1  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Thoughts on Bitcoin Futures? on: May 23, 2018, 01:02:37 AM
Hi, I was curious what your thoughts are on Bitcoin Futures. Do you think this is a positive opportunity for Bitcoin investors? Or, do you think this will thwart the growth of physical bitcoin?
This is because the new traders that will come into the market with futures will have the ability to short it much easier than the already existing traders. Shorting means the are going to be on quick sells and falls in the price, these new traders are more of the traditional traders and have access to much more sophisticated equipment and date in terms of trading. They will also bring in large amounts of money to the market and with that comes stronger ability to affect price changes
2  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: MTGox BTC is been selling on: May 22, 2018, 11:50:12 PM
8,214.97744 BTC was transfered to 1LncfoCX1yzuiW3hzejarvgZ1WahnAQ4o4 from MTGox BTC cold wallets on 2018-5-10,  today about 2070 BTC of them is transfered to 3DzSVk4veMCkNbNT9CdETeE26uWxmNbBnD, it looks like an exchange hot wallet. Whose wallet is this?
can someone tell me MTGox BTC was sold to which exchange in last two years?
is just a new kind of FUD, and some people are trying  to manipulate the market with this FUD. They want other people to panic and sell their coins low, so manipulators can buy them and sell later. People shouldn't care about minor news, it's a good way to lose money if you trade by reacting to them,
3  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Opportunity to sell for bitcoin on: May 22, 2018, 02:13:45 PM
I was wondering, if you had an opportunity to sell your stuff alike cars, pc, homethings and etc., would you sell it for bitcoin (or maybe other altcoin)? The main question is to see, are you ready trade stuff for cryptocurrencies and how do you imagine it?
I've done some transactions and ive been the one to request payment in bitcoins , sometimes i'm successful sometimes im not as some of my associates prefer to keep a tight hold on their bitcoins. bitcoin prices can go up or down overnight but the general net trend is a upward one so even if your experiencing a slump now all this can change in an instant with the price going up
4  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are Satoshi mined bitcoins owned by the US Government on: May 22, 2018, 12:04:26 PM
What would happen if dollar would lost huge value and the the US Government gives a proof of ownership of Satoshi mined bitcoins?
Maybe this was asked sometime before I applogize for repeating the same question.
In other words what if Bitcoin iwas created by the Government?
existed that bitcoin is just another secret project of the government to lure in money launderers and criminals and to use the coin for monetary gains as well. However, there aren't any solid evidence that supports this, and if there's any evidence around, it's too murky to even connect to the government and whatnot. For now, the mysterious Satoshi Nakamoto isn't even identified, and the protocol/system is too complex to be devised by a single person with a wide understanding of cryptography and economics as well.
5  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How foolish are people who invest in Bitcoin? on: May 22, 2018, 10:59:10 AM
How many idiots who decided to invest in bitcoin!!!!!!!

It is necessary not to watch as he grows from 15000 to 17000. This is a visual illusion.
And as it grows from 1.5 to 1.7.....

In recent days printed 180 million tether and still no big growth....
Lending on the stock exchange came to a billion dollars.
The credit rate on the day was a record and more than the 0.103%.

This means that the market has reached its peak. The price of cryptocurrency maximum.
This is the moment when you have to sell everything.

So began a process of growth needs the infusion of more money.... They're gone.

I think the joy of endless growth to an end this weekend.

Nothing in this world is eternal and permanent.....
And rising prices of bitcoin are not eternal.... all ends already.....
how you come to the conclusion that bitcoin has reached its peak price and its going to crash.Any analysis? Its true that bitcoin is now at its ATH,but it does not mean that its going to crash. You should not forget that even the wall street firms have changed their attitude towards bitcoin and have started to invest in bitcoin
6  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Depending your future in bitcoin... on: May 22, 2018, 10:01:09 AM
I think bitcoin is really a good investment for now, but I don't think it is a good idea to put all your investment in bitcoin or crypto currencies since it is unpredictable and very risky to take. For me it's still better to start your own business than depend your future in bitcoin investment.

What do you think guys?
bitcoin is good but it doesn't mean that you'll need to invest all your savings/money to it, just make it as another source of income so that your money will not be stagnant and you can earn more. You can depend your future on bitcoin but not a lot, there are chances that the money that you've invested will grow and the value you will get may satisfy what you really need
7  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Ways to improve Bitcoin Community on: May 22, 2018, 07:01:39 AM
Lets give our own opinions in this thread and let's see what are the visions of any users here on forum on what are the things than can affect bitcoin community and value to improve more Wink

So i'm the maker of this thread i'm the first who gives opinion here.
My opinions are:
- Spreading good informations about bitcoin can make it improve.
- If big business will accepts bitcoin or enter bitcoin industry can improve our community because the more investors the more blessings to come Smiley
- Helping newbie investors to prevent scams can help our community because if they see bitcoin in their first invest are scam they would lose their trust in this kind of investment so as soon as possible help newbies to start in bitcoin journey.

