I get the impression that there is a lack of belief in what i am saying. So is there a trusted member of the community that would like to validate my betting history? I would be more than willing.
Before you think about getting a trusted member to help you. Have you tried to do what was suggested to you by Mahdirakib? This? If yes, are you able to see the IP addresses? Is there any anomaly? Yes and yes but according to stake there are no irregularities. Like i i said i assume that i was indeed hacked and my argument is why wasn't a new session email sent. Those emails are standard and if there is a way to circumvent them then that is a flaw in Stakes system. With all the misinformation stakes support have given me im just confused as hell. Not really looking for help by a trusted member more looking for a trusted member to confirm i am legitimate and not trying to pull a fast one. More than willing to do what i need to do to prove that. To be honest and don't get me wrong, I'm not defending anyone but they didn't tell you there were no irregularities. Milos said that they have logs that do not indicate if your account was compromised or not. I mean, I can understand that. I'm playing from 3 devices and each device has a different IP and a browser, that doesn't mean that someone compromised my account. Of course, if someone made bets from your account then it is compromised and that's it. The question is how is it compromised. From my understanding, you never had 2FA enabled on your account which means that the attacker would need access to your email and I believe that's the only way. Your email has been leaked on several sites and I guess someone compromised it eventhough you say it is impossible, nothing is impossible. About that leaked emails, yours and stake's, they could be leaked on forums or any other site where you are using those emails and that's neither yours nor Stake's fault.  |

I really don't know whether to laugh or be mad at you. So what you are complaining is basically, indirectly it's stake's fault that you lost that much amount of money because they removed your self-exclusion? That makes zero sense as, you could easily create another account and gamble it all away. Or you might have gone to other casinos and gambled and lost there. Again, it was you who asked to remove the ban. I agree that stake is maybe at fault of letting you play there again after your permanent ban request, but that doesn't mean they forced you to play? Question is, would you have complained had you won rather than losing? Stake also should make sure they actually reinforce bans properly and not allow permanent banned members to play at their site again.
What you write does not make sense. He has clearly indicated that it concerns 1 account. And yes, if he had created other accounts and lost money with them, it would have been his own fault. But that is not the case. The point is that he used 1 account, and that Stake.com should have kept this account closed. It should never have been reopened. A gambling addiction must be taken seriously by every gambling site and stake is also required to comply with this due to rules of the gambling committee. I think you have a strong case if you want to keep this going. It's about too much money. Just lol dude, by backing him up you are basically saying that gambling on sports is not gambling while gambling on casino is gambling. If he has a gambling addiction then that goes for gambling in general, not just gambling on casino, no? Dude, if you really have a gambling addiction, you should've requested Self- Exclusion. Gambling on sports is still gambling, not much different than casino. Casino- Exclusion is not regulated and it is not in their policies. They are probably offering that so the players can cool off after a bad streak or smth and they have no obligation to honor that Casino- Exclusion since it's not regulated. They can simply do what the player wants/ requests. But the Self- Exclusion is something completely different. If this was the Self- Exclusion instead of Casino- Exclusion, you would have a case. Sorry if this sounds a bit harsh but as one of the previous posts said, you should take responsibility for your actions. |

You should contact support, they told me that the wallets are under maintenance and I believe they've posted notification on Telegram as well as on the site.  they said it will be fixed in 12 hours on the 26th jan. this was after multiple complains. till now nothing is done and they are not updating. someone mentioned onn chat that he was able to withdraw. so i presume there is nothing wrong with their wallet they are obviously using your money to trade. imagine all the deposits pd gets and imagine the profit they will make in 4 or 5 days. the only reason they are not paying out xrp is because they are trading with it. That's just ridiculous lol. Idk, it looks like xrp wallets are fixed, my cashouts are going through just fine. |

Uhhm, that won't work. First, your VIP bonuses will stop if the person that bought your account is not active as you were and second, your VIP host would figure out that he's talking to another person. Tbh, it's not worth it.

