1  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How Many Bitcoin Forks Are There? You will be surprised!!! on: January 31, 2020, 09:09:40 AM
Personally am surprised!

Thought at most we could have roughly about 10, which is the original Bitcoin(BTC) and ~ 9 bitcoin altcoins. I guess this explains why bitcoin has failed to break a new all time high because even when bitcoin depend is there people are duped into buying the wrong cryptocurrency.

That might probably happen but i think the possibility that happened is 1:1million because the person who did that are so so newbie with cryptocurrency even they cannot make a difference between bitcoin and the forked coins, because in terms of price it's different and the name is also different and ofcourse the volume is also different. So i think the people who wrong bought are drunk
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is libra (from facebook) will be a good invest ? on: January 31, 2020, 01:46:07 AM
Hello, I was wondering if investing in facebook libra when it comes out would not be a great idea for a quick profit. What do you think ?

I think every coin is good for quick profits because there must be a time that the coins is pumped by the whales and if we're knowing when the time is coming we could get profits. But for a long time i think it's not really good because the project itself is not really supported by the facebook.
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Token holders rewards on: January 30, 2020, 06:08:05 AM
I already opened a similar thread in the Altcoin discussion section, but the debate went into the wrong direction so i'm opening again.

What do you expect when you are holding a certain altcoin? (with this I mean different token holder events, not staking)

what is your general opinion on a project offering rewards for simply holding their token with a goal of increasing token holders?

Of course rewards are paid regularly.

Thank you for your opinions

It's because they want to make volume, if tokens are holding by many different wallets the volume of the trading in the market must be increase because many people are scalping and that will made some significant increase in marketcap ranking
4  Economy / Speculation / Re: The Crypto Bull Run is Here! on: January 30, 2020, 01:59:47 AM
We can't deny the price uptrend rally is insane because we found so little correction this year and the price looks so strong and we can't find any indication of whale pump on the chart because volume is increasing. I'm sure this year will be great for cryptocurrency
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I YOLO'ed into a snap purchase of LTC tonight!!! on: January 29, 2020, 02:00:16 PM
Go ahead and stack LTC, theres so many China miners that will thank you Cheesy
They own the hashrate on that coin, and will sell for w.e people will pay sadly :/
That being said, it should pump, it always does.  buy at anytime under 70$ and forget about it for a year or two

Yeah i think LTC is not worth to buy because there are many other coins that have more potential comapred to this coin, but if want to collect some it's okay because it's backed up by china people so this coin won't dead in a long time. five more years i'm sure this coin still exist.
6  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Government Taxing Bitcoin? Here's the Answer on: January 27, 2020, 12:22:49 PM
I always wonder how could an economy operate and run without taxes from cryptocurrencies. How could a government obtain taxes from people when people are completely utilizing a currency that is not supporting taxes. Would it be really good if we completely have our fiats converted to crypto? For me, there's always a way if our intention is good. We cannot really deny how government is providing regulation that is mainly for the betterment of us despite of some issues regarding corruption and frauds.

For me, the way we could still make it possible is to establish a local exchange wherein, if we convert our money to crypto, these local exchange could already have the portion intended for the tax of each transactions.
This kind of thing already exists in my country, who has an exchange business, both crypto and fiat, there will be taxes incurred.
service providers usually charge it to their customers.

How it could be detected when people are trade it with fiat anonymously ? i mean if we cash out not from exchange but from each person doing transaction with escrow and without any exchange services. I think people still can hide their wealth and avoiding tax as long as the coin that they trade is decentralized
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Digital currency of Banks can replace the Bitcoin? What is your opinion? on: January 25, 2020, 03:49:05 PM
Everyone know that the future of economy of the world is connected with digital currency, So the Banks are issuing their own digital currencies and this trend is increasing day by day. Will Digital currency of Banks can replace the Bitcoin? What do you think about it? Share your opinions

As long it's centralized and it will need our identity to make a transaction i'm sure it won't replace bitcoin, because people are using bitcoin for anonymousity even the security is not really safe but people still use it for silent transaction and that's the core reason why people use bitcoin beside for trading to make profits
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 12.5% Tax on Real Bitcoin on: January 24, 2020, 04:03:00 AM
I wish to put fee 99,99% for miners who mine BCH and all miner to keep mining it. In this way i not see much longer life to BCH, maybe will be mined only by the team behind BCH who know.

