After being scammed since 4/30/13 by Richard Vialoux, I have decided to start taking action. I went ahead started contacting the proper people to get mc_lovins website subject to shutdown as a scam site. An investigation has begun by one of the many agencies that this ordeal will be brought to the attention of. Today I will contact a few more agencies and tomorrow I should finish having all the investigations opened. Since one of the investigations started I finally received an email response. The issue still has not been taken care of though. I responded to the email and have not received any replies. Scammers Information:Name: Richard Vialoux Alias: mc_lovin Email: info@coinurl.com

There no need to pressure either and trust me, I want this open way more than you want it open.
Byte-Gox is still ignoring the situation and has stole my coins!
Also Bytecoin is dead and you can thank Byte-Gox and his unprofessional services for it.

so is bytecoin dead? difficulty is way up, few people mining - seems to be going nowhere.
Not looking good. Difficulity still way up there and no new blocks since yesterday. Maybe the guy running the ASIC should get back on and run up some new blocks to keep the chain alive for transactions. It's probably more profitable for him to run BTC as BTE appears to have no value despite what some are asking for it on the "exchanges" if you can call them that. The "Me Too!" echo seems to have disapeared as well. Bytecoin is dead and you can thank Byte-Gox and his unprofessional services for it.

Thank you wahaha for your patience.
You did not reply to my post... Quit scamming me and pay me my coins! BEWARE everyone. Byte-Gox is a scammer. Just read this thread and how he ignores the fact he is stealing my coins.

Ok, did not I send you 150 BTE?
You paid me when I sold you that script, but this is not related to that. This is related to the down time at your pool that you said would be credited but was not credited. When the front end read the pool speed as zero you said the backend was opreating fine and shares would still be credited. Well over 24 hours of mining and there was no changes in the earned or estimated. Normally making 0.01 every 1-5 minutes... The over 24 hours of not crediting was not acceptable. I have explained this several times to you and am still waiting a response...

I know it gets annoying to hear again what I am about to say but, I am sorry. We are still working on the issue which specifically has to do with the amount a user can withdraw.
More detailed, if we open the site as is, which we can do, the user that exploits the bug can withdraw ALL of the coins. Then when you try to withdraw your coins you will get the error message of funds unavailable.
Why is it taking so long??
Good question, Bryan Mills (The developer) writes very complicated code and left the ship without leaving a manual.
The good news is that we got it under control and before the weekend is over we should be back to normal operations.
Thanks guys for your extremely long patience. kudos
Still does not answer my many questions or the post you told me to make explaining my issue...

He is obviously lurking trying to steal more coins or something. He just changed the name of the thread, but has made no responses. He put 48 hours as the title, but he said 48 hours on May 15, 2013 at 09:54:02 PM. ?

Why would he only take a week?
He put the front-end of the pool down and told users they could continue mining and would be credited still. He never credited and is now ignoring the situation thus scamming users of the coins they earned during that time.

Pool is still paying out
Scammed users for 1 week. Paid before and after, but scammed a week of earnings... Don't be fooled. Byte-Gox is a scammer

**BEWARE**Byte-Gox has become scammer and started stealing a lot of users coins using his pool and exchange. Avoid pool.bytecoin.in and exchange.bytecoin.in... They are scam sites.