These are my opinions on how to improve Bitcoin community so what's yours? Wink
we could work to improve the bitcoin community is by actually having community spirit, treating each other as comrades rather than competition. Helping to build each other up, rather than knocking each other down. Right now the community is quite hostile, new coins actively try to discredit old ones, and vice-versa, there is no real attempt to build a better coin for the sake of the future, but instead appears to be done only for maximum profit.

You can always buy coins at a bad time. This could be the reason for losing part of your investment. But after you start trading on the stock exchange, you will quickly recover your money. Then you'll start making an income. Of course, if you have the ability to do this
9  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Learning Cryptocurrency in Universities? on: May 16, 2018, 01:40:01 PM
Do you think that cryptocurrency should be taught in schools or University? Specially in the field of business management?

As a student, I believe it will give us an advantage to this so called cryptoworld, right?
I don't see it as giving advantage in the crypto world because what is being taught in the universities are largely theoretical and to have an advantage involves the practical which wont be taught in financial management. Again, the quality of those who will be taking the course, did they have grounded knowledge in the subject matter? or they will have to rely on just the common knowledge of what is available on the internet because to the best of my knowledge,
10  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is Bitcoin a Bubble? on: May 16, 2018, 08:43:01 AM
Hello community,

I have heard some reports that 'someone' has put $1 million on Bitcoin being $50,000 before the end of 2018 and other conflicting reports that Bitcoin is a bubble that is going to burst. I understand this is very much a time will tell kind of question and some may argue that the press has said bitcoin is  going to burst/fail since it came out but look at it now... and I understand there may be at least a chance it could be worth $1 million in the future.

What I am asking is what are the big Bitcoin holders thoughts on this are they bailing or are they holding for the long hall, if they are holding can 'The Bitcoin Bubble' really still burst?

I have most of my eggs riding in this crazy but attractive world and would really appreciate inside feedback.

Thanks for reading  Shocked Cool Huh Undecided

bitcoin is a bubble specially when there are a lot of irrational buyers coming in and pumping the price to greater heights and then it will burst suddenly. However, it going to be a continues cycle, bubble has been burst, and then recovery began, another pump started pushing to another all-time-high. So that is the pattern. But its really hard to compare bitcoin to let's say the tulip mania, because it never did recover, even the dotcom bubble as well. Bitcoin on the other hand shows resiliency
11  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin will silence its haters... on: May 16, 2018, 06:37:56 AM
we know that many people do not like the presence of Bitcoin,
Are you sure in the future people who hate Bitcoin will be silent and regret because of Bitcoin triumphs...  Grin
price of bitcoin will back to normal again, just like what happened last December of 2017. Most of those haters spreads fake news, and possibly that's one of the main reason why more long term investors had pull-out their assets resulting to panic selling of other new investors. Generally the FUD's this time is not yet working after the haters and rivals of digital aimed on their target to take down bitcoin's economy, but right now they won't do that anymore. If you will closely monitor the trend lately, you can see how bitcoin behave's unpredictably because buying and selling was a roller coaster again.
12  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Mining , Is it worth it? on: May 16, 2018, 05:42:35 AM
Hello guys, I have a friend who told me about BITCOIN MINING.

What do you think? Is it worth it ? Buying Hardwares / Mining Rigs and plus the TIME to be consume.
I'm not even familiar with it , so I'm probably asking for advice on for those old miners.

Electricity here in PH is so expensive. Do you have some tips and tricks?

Thanks in advance guys !  Wink
If you're going to invest money why don't you try trading or investing to ICO's? since you can easily earn once the token increase price or the coins you bought increase it's price sometimes you can instantly earn profit in just a matter of time unlike the mining you need to recover the electricity bills you paid,
13  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Blockchain can help banks on: May 16, 2018, 04:51:21 AM
Another indication that banks can use blockchain as an ally, instead of seeing as a competition.

https://www.reuters.com/article/us-hsbc-blockchain/hsbc-says-performs-first-trade-finance-transaction-using-blockchain-idUSKCN1IF01X
I mean with blockchain being use, it will be  a lot faster and cheaper when it comes to payment transactions and that is something I think everyone would want. Since blockchain enables transactions to be completed much quicker than is possible with centralized systems, there is less time for someone to intervene and divert payments
14  Economy / Speculation / Re: What does the future of bitcoin look like?? on: May 16, 2018, 02:37:33 AM
So Bitcoin's market dominance in the cryptocurrency world is currently at the lowest level ever with 36.1% of the total value.

In my opinion, it's because the interest in alternative coins is rising rapidly for one, but you also have to consider how much of the bitcoin world is criminal. Seriously, for the first 5-8 years, the digital currency was mainly used as a means for criminals to launder money and sell illegal goods on the dark market. Think of all the massive hacks in the early days also, and all those darknet markets that disappeared with huge amounts of bitcoin.

Literally millions and millions of the 16 million coins out there would be owned by criminals. And now with bitcoin becoming more centralized and less anonymous, they are swiftly exiting the market and looking for alternative dark coins.

I also personally avoid using bitcoin all-together because of the extremely slow transaction speeds and high cost's associated with it.

The bitcoin mining business is dust, so that interest will die quickly.