Dude, you should not be going to some site to spend money in order to reach some VIP level. You should gamble for fun. Also, I'm with Stake on this one. They cannot give you 0.5 BTC bonus because you've lost 0.68.  I believe that bonuses depend on many factors like your wagered amount, recent activity, bonuses received so far etc. I'm the player on Stake as well and I've never received my Bronze VIP bonus because I've reached it like a half a year ago when they didn't offer bonuses for Bronze. There are alot of trusted Players that make exchanges between currencies for a very low fee. If Dodge's fee is too high for you you can always exchange to other currency with a lower fee such as Bitcoin that has only a 5k satoshis fee.
Please be adviced to use our Forum for those kind of exchanges where you will find those trusted Members.
If you are going to endorse this action to trusted players like you are by posting this, you should protect players from being taken by making it clear who these trusted players are. I see a new person every 2-3 days asking to make a trade and they end up sending to a person I have never seen in chat. Its 50/50 if they got scammed. This is the same issue with scripts you guys say not to talk about them in chat but at the same time promote one. Somethings need to be more clear. Just a eye opener that I have been dealt with this way twice now and last time I was right and its documented here as well under NotFresh account.
Nothing else to add, any issues just hit me on pm or talk to me on Primedice.
I'm sure it is solved now. It is always a good thing to have feedback about the users experience in the site, it helps everybody. Came in here with a issue and was ignored besides the account that is clearly a employee of Primedice giving me some kind of odd rub in attempt to silence any critique. Have had more than a handful people contact me saying they can see this and told me its nothing new. I do regret connecting Stunna as the feedback I have gotten has shown he is a solid character. Anyways its a bit of the issue I have with most crypto sites, they are never held to the flame and can dance around most issues. My feeling is that I was not wanted and the site gets what they want. Moving on. I'm just a loyal player who has been around from 2014. and I hate when people want to prove something that isn't there. Also, if you don't like how the things are dealt with, why are you still around?  Well, I will leave you with your thoughts. You skirt most points like a good troll. Moving on implies I no longer will be playing there. Still skirting why you talk like a employee? Thats fine anyone reading your history will see where you do it. Was there a company meeting again! I expect some cordial respect usually and right those that are trolling off for the most part but you did something early that peaked my interest. You took the effort to go look me up on Primedice and see that I should have been around long enough to know the rules. You follow up with less respect but I got something out of our exchange.

So you used a alt to look me up fair enough, but I noticed somethings in the history that amused me.
You are posting on a very infrequently used account but it showed up 3 times that I noticed not long after Stunna posted and once was actually with another of my accounts(Thanks for helping me find that account,I appreciate it). Write that off to you being Serbian and being very close to the headquarters of Primedice. HQ of PD is not in Serbia mate but yes I am a Serbian which has nothing to do with all of this. As I said you can ask any player on chat that got muted at some point. There is no such thing as rain blacklist or whatever. You have a bit of merit and glanced to see it and you got it form Micro after you tore into a similar incident then mine with some one discussing rain. You also talk in one post as if you are support or higher and I leave that for others to read since you have a short history. Maybe he liked my post lol, I don't see anything wrong with that.
Dropping the issue anyways because I do not plan to incite mods in the future will just leave quietly like so many before me when the day does come.
Well, once again, there is no such feature but even if there is one, I have to say nice job guys, stop the abusers. |

You are on PrimeDice for quite some time now and you will not be warned each time you break the rules. Moderators and Support give warnings to new players that are not aware of the chat rules. Also, there is no feature to blacklist you from rain, there never was such a feature and there never will be such a feature. Rain-bot tips people randomly, people that are playing and are active on chat. You cannot get rain every time. And I have to agree with the moderator that muted your account. You are muted for a good reason. Why you said "cock" to the question "what is his/ her favorite breakfast"? If I were on that mod's place, I would have muted your account for at least a couple of days, just because you are a smartass. Also, as far as rain goes, you call people beggars/ begshits and you are crying about the rain as well, I mean cmon lol You took the time to look me up, one more step to ask support if such a thing was around! Well you are wrong in both ways, I am actually around since 2015 and devs have been in chat for a well talking about the feature. The mute is also not the main issue, it is a byproduct of what the real issue is but every one feels like I am talking out my ass and Stunna decided to ignore and promote moving in on another sites action. One issue for me and I have been black balled perma, its not just a hour or a day. Have waited days to address this and confirm it. Have gone out of my way not to mention the mod I have issue with as well. Till others are effected I guess no one cares that primedice has a good feature being misused by a overzealous mod. This is not about the rain but how a account can be labeled. No more fodder for sig spam since I am being ignored here as well. I have no idea who told you that there is such thing as "account being labeled" but that is completely nonsense. 99% of PD users have been muted at some point and they can still receive the rain, you can ask them on chat. I'm sure that Stunna has more important things to do than looking up a butthurt member that's complaining about the rain and how he has been muted for a good reason. Please, when you receive rain from RainBot just let us know here. I know that you will feel stupid but please share it here and all will be forgiven.  |

