1  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you guys think 0.1BTC is enough to "make it"? on: November 30, 2021, 10:12:14 AM
Dont think that 0,1 BTC is not much compared to other people here on the forum. In fact only 8,3 % of BTC wallets hold more than 0,1 BTC so you can view yourself as an elite among BTC adopters.
You can see how BTC is spread throughout wallets on this table:
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The altcoin market has become scammer's playground on: November 30, 2021, 10:04:49 AM
This is what happens when greed takes over reason. So many new small investors entered crypto verse which don’t really care about project behind the coins or maybe don’t even know they exist. They will throw money to everything that offers high gains and this is the best environment for scammers, greed + unexperienced investors = certain failure.
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Making money while gaming on: November 30, 2021, 09:59:59 AM
If Ubisoft really enters the crypto world trough their games, then this will be one of the biggest news next year for crypto gaming. Yes we have many games which use the same concept, but lets face it, majority of them are bad and people play it just for coins. But Ubisoft is such a big player in the gaming industry, that it would really be a game changer. Nothing better to both, enjoy the game and make money out of it.
4  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: For those holding BTC for the long haul, do you earn interest on your stash? on: November 29, 2021, 10:25:55 AM
Platforms and exchanges usually offer very low rewards for BTC staking, but for most of the other altcoins, you can get quite decent % back if you decide to stake. Annual percentage yield (APY) goes from few % and up to 50 % in trustworthy websites. The downside is, that for majority of altcoins, you have to store them on exchange or other platform, which brings with it few risks.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How you choose projects for investment on: November 29, 2021, 10:22:01 AM
Its sad how now everyone are choosing projects depending on hype around the category in which the project fits in. Right now metaverse coins are too hyped and other good ones are in danger off being overlooked.
We all remember what happened to ICO bubble back in 2017 and how suddenly content didn’t matter, if  we make the same mistake again, history is bound to repeat itself.
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are NFTs overhyped? on: November 27, 2021, 08:17:53 AM
Probably they are, both the arts, paintings and as well as the games. They will be put to test once another trend comes that will take the hype that's with the NFTs.
I think those digital arts that have started to be priced as that much have started the craze when there were NFTs that have been sold millions.
I only see potential value in gaming world, there will be limited number of popular gaming NFTs since you cant just make good games every week all the time. When it comes to art, anyone can draw anything and keep doing it no matter what. We already see how many new art NFTs are coming to market every week, its just sick that people think every single thing will be worth something in the next few years. Please be careful what you buy.
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: NFT for money laundering? on: November 27, 2021, 08:08:55 AM
That is probably what is happening, we all know how the OpenSea admitted that they are doing inside trading with promoted NFTs, because they were caught right handed. Who know what other dirty stuff is happening behind the closed doors over there.
The volume and money which is turning around NTF space is just too big to not take advantage at.
8  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: "Is the bubble about to burst?" on: November 27, 2021, 08:02:40 AM
The situation is certainly not ideal for us who follow what is happening in crypto. I am sure a lot of new small investors dont have any idea, how fast can things go south especially because way too much money goes to meme shitcoins and NTFs. For me, NTFs could be the new MtGox, there is just now way all that much content will keep the value in the future.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Binance Coin (BNB) reach $1K? on: November 25, 2021, 01:19:55 PM
Binance Coin (BNB) is the most popular coin currently in the crypto space. Binance has a network, namely the Binance Smart Chain (BSC), which is the most widely used by companies for their projects because of the relatively low cost. In addition, Binance also has an Exchange with a large number of transactions every day. October 2021, seems to be a very good month for Binance because of the pretty good price movement. Now that BNB is at $526, will BNB reach $1K?

BNB again gained quite a lot in the last 24 h, i dont know if that is because people taking gains from CRO or there will be some news again soon. Maybe new lunchpad is being introduced soon, and people have inside information before us.
One thig is for certain, BNB will sooner or later reach 1k$ if they don’t get into troubles with regulators before.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investors prefer coin memes, new trends or seasonal henya? on: November 25, 2021, 01:16:30 PM
Hype. Talking coin memes. There's a SANTA token. This is a token class that is currently booming. The beginning and introduced is this year November 2021, and quickly developed an online community that can not be strong stand alone in this first week. The chart is beautiful you still want to delay this good momentum? Wink

There are more and more newcomers, that are blinded by high gains of Shiba and other meme coins, which don’t care about long term investment and want to make a quick buck. We all know, 99% of them will lose money, but it’s the same with lottery and other gambling. Greed will always be the driving force on this planet and until meme bubble doesnt burst, I am afraid this problem will keep getting bigger.
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will CRO will do tomorrow 10-30% gains? on: November 23, 2021, 07:12:13 AM
I want to make $2000-6000 in one day and go all in with my 20k in crypto.

It sounds for me the best way to make gains he had good run lately they do smart contracts now and great team. massive marketing and good name behind their brand.

I think its more likely than not to do this tomorrow or in the upcoming days what do you think?

