most of the action is in discord... that's actually the way many of the coins work these days.

so imagine 30 mins ago I knew nothing about Xerom... now I just know a bunch of back and forth stuff which has clouded the waters. It's a scam/not a scam... If you really want to promote the project you'd be better off with a moderated thread.
Seriously though after 5 pages of messages back and forth why would anyone want to jump on this project?

I think for this algorithm there is an FPGA. Does anyone know the exact information about this?
FPGA do exist for this algorithm, but are not common yet. more common than you know...just check the hash rate.

I've been doing GPU crypto mining for about 2 years now. A new coin can drop and I can fire up many different OS's and various miners with mining algo's but one of the hardest things is BBP as it constantly changes.
When BBP didn't seem to work it was check for a new wallet, if that didn't work I dug through a lot of sites spending hours trying to get the proper configs. Then PODC and setting that up and now I guess it's gone. Anytime I get it figured out then a few months later it's a whole new thing. Now it appears to be POG?
If we're to grow, things need to become easier which means older non-computer users from church would be able to download BBP and the system would configure itself and it could alert them a new wallet needs to be downloaded etc. I think BBP scares a lot of users off with all the tech/configs and acronyms.
Honestly though, I can configure Awesome Miner, or HiveOS much easier for a coin--one time setup that could take 30 mins or less--load up a miner and configure for a pool and it just runs for weeks, months. Wallets rarely change once mature. All these changes back and forth with BBP isn't helping any--maybe it adds to the frustration which bleeds out into the forums.
I want to help the orphans (we have two kids through Compassion we support) through BBP--but we need to stabilize what is going on as a non-tech person won't waste their time with all the changes. A one click wallet/miner sort of setup that grandma can use sort of thing. Even if we can't get to a grandma setup, at least we stabilize the coin and it's methods.
My opinion is we're gonna need to make it easier for users to come to BBP.

Using Cointracking for over a year now, great program.
Is there a report that I can run that will show a number of a particular crypto that would be considered Long or Short trades?
For example, long term (over a year holding) trades are taxed at 15%, but short term (under a year) are at my current tax rate. So I mined a lot of Ravencoin over a year ago, but I've also mined some more recently--plus I bought some hardware with Ravencoin. So what I'm hoping to do is find a report that shows amounts of how much Ravencoin I have on hand that is over a year old versus the amount that would be considered short term.
I could manually work it out based on what I've sold (FIFO) and figure it out from there, but there has to be an easier way.
Thanks in advance...

probably better to join the discord and ask there. I really haven't seen much out of this coin for a long time...

Been running two mining rigs on Win10 for over a year mining coins via GPU miners and running Biblepay/BOINC on the cpus of both.
I've switched one of the rigs over to HiveOS and it just seems much easier to deal with. Unfortunately I've not found any tutorials as far as how to use Biblepay or BOINC on HiveOS. My rig that runs Biblepay wallet is still on Win10, but BOINC on the 2nd mining rig is offline for now.
Does anyone have a nice tutorial for mining Biblepay/BOINC on HiveOS?
Thanks!

Alert Stay Away
Now I know to stay far away from this project. was created by some of the worst people anyone can ever imagine. They do not care about anyone but themselves.
These type of people like to stick together as you can see sswellSVT, jimmybob, monkii, molecular man. They are all rejected and banned members and hop from project to project. I will run as far away as possible from these people and post here every few days to make sure at least a few people know the terrible people behind this project.
1. Got any proof? If not then no one will listen. 2. Please run as far away as possible and don't keep posting on this thread if you don't have any proof. People can't be terrible if there is not proof.

I am very surprised that the thread is so rarely updated by the originator of it. We only get any updates by quotes from Discord
originator has said multiple times to join the discord. I'm in the discord, I've watched and linked videos from SQRL labs in this thread. As Seth Estrada said, he didn't want to do testing with prototypes as you don't know if they will be slower or faster than the actual product that gets shipped. It's a whole new thing and we've never seen companies join together on a common front so join the Discord and be happy

Where is the block explorer?
Been down for quite some time. Haven't seen any real movement in a bit... seems to be going extinct like the dinosaurs

so https://pool.pioncoin.org/site/mining and hashnice.pw are both showing a red Block 240 with the following warning: At least 0 of 1 masternodes are running on a newer software version. Please check latest releases, you might need to update too. Looks like we're still moving blocks so I'm wondering if this is an issue?

wow, started with this thread, you made another that was moderated and now we're back to this one.

Used Mineority and paid in crypto, no problems for the two Acorns. Bought a Nest x2 from SQRL with no problems using crypto.