Recently Primedice added a feature to block/ban players that beg in chat from getting rain from chatbot. Great feature but I have a issue with how it is being used and why Its concerning.
Yesterday I received my first chat ban for replying to a trivia question for what a mods favorite meal was with “cock”! Instantly chat banned and thats more a personal issue ongoing with a mod then actual legit issue.
So take my lump and move along,right? Wrong!!!
Today I watch as rain is passed out to every player due to it being doge coin. I thought how funny now they are saving on tips by handing out crap coins. So I wait for my turn well chatting and rolling for hours and nothing comes. I start counting in chat after I notice the mod I have a issue with tip every player active in chat but me. Passive aggressive type and I even call him out knowing he would do this.
So I finally get confirmation I am banned from rain because of one issue! So it appears to me that this mod as altered the rules to smear my account and has told other mods to do the same.
So personal issue aside...We have a site blackballing players and not informing them. Two the feature is being misused for personal issues to make the site unfriendly.
The issue is if he can do this or any other mod,then whats stopping it from happening to others?Chat already runs according to whoever is tipping,so watch out if you get in the way of the fan club.
Its bad optics to ban players and not tell them why because it looks like primedice could implement other features related to play. Not the case but its not hard to think that if a site is using hidden features against you.
Treat players fair and let them know. Boycotting site for a week because I am a customer, no matter how I am being painted.
Like to add that I had a transaction lost once and these same mods gave me the run around for a week. Stunna solved the issue in 2 hours. So not impressed with any but hui and kristoffff.

In my opinion you shouldn't take it too seriously when you get muted or banned from the chat box. Sometimes the mods can actually ban the wrong person, or sometimes the way they interpret your text might sound "offensive". This happens in all the different chatroom/trollboxes like PD or Bitmex. Many times people get banned, they don't understand why. I think the reason why is due to language barriers different readers/listeners might interpret something a rude while others might not. For example, you might say something sexist and some mods can find it funny while another will take offence and ban you. Probably what happened when you said "cock" like above. Understand what you are saying but in this instance I know the mod does not like me and it is a mutual thing. The chat ban is not the issue really, its that they also take away rain. When I created this account I got rain from two mods and was ignored by the rest because I did not grovel and feed their ego about how pretty they are or how cool they where. Now I receive nothing from mods and have been banned from rain under the new feature. Would be fine with it if they told me in the first place, instead I figure out I am on a 2nd class account and treated less then. They should have a warning so players know and can go play on a site that thinks more of them. It also would eliminate the optics that they can do more than lock you out of rain and actually effect your play. Contacted support about this and was ignored. Like a player or not we should all be treated the same or fairly. Every change lately is for the worst. The chat ban was just the combo of a issue and where the problem started... Issue:

1st part: man, your answer is a good joke to tell between friends. But Primedice chat is a public chat with a lot of unknown people, it is not the place for that kind of jokes. So I agree with a temporal ban in this case. 2nd part: ok, but here you are right, banning a player from the rain (or from any other feature of the site) without informing him/her, doesn't looks right. I'm sure it was something specific of that situation/mod, because I've seen a mod who always says when he mute somebody, and the reason for it, and I think this is the way to go. I'm talking my mind here, maybe Stunna thinks otherwise. The first part would be fair if chat frequently did not drop into something sexually off. The idea that chat can change based on the mod on shift is crazy because some only come into chat at the start and end of a shift. So they could sit back and ban people without anyone knowing why or by who. The reason I was really banned is more that I do not respect the triva that attracts begshits out of the woodwork. That same group will gang attack anyone that has a opinion that is contrary to a mod or them getting more tips. I have had people come at me that I never talk to because I had a issue with one of their friends. So primedice encourages that behaviour, in fact I have been in discussions and seen mods tip those that attack me as a subtle way of saying go at this guy you got my blessings. Lot of stupid kid stuff that really should not be part of the site. Part 2 is true sometimes. If some one is spamming they get warned and they eventually get muted. Same for some one that may be off topic and being a bit ruthless on some one, they get a warning and boom. In my case nothing, not even mentioned in chat that I got muted either. This is why I am mentioning the issue to this extent. Its not of the norm for mods to do this but I have witnessed it in the past and its been kept on the low because no one wants to go there. Somehow I missed all the replies on my cell, reason I am coming back to touch on each response. Never forget that you are the customer and not the other way around. Some support tickets may have taken longer than expected to get solved the past week as I've been traveling, none should have taken more than 48 hours or so but please accept my apologies if you were one of those people.