I just don't see a very bright future for the god of cryptocurrency and it will surely be surpassed by one of its rivals soon enough.

I'm torn between predicting it to be Dash, or Ethereum, and I recon it could be about 2 years before that happens.

Would love to know peoples thoughts on the future of bitcoin.

Where will bitcoin be in

2 weeks?
2 months?
2 years?

Will it be surpassed by another coin? If so, which one and when?
when it comes to investments like bitcoin we can never really say about it. Bitcoin up til now just like other altcoins has still a lot of potential. Bitcoin after a few years would either continue to grow or lose its value because of some other altcoin. The development of digital currency is still early, and since bitcoin is the pioneer of cryptocurrencies, some other alt who want to get in will pattern their's to bitcoin.
15  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Digital money is cashless society on: May 15, 2018, 01:28:26 PM
It is said now China is a cashless society. Use of debit and credit cards in shops/stores, online pay bills, shopping online.

Money earned from the internet is known as digital/electronic money.

People who earn money from the internet, they get paid money in electronic form by payment processors such as skrill, perfectmoney, alipay, paypal, bank-wire transfers because online workers are worldwide.

How is digital money is your country ??  Bitcoin is a part of digital money.

more or less the use of digital cash has becoming popular nowadays especially to the people living in the city and to the teenagers. China has even a vending machine that serves drinks or instant foods by just scanning the QR code and paying it using an application
16  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto VS national currency on: May 15, 2018, 09:25:02 AM
I found this expression on the news channel about the crypto currency: "Anyone who will try  to buy coffee for cash in 2023, runs the risk of causing laughter from the seller, that he does not use crypto currency."
how do you think, is it realistic? Can a crypto currency replace national  money?
I think that it's possible, but it will take more time.
These days, bitcoin transactions have become relatively more expensive due to the high amount of transaction volumes in the network however, they are more secure due to the complicated math algorithms behind the blockchain technology which also makes them faster than fiat money transactions.
17  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can you wait to prove them wrong about Bitcoin? on: May 14, 2018, 12:56:53 PM
I think a lot of people around us has told us that Bitcoin is a FAD or a SCAM or a Ponzi scheme.

Some of our closest relatives have told us to SELL before the BUBBLE will burst. {guess we hear that enough?}

The media is telling everyone that Bitcoin is the tool of criminals and terrorists and child pornographers and paedophiles.

Most of these people are not invested in Bitcoin, but it looks like they are looking for reasons to attack it.

How many of you want to prove them wrong? I sometimes look at these people and I think... WTF are you on about?

I seldom bring up the subject anymore, because everything coming out of their mouths are negative. The only time when they

are interested, is when the price hits a all time high. Then they want advice to invest in Bitcoin and when they buy at the ATH,

and the price drop with 10%, then they panic sell....lose money....blame Bitcoin. I am sooooo sick of this.

I hope we can finally prove them wrong in the near future, because this is definitely getting under my skin now.  Roll Eyes
there will always be some people who dont belive in bitcoin and will  call it a scam, a ponzi scheme or a bubble. That's not happening only with bitcoin, in almost all investment some people belive they are good while some people think they are scams.
18  Economy / Speculation / Re: Chinese Investor bought 10,000 bitcoin during the dip! on: May 14, 2018, 02:54:36 AM
https://www.ccn.com/chinese-angel-investor-gathers-10000-bitcoins-during-bear-q1-2018/
There was one Chinese investor who is now trending after he bought 10k bitcoin during the Q1 bear or during the bearish movement at the first quarter of the year. According to the article he was Cai Wensheng the founder of a selfie-app called Meitu which is very popular in China. This man is a good sign that bitcoin really is becoming more attractive to big enterpreneurs across the globe.
I believed that if the people are really wanted and eagerly to adapt bitcoin in their lives well, nobody can stop them even if their government. Just always remember the saying that "If you want some things to have well there's nothing is impossible. We can do or we can have what we want just do everything just to have it.I can see how people are really love bitcoin because they make impossible things to be possible
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Most cryptocurrencies will crash to zero on: May 09, 2018, 08:35:20 AM
As quoted from CNBC there is a cryptocurrency will be zero.

What do you think ?

From :

https://www. cnbc. com/2018/02/07/most-cryptocurrencies-will-crash-to-zero-goldman-sachs-says.html
most of them have already halted operation and the poor investors are left holding worthless bags on them. There'd be countless crypto out there that would seem legit but if you look closely, they're nothing but another scheme to make money for its devs. I believe that 90% of the existing coins are nothing really special, just a normal copy of some prominent coins with some variations here and there. At the end of the day though
20  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin will start going up ? on: May 08, 2018, 11:13:23 PM
Is this the time to rise of the bitcoin ?
Since few days bitcoin price is going up...

I believe that it will cross the rates of 10K but we are not sure about this unless and until there is some good news that gets published in the market. For now we are experiencing flood of the FUD's everywhere, there is India banning the crypto's, there US not accepting the ICO projects anymore and there is Japan G20 summit turning out best one but still making it confusing whether the countries are really going to make it legal tender or not.
