chili etc etc

around a year for the fruit based ones (red rage, atomic purple, atom splitter, singularity, blackberry supernova) and 2 years for the non fruit ones (hornetbomb, killerswarm, beebomb, taco fuego, to the moon)

Today I cooked with some Trinidad Scorpion Jelly. Cut the hamburgermeat in half and put some serious amount of jelly on it (and some extra TruffleSalami). BBQed it and made me an awesome hamburger. Damn this stuff is gooood. No direct inferno during eating, you start to cry and then after a few minutes you're on fire!
