Yeah, we paid Komodo Team several thousand dollars but they didn't bother to give us a downloadable QT wallet.  So you have to use the Komodo wallet and change the parameters, as outlined above in this topic.

Komodo/we did actually provide you a COMMOD branded version (https://github.com/KomodoPlatform/KomodoOcean/tree/commod) AND even the official downloadable (and COMMOD compatible) Komodo pre-builts https://github.com/DeckerSU/KomodoOcean/releases/tag/v2.0.15-rc2-g28-6 as a temporary solution and until you provide your users your own secure builds - it should be clear to you that only by providing your own builds would you be able to exclude security risks/threats. Its probably also worth mentioning that all services expired once again.

The explorer is not working.
You will have your wallet qt for COMMOD?

That is expected - explorer service expired.

You can find all the forks loaded on the coin here: http://www.findmycoins.ninja/

It's a shame that someone sent 0.001 BTC to the coin's address, that usually devaluates the premium.

I agree...I like my Cas coins reflecting the face value only and not a Satoshi more.

You might wanna try an auction for this starting at 0.5btc or the minimum price you think its worth. The market will tell you what it is worth. Goodluck

Interesting, why does it devalue the coin in your eyes?
To me, due to the open blockchain which shows every single transaction, including the first funding, additional fundings do not devalue the coin at all - it's just a reflection of things happening on the Bitcoin blockchain.
Maybe I have a naive collector's view here, but the physical coin remains untouched by these transactions, as does the initial funding.

I agree to this view - if it did devalue the coin then we would have to imply that any additional funding of a physical coin ultimatively leads to a financial damage where the 'malicious devaluator" could literally be anyone. This, if true, looks like a serious vulnerability as most of the physical coins pubkeys are known for sake of transparency. Is there a report or reference somewhere of such event - where additional funding decreases value of a physical coin?

When are you planning on releasing the token?

The blockchain is already online https://dsec.ac and codes public https://github.com/ca333/dsec && https://gitlab.com/ca333/dsec - and got the biggest volume in barterDEX: https://www.dexstats.info/tradevolume.php

DEVSEC is a decentralized Dev & Security Laboratory:

This decentralized group is managing a small efficient team of engineers, developers and security experts. Our main goal is providing highly efficient IT-security to every blockchain-tech utilizing party – doesnt matter if a enduser, a company or a daytrader. The goal is to secure each of the aformentioned parties.

Responsibilities and scope of DEVSEC do include but are not limited to a set of infrastructural maintenances like automated build infrastructures and security setups, secure code reviews, exploitation and pen testing, prototype development and more. DEVSEC works in a fully decentralized and independent fashion with direct communications to Komodos QA division, Komodos coredevs and James “jl777” Lee. We also have succesfully started a collaboration base with a handful of exploit researchers in order to be a step ahead of the bad guys.

The initial funding of DEVSEC is based on an own blockchain with the name DSEC (DevSEC) which launched with a provable initial market cap of 1 million KMD. The initial funding is provided by SuperNET and results in the organization holding 50% of DSEC. The other 50% will be reserved for project expenses, community rewards, and additional revenue generating projects.
The initial funds provide operational security for 2 – 3 years. The majority of the project expenses shall be paid in DSEC. The devsec team ensures healthy barterdex market conditions allowing team members and other DSEC receiver to swap their DSEC for BTC or KMD at any time.
In addition to our work for KMD we also plan to offer paid security reviews like already done in the past (i.e. here on BCT) and pentests to interested 3rd parties.

DEVSEC is a community focused and transparent project which hosts a public blogging section for all ongoing activities.

Conflict of interest disclosure: We hired a known community member and KMD NN operator (non-anon, very helpful, skilled) and a longterm university colleague who the gov. grade system rates extremely intelligent. In the last weeks DEVSEC also received a crypto donation which will also be used as project funds. We also started collaborating with a set of security researchers who did provide a proof of deep vuln/exploiting knowledge and moral compass when it comes to BC tech. Some of the DEVSEC team-members were/are longterm Komodo community and/or team-members.

Got time? We are looking for a discord/BCT and Telegram Community Manager and one very skilled web(app) developer (MEAN stack, react, vuejs, etc.). Enter our discord server for all informations: https://discord.gg/gy2tGcv or send private message.

15% of the token supply is reserved for the community.