First rule of investment is spread you money, don’t just put all in CRO. Maybe you would get lucky once, but u will burn yourself sooner than you think if you practice this. CRO looks good now because they are putting hundreds of millions of dollar for promotion and it might go higher, but I think for now the price will stop growing so you might be too late.
12  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: HODL, HODL, HODL when can one actually sell Bitcoin? on: November 23, 2021, 06:53:08 AM
Until you are in no need to spend money, you should view at crypto as an investment and should not sell it. If you ever set up any investment account in your bank, they tell you the recommended period is 10 years, the same is with crypto.
History shows us, there will always be next bull run where your coins will be worth more than now.
13  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: El Salvador to Create ‘Bitcoin City,’ on: November 22, 2021, 11:56:44 AM
Its certainly interesting because it’s a daring project. They promise no taxes, but who will inhibit this city? Certainly not poor people, or even middle class. This will be a city only for privileged rich class, which would live in a tax free haven. It will not bring anything to Salvadors society which is mostly poor. I would rather see him spending this money to fix the living condition in his country.
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should we buy tokens for young projects? on: November 22, 2021, 11:48:49 AM
I think this is a difficult question, isn't it too big a risk to invest in projects that are just being developed? On the other hand, if the project has a good roadmap and a promising team, then you can invest and get good profit in the future. By the way, it seems to me that the CheckDot project, which is associated with the verification of other crypto projects, may be quite promising in terms of investments.

What do you think about this issue? Do you invest in young and just starting projects?

Its getting harder to spot a new project with potential since everyone is so focused on MEME and NFT right now. Back in 2017, we were prepare to die for every single shitty ICO with a copy paste white paper until it all went bust.
I would say there are a lot of great young project starting recently, but because of greed, people would rather invest in shitcoins.
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Regulations for crypto currencies on: November 22, 2021, 11:44:57 AM
Regulatory issues for cryptocurrency have actually been around for a long time.  In fact, it was several years ago.  But it seems, in the past year or so, it has become a serious topic of discussion in several countries.  And it seems, some countries will soon implement it.  What I personally think is, if true, many countries start implementing regulations for crypto currency, will this change the nature of crypto, namely decentralization to not being fully decentralized?  What do your friends think here?  Please share, hopefully this can add insight for all of us 😊🙏

Crypto has been a threat for some countries for some time now and will continue to be. We have to know that USA will do anything to protect their dollar, which is still a major currency when it comes to trading around the world. They certainly don’t want to lose their monopoly to any other currency. Same goes with China and their market share, I don’t think we will ever see acceptance from most powerful countries.
16  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 41% of people globally say they trust Bitcoin over local currencies on: November 20, 2021, 07:41:57 AM
I wonder where they did this research. It was for sure online on some technical website and not randomly over the phone like those surveys are usually done. I am certain, they wouldnt get such a high percentage that way because 40 % dont even know what crypto is, yet alone they would trust it over fiat.
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will MEME coin rule the world? on: November 20, 2021, 07:34:30 AM
Meme coins are a cancer to crypto right now. There should be only one which is Doge and the rest should be banned from blockchains, they are just sucking money from investors like black holes and will cause next long bear.
Those audits and KYCs should never go trough for MEME coins in the first place.
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH OR BSC on: November 18, 2021, 08:00:45 AM
One of the reasons why binance savvy chain gets to be this enormous right presently is since ethereum gas expense is exceptionally tall and this constrain a few ventures to switch to BSC but what do you think will happen once ethereum gas expense goes lower in close few months? Will BSC confronted same destiny as binance DEX? Or BSC will stay the way better choice over ethereum?

ETH blockchain is still more popular since there are a lot of major projects build on it. Right now, BSC  still has only two coins on top 100 market cap (if we don’t count BNB and BUSD) GRT and CAKE.
To be honest, BSC is exciting right now mostly because of meme coins which can bring you quick fortune of quick liquidation. I am sure after the hype is over and ETH gas goes down, ETH will gain popularity back.
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think it is safe to buy coins that are only listed on one small exchange? on: November 18, 2021, 07:51:57 AM
I want to start investing in early projects, and I want to ask if you buy coins on small exchanges? Is it safe? And to what extent are such exchanges protected from hacker attacks?

I am interested in such coins as nwc, cdt and mana, what do you think of these projects? Should you buy these coins?

The problems with coins which are only listed in some small exchange is, that trades and price is likely manipulated. It will be easy to buy your coin there, but because of small demand, it will be much harder to sell it. Also, risk of how safe are small exchanges is always present.
I would say go for it if you are young to put small part of your portfolio there, otherwise is not worth it.
20  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Cryptocurrency be a Global Currency in the Future? on: November 18, 2021, 07:47:05 AM
In a way, it is already a global currency and has been accepted by people around the world. I believe, there will be more and more countries that will recognise crypto as official way of payment so we are looking for even bigger adoption in the future.
The only question is, how far will some countries go in term of banning crypto.
