What is the benefit of this card compared to other sellers?
The one main benefit is this card will work with most of the services unlike other sellers that sell one VCC for each service.

Does the virtual MasterCard have an expiry date?
Each virtual card is valid for 6 months from issue date.

Is the virtual MasterCard linked to a bank account?
No bank account linked. No bank needed.

What are the limits of the digital MasterCard?
Digital cards can only be used online anywhere MasterCard is accepted. They are non-rechargeable and prepaid with an amount limit of $10 -$500 USD/card, valid for 6 months from issue date.

What currencies are available for virtual MasterCards?
Virtual MasterCards are currently available in USD only.

Does the cardholder get charged on transactions?
Card transactions have no hidden fees, nor added charges.

Can the virtual MasterCard be refunded?
Yes. The online merchant can credit the amount back to the card. Processing time depends on the merchant. Make sure it's before the card expiry date.

Can the virtual MasterCard be stolen?
It's not plastic. So no risk! Just safeguard your card details.

How quickly can I get my VCC?
As soon as payment is received, I will issue the card to you either via PM or Skype.
You can provide me with a name and address and I will link it to the card.

The only problem with these accounts is there is a chance you can get banned and if you are then you are stuffed esp with all the emails lost. there is no recourse.
At least with a legit account you can speak to Google directly and get answers.

If you are delivering this from the CLoud then good luck you are stuffed. It will buffer like crazy unless you run it form a dedicated server. Plex's cloud delivery is horrible. Have a look at their own forums and you will read the horror stories with Plex Cloud. The further you are form the server the harder it is to stream. For e.g if you live in AU and your server is in EU, you are guaranteed to buffer. You just need to go to Reddit and see what users experience. You seem to think this service will work amazingly well. Well the truth is you wont unless your server is near you or you run Cloudfare with reverse proxy. ANyways good luck with your service. Not sure people will pay so much for this service when there are many IPTV services that offer live TV plus on demand movies right in this very forum.

Thats just way out of the ballpark as far as price for such a small selection. Why would I pay $10 a month when I can get Netflix for much cheaper with thousands of movies and TV shows?

Also what server are you using and where is the server located as it will all contribute to buffering without much facts. What is the bitrate a user can watch this. Does the bit rate have to be lowered or can watch in original quality?
When you say HD is this 720P or 1080P? Are the files under 2GB?

Essentially once you get he account when you click on limits you can see where you can add and how many instances. And when you create instances you can only do that in the free tier as these are free tier accounts not paid accounts. So it is limited on what you can use. You cant expect 10Gigabits etc on a free tier.

These typically are use once and get another when the use is done, not for adding new credit cards and using it again. So I suggest not to change anything and just use the account  and when done get more accounts.
