my guess is your email id has been compromised, as soon as you received the mail(to which he had access to) stating the funds are transferred, he logged in made a buy and ran away.
am not sure whether microsoft provides list ip addresses from which user login took place like in gmail, if there is such option check those logs too, you might find a clue.

Hey why is it that Localbitcoin has not suspended their services and wait for RBI's further clarification. Or anyone expects that soon they would also follow the same?

personally i think its not a good idea to trade on irc, coz there is no trust factor. we donot know whom we are dealing with (almost true in every other media) and the seller has got nothing to loose not even his rep. i suggest atleast initiate the deal on forum and then continue to negotiate via irc.

just noticed! did he manage to spoof email id from localbitcoins.com domain? didnt gmail raise flags?
That's easy bro.. and in this case they used http://emkei.cz/ mailer. I am going to reverse their rat in free time and will post more details here. Ps: I told him that i clicked on it and nothing happened, and then i kept disconnecting his call in between of that convo. He is going to guide me "How to run that file" in half hour because he is busy with his localbitcoins work now. m aware, but usually gmail hints if its spoofed. keep us posted its getting intresting

at this point of time u can fund through bitcoin sell those in the market, buy back when price drops(kidding) and withdraw the coins to any personal wallet. in future they may need verification for that too.
|
|
|
i mean u can send and receive bitcoins from unverified accounts, abiding to 1000 or 100btc rule which i dont remember exactly.
