Good luck getting 10 limits for all regions for $5. If you can get these for $5 then you should get it from where you are getting it.

I'm not saying all of them can get it for $5. What i say is the average price is $5 less than yours which it means if you're selling for $15 average price is $10.
But full region account price is too high, that's about $30 or less. Think about changing your price if you want to have sales.

Essentially once you get he account when you click on limits you can see where you can add and how many instances. And when you create instances you can only do that in the free tier as these are free tier accounts not paid accounts. So it is limited on what you can use. You cant expect 10Gigabits etc on a free tier.
