For example, it would bad to partner with Facebook if it results in Sphere being pushed to only focus on niche audiences - or if Facebook was taking Sphere’s ideas/IP to make their own product. Why does it seem to me that such a partnership will turn into a purchase of the company. Facebook already bought Instagram and Whatsapp, and all these platforms are very far from cryptography. It is better to cooperate with Telegram, since this is currently the most promising platform that has held the largest ICO in history. That's usually how it happens. Big companies buy out small ones or promising start-ups just to eliminate the competition. Whether or not they actually implement ideas, that's a totally different question. |

Thats is why cheating in repu can not be regulated or corrected since it is recorded in the block chain any information false and true can not be moderated by anyone.
Well, it is up to how the interface will be. Of course, everything will stay on the blockchain but if there will be a "delete" function or so in the interface which shows the data from the blockchain, you can at least make such stuff invisible for the normal users. It is maybe also good to check for a rating before it will be integrated into the blockchain, a trial phase for the rating for some weeks maybe, after which the rating will be integrated into the blockchain. I assume they will run the AI and manual test BEFORE a rating gets stored on the chain forever. Since ratings will be free of charge most likely people could spam thousands of fake ratings and they all would be stored on the chain. If I remember correctly, the amount of ratings an individual can post during a certain period of time will be somehow limited. Btw, if ratings will be free, what's their income source? |

By the way, I noticed that nowhere in the documents did find mention of the possibility of consultation with a living doctor. I think that they should add this opportunity. Make it an additional service at a specific time of day for each time zone and different countries. Let this opportunity will cost more than usual diagnostics. At the same time, doctors could receive some payment from the platform for their consultations.
I think this is already planned, as far as i know. There were big concerns about this and I think the team changed that aspect already to be implemented. Actually it says on the website in Use cases section, among other things - "to get a "second opinion" about health condition and health professional's recommendations, to plan and get telemedicine services on demand". I'm sure it's also mentioned somewhere in the whitepaper. |

I hearty welcome the decision of burning the unsold tokens. Regardless of how many tokens get sold this will definitely increase the value of the tokens present in the market.
I welcome too. And i'm a little selfish about this. I hope they reach only soft cap and project continues with lowest tokens possible  It doesnt necessarily mean good news for investors if they dont reach hard cap. More initial investment means more money which can be used for development and promotion of their platform. In the long term i think the value of the token will be higher if they reach hard cap. |

I think it should, but devs announced the private sale very late, so I guess it postponed the whole thing somehow. Saw this on the website. Are you suggesting US citizens can legally participate in the ICO should they understand that it is not an IPO equivalent of cryptocurrency?
Basically, yes. If the token is not a security token, technically, the above mentioned rules does not apply, but since many countries still don't have clear rules about cryptocurrency in general and ICOs in particular, investing in ICOs still represents a risk, especially in America. It is risk alright, whether in US or elsewhere in the world. What I thought was bold of eHealth First is to say you can participate when many ICOs wouldn't. It's a Swiss company registered in EU, would this jeopardise any future operations in the US because it doesn't meet the regulatory diktats on ICOs? Have they done the test to determine if the token is security or utility, i thought there is a company who want to do it but i forgot the name. I think that there should be a list of qualities that a token should possess in order to be qualified as a security token. Like paying dividends, for example. I don't think that eHealth token qualifies. It was said somewhere that it's a utility token, no? |

And will this constantly be adjusted against the USD/EUR/YEN? It should be, its really bad if the price will follow the volatility of the token. Why you think it's bad? If the price will be constantly adjusted against some currency, that market interventions all the time. Besides, I think since the token will be constantly used on the platform, the volatility won't be such a big problem. And then what if many people want to hold it? the price will soar and no one want to subscribe at a high price. Not necessarily. The price depends not only on the amount of people who decide to hold. It also depends on the project development and many more unpredictable factors. |

We are in crypto, here are not stupid email collectors and Viagra spammers. People here are intelligent and often have good programming skills. If they make a fake, you will not see it at the first glance. So my advise is, be paranoic every day and doublecheck every times, before you hit enter. Use two computers, one for crypto, one for surfing and so on. Being paranoid in cryptoland is wise, not a psychological disease.  Sometimes its hard to be so thorough when pre sale or ICO is sold out in meter of minutes and you really need to be fast on order to not miss the sale. Thats why you need to prepare yourself beforehand and know your steps. |

