what happened to the old thread
locked due to volume of posts supposedly, it is stated in the first post on a side note, any windows wallet yet?
|
|
|
Does anyone have any idea that when would this hit the exchange, and possibly which one?
that would depend on the support of the community and whether or not this will be a sought after coin On a side note, any word on the official windows wallet release? I don't feel comfortable downloading them off a forum member and would feel much more comfortable if the download link for the website was not broken Thank you for your time! ~~LitecoinPadawan

Switching my miners over to hashrapid until the hash rate drops on Scryptominers
Also, have we thought about trying to get this coin on Coin-swap?

+1, already hovering around 1GH/s for network rate, I currently have two of my miners mining, high hopes for this coin yep.. looks good. where do you see 1 gh/s? Im seeing about 670 Mh/s. I saw about 900Mhs like 1 hour after launch but i see 670 now I saw on Scryptominers that the hash rate jumped up to about 1100MH/s, it could have been a false report or a multipool hitting it but that was about an hour after launch

Be patient.. i mine on scrminers too an already have Carbon on my wallet Please, could you show screenshot your wallet and/or link on blockchain transaction? I'm worried that it's scum I've used Scryptominers in the past for Potcoin and they were certainly legit, although they were being DDoS'd I did receive good service from them and certainly did receive my coins My guess is that the confirmations are taking a bit longer for this coin and the pool says it needs 120 confirms to pay out. If you look at the transaction screen, it should show you all the blocks you've been paid for and are "unconfirmed". You are most likely still getting paid for the work you are doing it is just taking a bit to confirm the blocks found.

Is anyone here with below 4mhash still actively mining? What coinage are you getting per day with your hash?
I'm running right under 4 and am receiving about 1k coins per day roughly. *if the pools stay up -____-

Hey, mate. You realize that you're already close to half the reported network hash rate, right? I shut down the registration on Tagmining.Com when we hit 40% of the network hashrate for TAG.
I can appreciate the push as a pool OP to get the word out and pull members, but Potcoin really needs to spread the hash rate around to other pools. It keeps the network healthy!
If new miners are just starting to mine Potcoin, please spread the hash rate around a little and support the smaller pools.
-Fuse
scryptominers : Pool hash rate : 179.61 MH/s Network hash rate : 310.48 MH/s please stop invites, the pool has over 51% of the network hashing power at this moment. I'm switching to Fuse's pool to spread the hash rate, I would encourage others to do the same until this has been addressed.

On Windows Vista or later, the whole %appdata%\Bitcoin directory can be replaced with a symbolic directory link: (0) Make sure the bitcoin client is not running. (1) Move the %appdata%\Bitcoin directory to its target location (e.g. d:\bitcoinData) (2) Run the command prompt as root and issue the command mklink /d "c:\users\<your_user_name_here>\appdata\roaming\bitcoin" "d:\bitcoinData" done!
This allows you to keep bitcoin client data anywhere, e.g. on a secure local fileserver.
Guys, Really this is the better one, I literally forgot that i was using it, ive been using it all the bitcoin clients across my house's computers it works great and im even using Shortcuts instead! Not to be the a threadomancer but this set of instructions really helped me out. Bitcoin was getting too large for my SSD and this is the perfect solution. Just make sure you backup you wallet before doing so. Also in order to make a symbolic link we need to remove the existing bitcoin directory in the appdata folder by either cutting and pasting it or moving it all together.
