hello,
most of my rigs (all RX 4G) have the GPU 0 that doesn't work on ETH.
with the --eth_4g_max_alloc=374 parameter, are all GPU not supposed to work, even if it is at a lower hashrate?
win 10 driver 20.5.1

PS: on 6 rigs, only one have all it's graphic cars mining, still on phoenix miner where the others don't work on the miner. Same windows version, same drivers, same cards as other rigs...

my windows defender says there is a virus in lolminer.exe from the 1.12 folder.
I downloaded it from here

Hello,
with 1.12 everything works fine for few hours, then some GPU start failing (mining ethash on W10 with RX).
It didn't happen with 1.11
The problem is that the emergency scrypt does not work, it says " 'unkown' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. "
But my emergency.bat is working, if I launch it manually, it kills the miner and restart it.
Anyone has an idea to at least make the emergency.bat launched automatically?

hello,
is it possible to use with ethman?
I use --apiport 3333
no password in ethman, but it doesn't work (my ethman work as it worked with claymore and phoenix)

Today 17 October 2020. In Windows 10 4GB cards no more works on PhoenixMiner 5.1c  Try to use another miner and write down here if success I have 2 rigs that works, I don't know why them and not the others... |

Hello,
i have a problem with my rig under win 7 (3x 470 4Go)
It worked longer whith blockchain driver + claymore than my win 10 ones, but when I updated to driver 20.5.1 + phoenix, I only have 10 Mhs for every GPU.
They are in compute mode so the problem does not comes to that.
Is it a known problem for win 7?

Hello, I tried the v3, cuda 10 and cuda 8, and for both, windows message "miniz.exe is not a valid Win32 application"  it works well with t2 but u2 does the same message as v2 or v3 :/ Hi Dark Oopa, This error could be related to file being corrupted or missing. Because of incomplete download or even the antivirus software... You can calculate checksum SHA256 of the file miniZ.exe, and compare with what we have in the download page. If they differ then you should download the file again. And check SHA256 again please. On Win10 there is Get-FileHash command on powershell, but it does not exist (it seems) on Windows 7. We tried hashtab on Win7 and worked fine - http://implbits.com/products/hashtab/ . There are others for sure. We'll continue think of other possibilities. Let us know how it goes. Cheers hello, this was the problem. Weird that it was present for v2, v3 and u2, I suppose there was a problem with windows or 7zip that has been fixed when I rebooted the coputer this week. Thanks for your help. just one thing, on mining rig rental, my 2 miners stopped when the rental ended. I use --smart-pers and I didn't have problem with older versions since this option came up. We will see next rental if there is a problem there. thx |

Hi Dark Oopa, We will investigate this. However, we'll add a Cuda 8 for Windows very soon, version 1.6v3. We stopped supporting Cuda 8 but it should be working. Maybe this will take care of your issue for now. Hello,
I was using 1.5t2 cuda 8 on windows 7 (with 1063s).
I wanted to tried the new version but 1.5u2 nor 1.6V works. I have a message telling in is not a valid Win32 application.
I installed last NVIDIA drivers to have cuda 10 but still same message.
is it still win7 compatible?
Hi Dark Oopa, We had someone with an issue that might be similar to yours. Maybe try to update this: Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2015 – 2019 from Microsoft. hello,
I have 2 rigs where the GPU 1 still don't mine ETH :/
and the one which works, have the same problem when I bench epoch 360
W10, latest AMD drivers, 4Go GPU, -eres 0.
Problem is, on the opposite of claymore, phoenix reboot the miner automatically instead of having GPU 1 at 0 hashrate and letting the rest mine.
normallyall my rigs have the same configuration, I don't know why it works better on somme than on other.
Does someone have an idea?

Hello, last week end I updated my rigs from v12.0.
I set only rx boost 1, without touching the straps. I don't have share problems but it seems that my hashrate on the pool is lower now while the miner says its higher.
I use mining rig rental.
Anyone with the problem?

hello, -minspeed minimal speed for ETH, in MH/s. If miner cannot reach this speed for 5 minutes for any reason (you can change this timeout with "-minspeedtime" option), miner will be restarted (or "reboot.bat" will be executed if "-r 1" is set). Default value is 0 (feature disabled).
You can also specify negative values if you don't want to restart miner due to pool connection issues; for example, "-minspeed 50" will restart miner only if it cannot reach 50Mh/s at good pool connection.
Either there is a typo or I didn't understand. Didin't you mean "-minspeed -50" with a minus for negative value? thx |

Hello, I have a weird problem. Telemetry doesn't work well. The 20000 port doesn't work, even in local host. But 10555 other port works. It's like the port has been blocked. The windows firewall is disabled.
Is it possible that my RJ45 switch is the problem, even in localhost? It's a old professionnal manageable switch. I hope it's not that because I bought it for only 10€ because the owner lost the manager password lol
the problem is I need 20000 port to monitore with foreman. I want to receive a mail when my rigs stop, like with ethman or foreman.

Hi Dark Oopa, from what you describe it looks that port 20000 is not available for miniZ. Run resmon command on Windows. Go to tab : "Network"->"Listening Ports", and check which process is using 20000 port, in "Port" column. Looks like this  If the port is not being used then, probably, it is a firewall issue. Hello, a month ago we talked about the fact that there was no --pers auto parameter in zhash (equi 144.5) to work with websites like miningrigrentals; You said you would look on it, did you have time? i tried the latest version but if I put pers=auto in the config file, the miner says "stratum doesn't support pers=auto parameter" thx |