BCH team keep saying they're better than bitcoin since 2017 since roger the CEO bitcoin.com moving to support fully on BCH and till right now they keep consistent about supporting BCH even the BCH itself is not making any decent growth last year. But i'm still sure BCH won't surpass bitcoin in terms of price and volume
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: These projects will go big in 2020, I assume. on: January 24, 2020, 01:28:09 AM
This is my personal view not any financial advice.

1. BAANX: Baanx is secure, custodial wallet platform and bridging gap between fiat and crypto. Already have ios, android app and launched their debit card in 30 countries.

2. AIMEDIS: Decentralized blockchain backed ehealth ecosystem, offers more than health, in anyplace, anytime. They are getting ready to launch their own platform

3. Tachyon: Decentralized blockchain based internet protocol that wants to create secure and privacy internet. They promise faster, secure and also pay for staking ipx into the wallet

I will monitor these projects closely

No offense, but i saw many similiar project's idea since 2017 and most of them are dead right now. There are many project's with briliant concept out there but it will die if the project's team cannot making crowd and cannot build a strong community, gathering people is the key of successful project because people could make hype and could hooking investors
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin & Its Momentum on: January 23, 2020, 04:46:51 AM
The positive thing about BTC is the up coming halving, till may I am very bullish on the price, what people need to see now is that the market is maturing and more patience is needed to reach ones goal. As for Altcoins, I don't see future with many of them because I feel time as come to see the shitcoins die

Altcoin will be affected too when bitcoin price pump after halving i;m sure about that because people won't just stick with bitcoin when they already got much profits, they must be pump another altscoin (good alts only ofcourse) so they altseason should be coming later on
11  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin a Safe Haven for Your Money? on: January 23, 2020, 01:53:26 AM
I read the article and seems not so detailed.
But here's what I can say; Bitcoin is not safe haven for my money.
Because I do believe the risk when I started to buy Bitcoins and store it for long term.
Although I already know the risks, I am still supporting Bitcoin, why? Because I am not just totally into the money will return of Bitcoin, but it's also for innovation or technology behind Bitcoin.

The article is linked to a video, you should watch the video first. Yeah but true that any cryptocurrency is never safe to store and for life savings. only people who have strong balls who dare to invest all of their money to cryptocurrency. But in the end if it's running well, they will have a lot of profits compared to any safer investment
12  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Halving: Does it places an important role in the crypto market or not? on: January 22, 2020, 10:07:56 AM
Halving of Bitcoin is a long-awaited event for investors, because they hope for an increase in the price of digital gold. At the same time, when the price of bitcoin increases, new investors interest in It increases. This means that Bitcoin is becoming more popular.

Yeah it's the basic logic of bitcoin halving that already held before, price must be increase because supply is less and bitcoin is harder to get.
So the demand must be increase because people are always hunted for something that are limited.
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Creating shit TOKEN make good profit ? on: January 22, 2020, 06:53:25 AM
Your experience in cryptocurrency is questionable, no investor wants to throw away their money for nothing but a token with no clear direction and purpose. If your goal is only to make money, please do the work around you. The more money you can get the value. Tokens are created to facilitate transactions in several industrial sectors that may need to fix transaction problems.

I think people are known with shit projects with copy pasting any onther projects idea even their roadmap and whitepapers and just changing the project's name and title. So i not all the people who created projects that really have goal and really want to facilitate transaction in any sectors but they just want investor's money
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: McAfee in Trouble ? on: January 21, 2020, 02:34:31 AM
In my opinion, he has always been making trouble and right now he should only focus on his new job as a political activist and stop predicting price developments in crypto industry.

Well said mate. I don't think anything he says or has said will have any positive impact on crypto market. At this point, I don't think any one cares.

