101  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bankroll! on: December 13, 2023, 10:40:41 AM
1. How much bankroll can you afford to start with?
No specific amount, but I only use my extra money every time I start to gamble. Not that high, but not too low.

2. With your bankroll, how much expected profit do you anticipate in a year?
I can't think of an exact answer to this question. I only play to enjoy and if luck is with me, the winning is a bonus that I can use to play some other time.

3. Will you be content with your profit? If not, have you considered increasing your bankroll, even if you cannot afford it?
Yes, I always try to keep myself under control. I know to myself if ever that I try to increase my bankroll, I might be blinded with more winnings and becomes the reason to lose more money.
102  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are slots hard to understand on purpose? on: December 13, 2023, 10:16:03 AM
I'm very rarely even almost  only  try a few times to play slot, but I find it hard to find luck there, maybe because of a lack of knowledge.
I prefer and often play dice and high low, it's easier and has a bigger chance of winning in my opinion, depending on how we set the amount of bets and set the winning presentation.

Slots are very very easy to understand.People who find them difficult are people who rush to start playing without clicking on the Information menu which in most of the well known providers give you a deep description of the slot machine you are about to play.Another way is to keep buying the feature in slot providers which offer this feature as by playing the bonus feature you learn the game mechanics.Overall slots are easy you only have to read the info in the beginning.
The description is indeed easy to understand. What players don't understand is how hard it is to win in slots. Most likely if you are not lucky in this kind of game, whatever understanding you do and reading on the description of slots, you won't understand it because your focus is on playing.
103  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: You must have a source on: December 13, 2023, 09:17:37 AM
You must have a source of income if you must succeed in your holdings.

For the few years I have been into cryptocurrency, I have discovered that you can't hold till the right time if your don't have a source of income. Just imagine that you have a pressing basic needs like feeding or rent, then you don't have money  to finance it, you will be forced to sell your Bitcoin at a loss if you don't have a source of income outside your holdings.

Most people that have sold their Bitcoin holdings at a loss or at an average price actually have the patience but don't have the knowledge of how to hold, because a good holder must be aware that he needs a source of income for him to be able to consolidate to his holdings.

It has happened to me severally, I have been able to hold now, since I started working as a merchandiser with Guinness, I think most times, experience is the best teacher.
This is true. An investor aiming to have a long-term investment in Bitcoin or any cryptocurrency requires to have a stable job. High possibility for an investor to sell their holdings early if ever the time comes when they need money for any emergencies. Having a source of income will also be the one to help an investor to at least increase the holdings they have. Instead of being in a situation of selling their investment, they can invest more if they want to.

108  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How can I avoid paying these crazy transaction fees? on: December 08, 2023, 02:46:43 PM
You can't avoid paying transaction fees. It's already part of the technology. What you can only do is to wait for the right time. Timing your transaction and wait for off-peak hours. This way, you will have a lower fee compared to having transactions during peak hours and editing the transaction fee to the lowest fee which will take longer.
109  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Would it be enough to buy 100 dollars worth of Bitcoin every month? on: December 08, 2023, 02:27:53 PM
Let me ask you, how much is the amount you are capable of investing in Bitcoin every month?
Investment in Bitcoin depends on an individual's capability or the amount of money they can produce and risk as their investment. You can't invest $150 if you get $100 every month. Even if you want to invest more than that, you can't. What you must think is, that you have your investment, having one is a good start since you can already think of investing at your current age.
110  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: Axie Infinity Philippine Thread on: December 06, 2023, 09:10:47 AM

111  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: NEW NFT GAME - MonMon Land on: December 06, 2023, 08:50:39 AM
Actually maraming bagong NFT games halos araw-araw.

Gusto kong subukan kaya dinownload ko yung app nila at nag register ako, for now di muna ako nag subscribe, observe ko muna tong -platfrom nila without subscription (Pearl).
Bale wala kang chance makawithdraw unless you subscribe.
112  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: $40k Price Target Achieved on: December 05, 2023, 12:16:47 PM

With this mate , i think I now know which and whom to follow predictions as I have stopped this belief back then but now how you shows us some skills in trading views, will be bookmarking this one and will check your posts from time to time  Grin
Thank you for this sharing and your other thread , its time to look for the brighter side now after the bad months of 2022-2023 .
Just remember that not all predictions are accurate or instantly happen. Some predictions turn out the opposite of the prediction and some are like this that takes a lot of months to happen. Don't stop your belief if ever you come across some of that, believe in the technology not in the predictions.
113  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: First Bitcoin Bar in Sofia, Bulgaria looks Interesting on: December 05, 2023, 11:59:57 AM
Criminal rate in this bar *stonks.

