You need angel investors. I can't look for the legit angel investing website although I've seen one yet I can't find the latest listing on this website. https://angel.co/

I'm not vouching for them but check it if there are ideas that suit your expansion. And you might as well get your .com domain if you're planning to go international or those country domains for those targeted countries of your expansion.

Hi,

Thank you for the advice.

We plan to launch in both country with a different domain. For Indonesia, actually we plan to take over a minor Bitcoin .id blog and then build that up. The owner is willing to sell it to us.

In Italy we have few .it domains reserved already.
Nice, so it has been well planned at all. You have already the experience and you're getting a huge traffic so that shouldn't be a problem. I just thought that you haven't looked at it but, I'm wrong and you're already doing it as a good sign of your start.

You can also conduct a public announcement that you are in need of investors for the expansion that you'll do on your website. I think there will be countrymen that will show interest of investing prior to your expansion.

Hi,

Thanks. Planned, but still in baby step mode. To be frank, I never worked with investors and not willing to sell my soul, not even sure how things go.

We hinted to our community that we are planning an expansion, the reaction was mildly positive. About my countrymen showing interest...well...heh...Hungary where we operate...sounds harsh what I say, but I am more afraid of them than wolfs Cheesy I would rather prefer international/regional co-ops, that is why this angel.co seems interesting platform.
Angel  co is a nice venue to get angel investors and since your project is already functioning but need to be expand they will be interest in it but you still need to legal advise about to work with investors even if the investors are from your local community in Hungary. However, you can also try the Italians and Indonesia local board on here while your team that reside there organize a physical meeting.

Thanks for your comment, legal advice is definitely in the bag when it comes to investor relationships. We operate since 2016, locally and that's what we wanna change sooner or later. We are no CoinTelegraph or any big shot, but we do picked up some experience, integrity and editorial standards during the years which might be beneficial in other countries too. In Italy we already have someone interested who want to partner with us, but they are - lets be simple - nocoiners. We would prefer to bring in investor who understands the sector with all its benefits and drawbacks. It is just easier (and at the same time harder) to justify and validate your mission in front of those who have real time experience with cryptos. I'll take your advice, gonna introduce my plan to the local communities on Bitcointalk. Thank you Smiley

"For every one person that is trying to set up good businesses in the crypto space there are 100 people who just want to make some fast cash however they can without any kind of effort, it's the worst thing about the crypto industry."

It is a zero sum game, so I am not sure how they wanna make fast cash, but yeah fully agree. Always the gamblers, mavericks, risk takers who adopt first a new technology. I guess it takes some time until the Joe is boarding.

Sure, I'll ping you.

Ain't sure about CCN. They became full retard tabloid with close to zero crypto content.

I/we run a news site/blog/whatever in a small country as well, but if we would purely focus on crypto topics, we couldn't survive. So opening to mainstream topics is kinda necessary here (while also keeping our main narrative and even smuggling hints, sentences, paragraphs about cryptos in to the mainstream targeted contents). We are doing it since 2016, wanna expand and try us out internationally, even in other fields (adult industry + crypto - after seeing the domain name seriously made me thinking, I was thinking on something similar to livejasmin - but with crypto Cheesy) but we don't even dream about selling it one day for 100x or even 10x return. Media is an arduous process if you build things from scratch. Blogging is just blogging.

CCN made a conscious decision in 2018 to start pivoting towards mainstream and yeah, the biggest money in media is currently in tabloid and clickbait. That is what they do now. But considered as upstart among The Sun, Bild, Guardian etc. those are decades old prints. I am in doubt if their domain name change will help this type of endeavour. Shorter domain names do help brand recognition but still, if they write for morons, and in a populist manner, they will get morons and populists.

I guess, everyone strives to offer the best quality, but for that...well you need funds and after a certain level, you can't just add more working hours while you lack sufficient funds in order to achieve the desired quality. You have to buy the expertise.

If the thread starter would say, that bring your idea, I bring my domain plus certain level of investment (having skin in the game) then its worth thinking to partner...

I don't think any of these domains worth it even the registration + ICANN fee.  Cry

1. I'm not trying to sell them.

2.

3. This is only a subset of the "coin" + (term) .com domains I own.  I've already sold some previously.  Guess what, a bit more than a $10 reg fee.  I didn't even hand reg any of these, a majority are from auction or dropcaught.

This is on paper. I dunno the domains feel overpriced, empty shells only.

Binance is a pretty good model to follow.

I am not sure I get it. So basically to launch an ICO and and build an exchange and then buy up the lesser competitors?

ICO is rotten business due to the scamming events happened before and until today so if you plan to run an ICO then provably you will face many criticism since crowd fundings using the ICO is not good these days. Maybe build up a good model if you have a money since if people find that you can create a good product for that, then for sure your market will wide.

I wasn't planning at all. I prefer legit ways to create value. Funds are ok, but not enough for expansion.

Hi,

I am running a crypto news portal in Hungary, the site is called BitcoinBazis.hu. I know, is not that fancy as having a DeFi project or a staking platform but still it grows and generates revenue in a relatively underdeveloped market.

