Ukraine will last forever. It's just the Zelensky's government that's falling.
2  Other / Politics & Society / Women should work equal when they are paid equal. on: September 03, 2021, 01:14:58 PM
I know some women who works better than some men do.

But more than 80% of female colleagues I worked with believe they don't have to take the work related responsibilities and it's fine for them to work less compared to a male colleague.

Our HR even tried to put some female(only) team. They ended up quarreling themselves while the task was badly affected.

Most of us male workers work 9 to 6 without taking a break except a 30 mins launch while female workers take 2 hours for launch where they meet and talk. They even spoil the ones that are serious on their work.

While male counterparts are busy responding to the customers while also preparing documents and spreadsheets on their computer at the same time, women are using officer computers to browse for dresses.

Sorry if I'm ranting but it was a tiring day of work for me while my female colleague giggled past the whole day. Shoved some work to her face yet she failed to complete what I would have done in an hour. We are given specific responsibility as a small team (2 to 4) and there's no way of running from it.

I don't know if it's just my office or everywhere. Being a women should not give them a privilege while the male counterparts are working harder for the same pay grade.
3  Other / Off-topic / Re: My favorite Youtube tech Channels on: August 25, 2021, 03:17:37 PM
Yeah all channels from Linus media group are great. They are truly the tech channels. They truly speak what they need to while many other youtubers are biased to their sponsors.
MKBHD is another good channel, though not completely biasless.
Unbox therapy used to be good but this man tries cheap things to get views which is destroying his channel.
4  Other / Off-topic / Re: What do you think of Windows 11? on: August 25, 2021, 03:12:42 PM
Windows 11 at office. It's not much different.
Has been a linux user at home. Does most of the job better and quicker than windows including gaming.
5  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you trust the co-vid19 vaccine ? on: August 25, 2021, 03:06:32 PM
I work in the field of science and know how and why the vaccines are made.
What I can say without a doubt is vaccine has more benefits for you than risks it poses.
There are quite a lot conspiracy going on about vaccines that could be a result of distrust of the establishment but they hold no scientific truth.
Still whether you want or don't want a vaccine is your choice. And whether someone would let you in their property or not is their choices. Everyone has their choices.

So by this logic, you are OK with it if some shop owner decides not to take any vaxxed guy/gal in.

If people keep going full nazi on the unvaxxed, a counter force will occur against the vaxxed people.

Action > Reaction.

There will be restaurants and flights that only take the unvaxxed as their customers. Capitalism is awesome.

It's not good to force people to any camp. That would create more problems.
So let them decide where they want to be. Society is already divided by politics and other opinions, this is a temporary one.
6  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Can politics be pure? on: August 25, 2021, 02:49:10 PM
Intelligent and capable people rarely chooses a political career. The way our politics works should be re-imagined.
The first correction we could do is limit the number of political post, decentralize/dissolve parliaments, create a system so that people could vote for every small things.
Democracy is stupid but it's less harmful than any other system. Let people decide what they want not the leaders.

It's going to be a breeding ground for terrorists, a human farming to be exact.
They are already collecting data of girls and women that could bear a Taliban child. Women are just a child bearing machine for them.
Huge brainwashing. It's a vicious cycle of poverty, oppression and religious extremism. They won't let people learn or interact for the same reason.

9  Other / Politics & Society / Re: TYRANNY IN AFRICAN POLITICS on: February 05, 2021, 04:19:14 PM
It's all about education. When there's free speech and education, political morality rises. But when free speech and education are barred, people tend to accept slavery and discrimination. We've seen that happen forward and backwards multiple of times in the same area. Be it Egypt, South Africa or Nigeria.
10  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you trust the co-vid19 vaccine ? on: February 05, 2021, 04:15:01 PM
They did their best and made vaccines with good intentions but as we already have more than 50% herd immunity, corona is going away even without vaccines. I would not risk taking one if I already have the antibodies.

This looks so fake.
Ciphertrace have claimed to achieve some success in tracing them with their tools but that's still being contested. No way you could build or get something like that of Ciphertrace.

13  Other / Politics & Society / Re: It's time for EUROPE to become SOCIALIST on: August 15, 2020, 03:51:22 PM
Though they don't use that word, most of the European nations are socialist for quite a time now. The concept of socialism were founded and nurtured in Europe.
Some European would win over China if there were any rankings for socialist nations.
14  Other / Politics & Society / What is the solution to current problems? on: July 07, 2020, 03:33:45 PM
Everyone are claiming their fault is smaller than the others. Be it on our home, society or among nations. I kill for good, I spy for good, I encroach for good, they for bad. Things are getting very complex these days. No right is so right and no wrong is so wrong. I think we are heading towards another big war where the bad one would get defeated and the worse one would win.
15  Other / Off-topic / Re: Share Good Movies Please? on: June 07, 2020, 05:36:36 PM
So much good suggestions already. I don't recommend people to watch books turned into movie as they'll ruin your perception. Go with the book first and see your imagination into life through movie.
I'll add some that has more meaning to them than they look.

12 Angry men
The Shawshank Redemption
forrest gump

16  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Riots after Death of Man in Minneapolis Police Custody on: May 30, 2020, 04:56:13 PM
There are many politics and internal as well external factors involved here. The death was just a terminus a quo.
And Trumps response to protesters are fueling them. How he tweeted about Washington protests is a bad omen for US.

17  Other / Politics & Society / Re: racist cnn hides behind police it has backstabed for decades on: May 30, 2020, 04:31:11 PM
if this continues authorities will be forced to take extreme actions and these people will cry about their liberty to "protest" is being taken away. I get that they are angry and wants to be heard by everyone but doing all this chaos to store/business owners that have nothing to do with the issue will not resolve anything or help their cause. it will just further fuel the negative image they already have to some people.

Just a day ago they were accusing police of misbehaving with their correspondent in the middle of a protest.

US wants Huawei to make everything themselves, they restricts it's access to TSMC and Qualcom.

China thinks of retaliation by cutting ties with apple, cisco and boeing.

The ban maybe successful in slowing down 5G adoption in China but with current circumstances, China seem to be getting stronger while US fights to open up business.