I imagine what if there's an innocent who doesn't even have Bitcoin going to this bar and he become a target of $5 wrench attack, the criminal will not believe if this guy is really don't have any Bitcoin lol. The criminal might kill him since they think he's lying in order to protect his coins, so it's really dangerous to any person.
Maybe we are thinking too much about the risk of the bar. Just like any other bar, this Butcoin Bar surely has their security to take care of the customers. If ever some customer goes in even without a Bitcoin, that won't be a problem as the Bitcoin was only an additional thing added on the usual bar. The Bitcoin bar serves drinks which is the main reason for people going to a bar.
114  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Parental Guild on Bitcoin on: December 03, 2023, 12:25:03 PM
Few Questions I will like to get you own input on

Is buying Bitcoin or cryptocurrency good for Kids?

How do you teach a kid to secure Bitcoin incase you are not there?

Should authorities or agencies place age restriction on owning Bitcoin?

I will appreciate you immerse contribution to this discussion.

- kids buying Bitcoin is good, though we will not be so sure if they know what investment means, but investing at an early age is good to start securing their future.

- securing Bitcoin in terms of taking care of their wallet? By giving them tips or giving them options as to where they can hide the information of their wallet.

- exchange platforms will be the ones to handle this. Most exchanges require KYC, they would need to submit a valid ID and this means you have to be at legal age to have one. That's when the age restriction keeps them out of this investment.
115  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Kids and Bitcoin on: December 03, 2023, 11:23:29 AM
For those ages seven to 11 who are not old enough to learn about Bitcoin, give them the opportunity to grow up on their own without pressuring them to learn Bitcoin at this early age. How much can a seven-year-old child learn about Bitcoin? I think a seven-year-old child would be adversely affected by the amount he could learn about Bitcoin. Besides allowing a seven-year-old child to grow naturally, you can teach him some English as well as some of your local language. As your child grows up try to teach him about other things gradually and when he is roughly approaching adulthood you can teach him about Bitcoin which will be useful to him.
That is the age for them to enjoy being a normal kid, I think the right age to learn about bitcoin is at the age of 17 and above, unless a child has a matured mindset and very eager to know every details about crypto despite their young age  then let them be, let them learn in their own will, not by forcing them to learn and engage in this kind of activity. Every child has their own passion, so for the parents out there, just support them while guiding them in their decisions.

Every kid is different, hence there is no such thing as "the right age". A child or a teenager can find an interest in bitcoin really early, and our mission as parents is to give him all the opportunities to learn and keep this interest alive. Child`s mind is very flexible and absorptive, it can engulf different types of information in the firs years of life, but the result of it will be noticeable later.
It only means that if they show interest in Bitcoin, it is our part to help them and provide wisdom to make them easily gather information and adopt basic knowledge. And if a kid or teenager does not show any interest, there is no need to make them get into Bitcoin just because we want them to know about it. It is all about their choice whether they will enjoy playing outside with their friends, or growing up and learning things as early as possible.

117  Other / Archival / Re: Wearing Bitcoin Clothing in Public on: December 01, 2023, 01:33:08 PM
I honestly do not see any wrong with wearing bitcoin clothing, at least, here in my country, clothes designed with Bitcoin logo have become very rampart, it has become very common that even non bitcoin holders are buying and wearing it, not particularly because of the bitcoin logo but because they maybe like the color of the cloth.

I am very sure of this based on one recent happening where someone I know very well was wearing a bitcoin logoed t-shirt, he was never into cryptocurrency, and neither has he ever bought even 1 satoshi, Infact, he knows absolutely nothing about bitcoin. I one day approached him and asked him if he knew the meaning of the logo drawn on his t-shirt, he's response was.."who cares about logo, I like the color of the t-shirt, that's why I bought it".

So, yeah, not every one wearing a bitcoin logoed cloth is actually holding bitcoin, or are into crypto.
Maybe it depends on the individual. But yes there's nothing wrong with that. It's just a printed tshirt with a Bitcoin design or logo. No one can immediately confirm you hold a whole Bitcoin and put you in danger. People will only be curious if you hold one or more but then after that, nothing will happen. It's not the same as wearing gold to show to others which can be dangerous, specifically in public.
118  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Nakakabahalang balita mga kabayan. on: December 01, 2023, 01:15:16 PM
119  Local / Pamilihan / Re: BINANCE Funding on: December 01, 2023, 12:56:48 PM

but thanks nga kay kabayan dahil mas detalyado at madaling sundin ang ginawa nyang thread, ma try nga agad to .

120  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What I learnt from a crackhead about gambling on: November 30, 2023, 01:50:28 PM
Between drugs and gambling, which one do you think is more addicting than the other?
Both are extreme addiction that leaves a huge scar on a person's life. Addiction to gambling causes mental stress and sometimes leads to anxiety and depression. Drugs affect the physical body of a person. Your body may suffer to the extent that you will no longer help yourself to recover. They are both addictions, nothing is greater than the other. All we know is that it is not healthy if you get addicted.
