Dunno, don't really pay much attention to the stats though I'm sure others will be able to tell you.

Legendary:   Activity: the Legendary membergroup has no universal activity requirement.
You are guaranteed to become Legendary somewhere between 775 and 1030 activity,
but the exact point in this range at which you become Legendary is random per user.
Gets 5 gold coins under his name of which the last is half dark blue.

Since you get 14 activity points per 14 days, that equates to 1 point per day.

The soonest you can get Legendary status is between 775 and 1030 days (2.1 and 2.8 years)

You need a minimum of 775 posts/activity for Legendary, but even that is not guaranteed as the time is random when you achieve the level so could be much more than that.

I'm still quite a bit away from Legendary myself. Getting closer, though...I'm past 600 activity ;)

But yeah. At least 2 years. If you're planning to scam or sell the account, you're going to be spending an awfully long time!

Didn't realize it was so luck based when you got to that level.

Barely approaching the hero member mark here and its felt like forever ;D

As you can see, it'll take about 2 years. Maybe more.
If this is your main goal, it will take more and you will feel like it took even more.
If you want to be here, be useful, spend the time good, then you will be shocked that so much time passed so fast.

Just my 2 satoshi.

I guess it would seem that way if you are posting to gain levels.

When I joined, the "Legendary" rank didn't exist.  I didn't keep track of my level - I just posted because I was interested and enjoyed the conversation.

I guess I'm posting that if you don't watch the clock, the school day will go by faster.  :)

I found it hard to belieave that you are really selling your legendary account and you didn't connect since July.
A lot of people are doing their best to not reveal their real/main accounts while they are selling but you are doing the total opposite , and I'am pretty sure you don't want Negative trust on your profile .

So I would just say that you have something against this user and you want from people to Neg trust him ?. (I hope nobody will)

Gleb Gamow is PG. I think he intended that as more of a joke, though, to be honest...

Didn't mean it that way. Otherwise I would make 14 posts and disappear for two weeks  ;D

Meant to the say the Bitcoin journey has been so crazy since I started that it feels like forever ago.

But I definitely agree that not watching the clock/activity, will make it go by faster  ;)

Not sure if you are serious about this or not. Either way this is technically a way to "become" a legendary member faster then any of the above calculations

It's my account alright, and it's seriously for sale. There's no underlying monkey business afoot. Will only sell via escrow.

Did you make some kind of agreement to never use that particular account again?

It was (is?) kept under escrow as collateral for a loan. I'm not sure about the details, but it should fairly easy to do your own research on this. PG / Gleb Gamow doesn't keep secrets (his own or others'). Easiest way is probably to ask him directly.

The PG account does have quite a history. I'm not sure if that makes it more or less valuable.  ;D

Edit: I Found some references for you:
Case in point, I'm in debt to BurtW to the tune of $2,700 (was $3K, but made one payment) for an unfortunate stunt I pulled involving an AMT miner, having spent the check from the UPS oppose to redirecting it to where it was suppose to go due to maintaining my household (normal expenses, sans any drugs, alcohol, other vises, etc.). At this penning, I've already missed September 15th's $300 payment, with the next 15th fast approaching. The only saving grace is that I offered up my Phinnaeus Gage account for collateral for the kind loan from BurtW.

Wow this thread just reminded me, what ever happened to Phinnaeus? Did he say wether he was gOing out did he just vanIsh one day?
He needed a loan from BurtW and used his account as collateral. From the looks of it he has not yet repaid the loan and I would not be entirely surprised if the account has since been sold

The above is accurate, except for the part of the account being sold. BTW, I would entertain selling it to pay off the balance and pocket the change, with BurtW acting as escrow if anybody's interested.

I think your price expectations might be a little high