But we need to think about expanding the language barrier! This moment can become an insurmountable wall for many potential users! Unsold tokens will firstly be allocated to the reserve fund and locked for a period of 12 months with a 3-month cliff and thereafter they can be used to strengthen partnerships, market presence, marketing, technology etc.
Since unsold tokens will not be burned, does this mean that they are thus at the disposal of developers? Consequently, the command will no longer have 18% + 20% tokens, but much more. Why does it seem to me that this can affect the price of the tokens negatively? While on the other hand, even if you burn non-sold tokens, the percentage of tokens at the disposal of the team also increases. But the total number of tokens decreases, and therefore the price of tokens does not decrease significantly.
To be honest, I don't really get this idea of a reserve fund till the end, but it seems that you're right and the token price can go down since there is suddenly more tokens than it was paid for in the beginning. I would suggest to review it again, if the advantages of keeping those tokens outweight disadvantages. It shouldn't affect the price much since the unsold tokens will be locked for a year and after that the tokens should be used to even increase the price through marketing and partnerships. If you trust the team to do so that than it's even better than burning the tokens imo. But adding significant amount of tokens to the market at once will definitely lead to the price drop in the beginning. That is why the devs should work out the plan carefully For sure they should have a plan. People will anticipate the end of the one-year period during which the tokens will be locked and they might sell thinking that the price will go down and that will drive the price down even more. Devs should be careful about it. |

I have checked the whitepaper about informatioen of browser version. Nothing found. The normal way it that ther is the webversion and than the solution on the different app platforms. Anyone got information about the development roadmap and the browerser version? The browser version is already available, you can check it out of the official website. Actually I checked the introduction video once again. I haven't used the app so far, thought it is just android but you also already have an iOS app, that is great. Anyways, the features of Sphere are quite similar to Facebook, what I can see in the video, also it looks quite good from the design perspective.
The marketplace function is working in which way? Is it just to put up insertions or also something like a payment function or so? And if yes, which possible ways are there to pay?
I don't think the marketplace function is working yet, but it should be the classic marketplace platform where you can buy and sell stuff paying with SAT tokens. Don't know if other ways of payment will be available. |

Sometimes we need to accept that there are short term investor (maybe trader) and long term investor.
We cant hope that all people are same and using the same strategy.
If youre quite active in the market, you can sell at high and buyback at low.
Take profits from the volatility not just watch it.
In my opinion ehealth is a good long term project, i will watch the progress closely, maybe i can take some profits if i can do the right thing at the right time.
I think you are forgetting the other investor type which combines short&long. My strategy is to make a basket with short term and long term investments. Mostly short terms are riskier but offering more profit and long terms are less risky but offering less profit. Making a balance with them is my investment strategy. And planning to put ehealth there for a long time. Since it is understood that this project is likely to become a long term investment, will it be able to generate big ROI to compensate investors? That's the ultimate question everybody is looking an answer for. I believe every investor thinks that they could get something in return when investing their money. Nobody of course has a crystal ball, but eHealth team has very impressive credentials. I think after the results of the private placement will be made public, we will get a better idea of what this team is capable of. |

Team is definitely important factor when choosing a project to invest but will they be able to keep users and make them come back to using their platform? Somehow they have to stand out and convince them to actually put their money in to their program and platform. We all know people are skeptical when it comes to paying for services online. |

yes great to get to know that Sphere have already reached the hardcap. They did't reach the hard cap, it's the soft cap that has been reached. As of now it's about $5,5 mil, considering that the first round just started on monday, it's a pretty impressive result. |

Right now their ICO profile is 100% determined by a bot that checks for some standard fluff like the presence of a whitepaper and social media accounts. It is the last category where Cryptoflix scores low, but easily fixable. None of the bot ratings are influenced by the concept itself, which makes the ICO profile rating almost useless right now.
That's ridiculous how many ICO rating websites there are these day, and most of them don't have any added value. It's just a waste of time checking them. Investors should rather make their own opinion, official site of the project will tell you much more useful information. |
