Finom is my best for this month, they have good support from Nanopool, Tabtrader, and they have a strong team already,  and they have 12 days for ICO I guess they can have more than 100 M USD in that ICO. There are several useless ICO's so I donot invest more than 2 ICO for a month.

I also think that Dimcoin is a niche ICO of this year, with benefits and offerings. It is not important to sell every coin on exchange in Day 1. In my opinion, just hold it. I guess in a way they will launch in an exchange. A good strategy is to sell half of them on Day 1 and hold others for a while. There are more than 100 ICO's which are worthless.

The membership of this forum is not sale I guess. To be a full member need more than 4 months activity. For me not enough conis to buy this forums membership. Also for bounties a sale account is a disadvantage for me. No workaround try to be active and be a part of community.

For me Best way is Bittrex, you can also use Poloniex and Cryptopia which new altcoins are listed, my other choices are Yobit, Livecoin and coinexchange.io by the way you can find more than 100 options to buy altcoins which are listed by volume on coinmarketcap, also you can find active markets on coinmarketcap.com on the tab of markets for each altcoin. Another tip is to use limit based orders to avoid more fees. good luck.