The site is online since 2016, has around 200.000 - 300.000 page views a month, enough advertisers and third party offers to keep it profitable but still, as owner, I feel that I can't get to the next level in this tiny market.

So I like to expand internationally and want to target two other countries, where I and my team can accomplish new things during the years and reach the same level of media sophistication (big words, I know lol) as we did in Hungary (we are gradually becoming mainstream and increasing the monthly content volume and topics that we cover).

One is Italy, where we have great business connections, native or near-native content writers, in fact, one of our Hungarian team member lives there and feels determined to build up with us there a media outlet. The market is relatively mature and large, plus Italians feel nowadays in terms of their own financial situations, that they are on the sucker end, so I think this is a good starting point to get in to the market.

The other one would be Indonesia. Here as well, we have very close connections with the local industry and my team boast several Indonesia connected family and professional relationships. The market is large, so without doing a deep market research, I think it can bear another high standard crypto news portal.

This is not a one year long get rich quick project, and who thinks so is fool, but given, that I and my team was able to do it in Hungary, I can do it in those two countries two.

I need some new challenges.

So yeah, if you could please comment on the idea and prospect, I would be really grateful. I am very loyal to Satoshi's vision (not that BSV scam) about a financially interconnected digital world, where financial third parties are irrelevant and money means inclusion, censorship-resistance and liberty.

KR20150015889 is the actual patent on the Algorithm.

Actual, as in what they claim now?
This was what they supposedly sent the author to verify their "algorithm" legitimacy

If you check the archived version of the website:
https://web.archive.org/web/20200502002840/https://trustcapital.ltd/

There is no mention of that patent number and that patent number is from Koreea if we go by the standard numbering, and guess what, there is no such patent number at Kipris!

Ponzi asf (just to keep the thread up)

Sziasztok!

Ilyenek például a hacker-kultúra, anti-bank - anti-elit, anarcho-kapitalizmus, libertáriánus eszmék (össze nem tévesztendő a magyar mainstream politikai irányzatokkal, közük nincs hozzá), osztrák közgazdaságtan, do-it-yourself megoldások, személyes adatok védelme, anonimitás, mainstream pénzügy, globális hírek, geopolitika stb.

Wow, this fake scammer company is a real pro.

Especially your marketing boy called "Mark".

Mark thinks, that this type of message lands a paid advertisement on a local cryptonews site:

"Hello! We are interesting in advertisement on your site.

Best regards, Mark"

From: marketing@trustcapital.ltd

Thanks BitcoinTalk members for keeping this thread on Google's first page (if you write trustcapital.ltd scam).

Hey guys, we posted the Case Study of our Irish partner`s BTCitcoin Marketing Team experience of using Bitmedia platform! Fascinating campaigns strategy they utilize and explain there, check it out Wink It is basically a Blueprint of how to make campaigns to generate a leads flow to your site:

https://bitmedia.io/blog/case-study-irish-crypto-marketing-agency-bitcoin-marketing-team-made-a-customer-flow-for-their-clients-by-methodical-campaign-setup-on-the-bitmedia-platform/
You can shove your Bitmedia in your arse, seriously. You pay 3-6 sats for CPM, last time I logged in to our account and appeared to be some other account from a Turkish outlet called CoinBulteni (I was dumb to not make a screenshot, my bad). I asked you weeks ago to initiate a CPM floor on our site, you guys did NOTHING. You guys won. I won't miss the chance to trash you guys on private level on every conference I visit, and I visit a LOT. I had to ask your useless support several times to stop showing gambling ads on our site while I explicitly BLOCKED on your side to not do. For transparency: Balaxi from BitcoinBazis.hu

Hello Balaxi,

Well, our average CPM for publishers is on 6k-9k SAT level and growing. As for the login thing - we had an issue with user sessions Roll Eyes which is currently fixed. CPM floor is doable, but since there are really a lot of requests it takes a while, unfortunately. Your CPM floor inquiry can be pushed higher on queue, if you would be interested in running our ads again. Thanks for your review anyways, we will reconsider our categories so other publishers would not receive gambling ads while they are blocked.

P.S. First thing I saw by visiting your site was a gambling ad from cointraffic  Grin

And you know why is there gambling ad on BitcoinBazis.hu from COINTRAFFIC? 'Cos they know how to deal with publishers in a manner that is not considering them as some annoying DIRT, regardless where they come from or how big outlets they run. Not like your customer support which doesn't gives a SHIT (and yes, I read your support's email about CPM flooring - both - but I do not intend to reply, 'cos I do not consider you guys anymore a legit business). Second, because the site is in a minor language (Hungarian) and for them is harder to fulfill their quotas or whatever in such minor languages with non-gambling advertisers. With 150 - 160K monthly readers, pure crypto guys, you paid without CPM floor 3-6 sats. Good that you guys eat light and breathe oxygen, but we aren't and have a bunch of costs to cover in a month. You paying that amount by default is not just PREDATORY BEHAVIOR, but fully out of any sort of FAIRNESS. In my view you guys are a bad actor in the crypto-space and better if you shut down your operation. And I did not even mention the issue with the 'user sessions' which is a major leak in good knowledgeable hands!
