Is the airdrop closed? Per the announcement, it seems the time line has passed. But looks like people are still applying for it.

Can confirm it, blockchain stucked. Last block: "Block [number = 11119, view = 25, hash = f5f452cf7ea16c5130e84d6e745c52669db11ab36974be15ceffd31f6734b657, # txs = 0, # votes = 43]"
Same here, last block is 11119 and network stuck. waiting for next block 11120 for a while...

Is the mechanics for the 2nd Airdrop already out? If I get it right, only supporters with BTC in their wallet will be listed in Airdrop. And if we are that lucky dev will allow other coins/tokens as an alternative to proof of individuality for the 2nd Airdrop. The question is, how much btc/altcoins we must have in our wallet to qualify for the 2nd Airdrop.
Dev, would it be better if we just allow accounts with btc wallet that has at least 0.05btc transactions held in it as proof of individuality? I mean I don't have much btc in my wallet now but It sure had more than 0.05btc transactions before.
Good proposition especialy when you can create many addresses with 1 transaction, the best idea would be btc wallets that have at least x transactions maybe even with x transaction from past x months (for sure it will decrease duplicated wallets) I agree, I could create 10 btc addresses tonight and fill that registration form then boom! I'll be buying lambo tomorrow But if we have a parameter like only BTC addresses that had at least 0.05btc transactions in the last 1-2 months, I think would go along long way to deter Airdrop farmers. What you're missing is that the block snapshot has been pre selected so no one can cheat their way into creating a bunch of addresses with crazy number of btc's on it. It's all luck this time. Sounds like a great idea to use bitcoin block snapshot to create awareness among bitcoin community. Hope there is measure to limit big wallet holders such as exchange.

Now that the network has been upgraded to RC1. Will the delegate pool at https://semux.info/pool be upgraded to support RC1?
Congratulations on the successful upgrade to RC1. Downloaded the new wallet and it works like charm.

The airdrop rules are so restrictive. Wondering how many real ordinary person have 300 real fackbook friends...

Has the airdrop ended? So quickly, missed it. Looks interesting, will keep an eye on the project.
Thanks.
Q1: Will the main chain start from height 1?
Q2: What do you mean transferring of balance to the RC1? Will the dev be sending from his account to the addresses from the snapshot?
Q3: What about block rewards? i.e: 0-499k 0 SEM, 500k-N 5 SEM, etc...
1. RC1 will start at block zero. 2. All balance from beta block #86400 will be transferred to RC1 network. This will come from dev account. See Ann page 1 for dev fund allocation. 3. RC1 block#0 to #500,000 -> 0 block rewards, only tx fees RC1 block#500,001 onwards -> 2 sems for block rewards Beta beta block #86400 is less than two days from now. Looking forward to the RC1!

Sounds interesting - CPU only. Trying to mine for fun, but no block in two days, looks like it is hard for small solo.

1000% - 10000% POS, that is super inflation 10 to 100 times. Wondering how can a coin keep up its value at this inflation rate?

Special name for the coin. Submitted the form, looking forward for the airdrop.

2007 is indeed a great year for bitcoin. In January the price was around $800 per coin, and now it is over $6,000. Huge gain...

anyone here paying out a bit for voting for them?
You should check official delegate pool. It is the only one sharing its profits as far as i know. You can check from below. https://semux.info/pool But if you don't want to spend time for this, you can pm me to sell your sems Nice to see a delegate pool that will share the rewards it got. Wondering why need to login, shall the delegate know which addresses gave them votes and the amount of votes?

A few heads up: 1) beta network will stop at block #86400 (in roughly one week); 2) all balances will be transferred to rc network (release candidate); 3) community distribution continues in the next months, depending on progress; 4) there will be no block rewards before community distribution is complete, i.e. block #0 - #500,000; 5) we're right on track, official launch will be in early 2018.
Thanks for the head up - good progress. So it will be out of beta and into release candidate in roughly one week. Looking forward for fair community distribution and release candidate.

The first round of airdrop ended today. Hope Devs will have another airdrop soon.
PM sent. Hope to be one of the lucky participants!
There is no airdrop today, since everyone got double rewards yesterday Tomorrow would be the last day of the 1st round airdrop; every qualified participant will receive coins regardless of the 1 million cap. Thanks for the update. 1st round airdrop will end tomorrow. Wondering how to participate in the beta program?

Downloaded the latest version of wallet (beta 5). It needs to resync the blockchain data. Is there an easy way to do the upgrade without resyncing?
Copy the database folder and the wallet data from the previous install and put it in the new version. This will check the last block registered on the database folder and sync from there. Thanks, I will try that next time doing the upgrade to save some time to sync the whole chain database.

What is difference between giving vote to delegate vs delegate pool?
giving vote to a delegate wont give you any share in the rewards unless you have prior agreement with the delegate owner. joining a pool you will get a reward proportional to the votes you've given. Thank you, no wonder I did not get any reward for the votes I gave to a delegate yet. By default, shall the delegate owner pay users rewards for the votes they delegated?
