Hi guys, i just bought 2x zotac 1080ti extreme core edition cards. Dont see many users post their OC for this particular zotac card.
What do you suggest for OC, my plan is go to equihash or lyra2REv2 algos.
try x17 or keccak. now it`s most profitable but i can`t say true for long it is real or not. if you don`t have experience - try equihash and read boards while you understand how to gain profit which ccminer fork is best for x17 and keccak? |

My 6x Vega 56 rig on Onda D1800 finally works like a charm.
Averaging 1940 h/s per GPU so just over 11600 in total, for 1350W at the wall.
For the records, that's better than my two 7x RX570 rigs combined (11200 h/s for 1650W), without any single bios, SOC or soft power play mods.
Those bloody Vegas really are good.
I only wish CastXMR would allow you to set failovers...

Also I still get random drops on my Vega 56 from 1950 H/s to 1710 H/s after some period of time. I'd really like to figure this out, it's going to be a big problem as I scale up my Vegas. Does Cast XMR have an API to monitor hash rates? I could just restart things on a timed basis but that is a kludge and not very efficient.
I use XMR-stak-amd and had same issue, keeping wattman open resolved it, you can try it. |

Does anyone know a way to get a real time log file out of XMR STAK ?
You can do xmr-stak-amd.exe >> log.txt , it will work , but you'll see nothing on the cmd screen nor in the log file before the programm is actually closed.
So any idea how to do this?

I use 60% for my nvidia cards, the temps are under 65C.
For AMD VEGA, auto fan speed works well, I just set target temp, always 2200rpm @55C, 1600rpm@65C.

Damn, I read the title and worried that it was something really new and interesting for a sec... ADL is dead and gone on *nix, and they may (I hope they do) deprecate and dump that shit on Win, too.
It doesn't matter whether ADL is dead or alive, it just works. Do you have any idea to get HBM temperature like HWInfo and GPU-Z? |

Nice work. Always great to see people creating their own things when they can't find it elsewhere.
Just out of curiosity, how hard would it be to change the temperature to (or add) the HBM temp? That's going to be the most useful metric for Vegas.
I call AMD Display Library to grab the infoes, haven't found an api to get HBM temp yet. From HWInfo64, HBM temp is approximate GPU temp + 10C. |