I think he's one of most influenced person in cryptocurrency because his name is already big and also he's always have positive vibes on his twitter if you ever seen, never have pesimist opinion with crypto and also always cheering up crypto even in worst condition.
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What about WAVES? No one talks about it anymore! on: January 21, 2020, 01:50:46 AM
Waves never huge promotion their own side. But this is right it was promising coin and since 2017 it’s gradually very popular when those guys invest they got big profit at the end of this year. Waves last price is 17$ most provably. As per as it’s a big dex platform so that people’s trust this coin. Right now price down below 1$. Yeah that time a lot of prediction likes it will be next eth or beats eth. Waves development something keep silent no updates from many months. In 2018 middle it’s price gradually down i have not seen any pump.

Almost every altcoins are down since 2018 although waves was very popular back in 2017 and growing wavesdex but right now there are already too much good coin that can compete with waves, so it's just a battle of advertisement and how good the marketing skills from the teams to make a hype of the coins and make a powerful demand to pump the price
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin’s Next Peak May ‘Only’ Be $80,000, Says Analyst on: January 20, 2020, 02:10:19 PM
No one what the actually price of the new ATH will be but I still believe the $75k to $85k price range to be the new ATH price  predicted by Josh Rager as it was written in the article make sense than previous posted by McAfee and the rest that said bitcoin to reach $100K, 300K, 1M etc.

People is easily said it will reach 50k 100k 1m etc since the bull run in 2017, price crashed many times and when it rise a bit, people always keep repeating it's prediction. But when? No one knows. It will or never, we didn't even know. People are keep saying the good news because to makr people buy when price pump, but the one who said that sold theirs for profits
17  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can we now confirm that he's Faketoshi.? on: January 18, 2020, 10:39:05 AM
He doesnt have the keys but still telling the court that he will receive it in the future date. What kind of an argument is this.? First it was just the announcement, then it was "I will get the courier" and now this.

What else is needed in the court to prove that he is not..?

https://decrypt.co/16998/confirmed-craig-wright-doesnt-have-keys-to-8-billion-of-bitcoin

We could since the first time he showed up with controvisial statements, i think the real satoshi won't showed up it's identity because since the beginning that what he want, that's why he become anonymous and not show up until right now.
18  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Early halvening on: January 18, 2020, 06:47:45 AM
Maybe it possible to move bitcoin price around 35 to 40% before halving because bitcoin price has been reached from $7k to $9k within short time in January 2020, so bitcoin price has been already pumped more than 20 % till now. and we can check the past halving history the bitcoin price has reached all time high past halving as i mentioned details about past bitcoin halving price of bitcoins.

1) bitcoin halving event in November 2012, after 12 months bitcoin price reached all time high as $1000

2) bitcoin halving event in 2016 after that bitcoin price reached all time high again in December 2017 as $19000

Let see if the third round of halving is gonna give us a good result or no, sometimes things happen sequentially not for 3 times because many people already expect it and crypto always have a surprice for the users. So i think there must be a difference this year with the result of the halving
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ideas for a new Bitcoin name? on: January 17, 2020, 09:27:54 AM
Depends on what changes you will put, a simplified or extreme change.
Name it simply bitcoin or bitcoin extreme. As long as you will be able to specify the difference, since many were confident now in bitcoin than trying other, especially the new once.

Probably nothing could replace bitcoin, and i think a rebranding is a bad decission because bitcoin is already worldwide and most people in the world are known bitcoin even the people are don't know what is it.
20  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: No one ever sells, nor buys anything in BitCoin.. Think this is wrong, read on! on: January 17, 2020, 02:45:22 AM
because of this fluctuation bitcoin until now has not been able to achieve mass adoption and in my opinion is not suitable for use as a means of payment. although some stores that accept bitcoin as a means of payment in fact only convert to bitcoin to US dollars I think this is still a good step. at least it can be used as a promotional medium that there is currently a new type of currency, cryptocurrency.
Yeah bitcoin should become a stable coin if we want a mass adaption, but i think that wouldn't happen, the art of bitcoin and cryptocurrency trading is when the price move dynamically in a short time that's what make it popular. I think bitcoin and other alts is still gonna be a trading thing until a long time because people use it for that.
