101  Economy / Economics / Re: What will you do with the current market? on: September 16, 2018, 03:51:54 PM

Looking at the current market, many people are disappointed in the market price, bitcoin prices stomping at the $ 7000 level, altcoin prices are falling deeply. Recent good news, however, shows that the market continues to grow and has great potential in the future. What would you do this time: Buy bitcoin, buy altcoin or do nothing?
As we all can see right now, the market is in crisis and it is affecting our profits and holdings a lot. This time, it is not good to sell, the best thing you can do with current market's status is to hold and buy as many as you can. Be patient with your holdings and it will surely be worth it in the future. If you are going to rush things, you might end up making mistakes.
102  Economy / Economics / Re: Blockchain future on: September 16, 2018, 03:41:14 PM
Hi Guys ! What you think about feature of blockchain startups?
Blockchain made a big change to the world as it immersed and improved a lot. In terms of currency, it played a very vital role so I think as everyone keeps on supporting it, it will stay dominant and used by everyone. We should atleast be grateful on what the blockchain system made for us to gain what we all have right now.
103  Economy / Economics / Re: Reason why other ban cryptocurrencies on: September 16, 2018, 03:31:07 PM
The main reason for prohibitions is very simple. Transfers in a currency different from the national one, lead to poor economic performance, including GDP (one of the main indicators). This way, it is easier to launder money or transfer funds outside the country. Neither banks nor payment processors will get their interest.
McCall Robinson a manager of Merchant Accounts, believes that most countries prohibit Bitcoin because it cannot be regulated and he said that. "Many governments do not like the very idea that there is another form of currency that they are not able to control. The supervision takes place on the Internet. Some countries consider it as danger to their society and government.
There are a lot of countries already who banned the use of crypto within their area. Some of them banned the use of crypto since they see it as a threat to their economy wherein as their citizen earn large amount from a taxless job, the economy will go down with it also. Some ban it since the government and banks can be replaced by crypto so I think they are just playing safe.
104  Economy / Economics / Re: How did Crypto help you out? on: September 16, 2018, 03:21:38 PM
This question is especially for those who have been into crypto for a long time. How did cryptocurrency help you, most specifically financially? Did you earn more? Gain more investment? I do have a friend who wants to get into crypto but he does not have a lot of savings in his bank account or any major investment. I told him to save more before getting into crypto because they still have mortgage and car loan to pay. Do you think crypto will help him out to?
We all recieved help from crypto in different ways. In my case, crypto helped me a lot in dealing with my financial struggles. I doubted at the beginning about crypto's capability of changing someone's life yet it changed mine later on. I worked harder as I realized that it was indeed a great side job for me as I work in my current job.
105  Economy / Economics / Re: Factors that affects the value of bitcoin... on: September 16, 2018, 03:12:45 PM
Hey guys,  i need some suggestions and opinions about this.
There are a lot of factors that affects bitcoin's value but I think one of the greatest contributor of it is the demand it is gaining from the crowd. It controls the value since as the demand grows, the value will also do so. Holdings also affects bitcoin's value wherein as the number of the holders grow, the value will be stable or get low.
106  Economy / Economics / Re: Why spend time in bitcoins? on: September 16, 2018, 02:57:28 PM
We all experience being financially challenged and we cannot deny that money makes us revolve around it. When we find ways to alleviate our financial suffering, we stand our ground and spend so much effort just to see the result and of course, benefit from it. Do you think that spending time and effort to gain bitcoins is a rational idea? Do you think that you could've been wasting your time? Let me know about your thoughts.
In order to earn large amount of profits, you need to invest a lot of time and effort here and bitcoin. If you are expecting much from it, you need to atleast work for it so that you can gain and meet your expectation. No one gets rich here by simply doing nothing at the beginning, you need to suffer first then enjoy later.
107  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin after several years? on: September 08, 2018, 03:01:36 PM
what do you think will happen on bitcoin after several years?
i expect that bitcoin will a more bigger continuities and maybe that we can use bitcoin currency in public like buying in a supermarket cause we alk know that technology in our world was growing in every second that's only what I'm thinking
what about your thoughts?

It is still quite hard to make guesses on what may happen with bitcoin in the future considering its situation as of now and before. If we are going to look back, we can see that bitcoin was very successful but right now, it is having a crisis that is continuously occuring. Maybe things will get better with bitcoin in the future or get worst.
108  Economy / Economics / Re: When will people feel comfortable using BTC ? on: September 08, 2018, 02:50:16 PM
When will people spend BTC as easily as fiat , not seeing it as an investment opportunity but a better currency for them to use ? Most of my friends that I have currently told about Bitcoin are most intrigued by its rapid rate of growth and not its outstanding features as a currency. They don't really care that it is free from government control , but are more focused on the fact that it has risen xy%

I don't really spend much of my Bitcoin , because I am always in fear.
I am not talking about cashing out , but for digital goods.

How do you spend 10 mBTC on a 5$ digital good when you believe that the same 10mBTC is worth atleast 15$ , probably more.
How much of your Bitcoin have you hoarded , and how much have you really spent ?
I am under the impression that people tend to hoard more with BTC than with fiat , considering it an investment more than a currency

I don't know how to make a poll here , so :- http://strawpoll.me/1793917
This is not referring to your blockchain.info statistic , which includes money you have moved around. I am looking at money you have truly spent vs total amount of BTC you have received.

Overall , I'm trying to look at how much my guess is true by the poll and your estimates of when majority of people will start looking at BTC as a currency.

EDIT : I'm not sure this is the right section , tell me if this should go in General Discussion or so.
Since bitcoin is a new trend, many people are having a hard time adjusting with the use of it. On the other hand, there are countries already that disapproved the use of bitcoin which may lead for other people to think about bitcoin as a bad currency. We should start spreading the news about how good bitcoin is so that everyone will feel comfortable using it the soonest.
109  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: encourage others to crypto on: September 02, 2018, 04:30:14 PM
Will you encourage others to invest in crypto and explain to them that this is not a scam or a pyramiding activity?
We can actually consider crypto as our new found treasure and we should not be selfish about it and share it to others knowing that it is one of the way to make our earnings grow more. We can also consider it as a help for those who are in great need and an opportunity for those who are dreaming to be wealthy someday.
110  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The longer the bounty, the fewer the earnings? on: September 02, 2018, 04:02:53 PM
My friend just told me recently that he is leaving the bounty that we both joined last January. The ICO has been delayed many times and it is getting longer. He said that the longer the bounty period of an ICO, the fewer the coins that you will earn. So it is true based from your experience? Should I also leave or stay?
That happens most of the time nowadays wherein the longer the bounty runs the lower the chance of gaining large profits from it. It may sound confusing but most of the bounties right now does not grant anyone good profits anymore amidst all the sacrifice anyone made on it. We should always be smart then in choosing which bounty to join and leave as soon as possible if it is already taking too long.
111  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why invest in altcoin? on: September 02, 2018, 03:36:57 PM
Why invest in altcoin when you can invest in real estate, stock market?
I think simply because altcoin is the future currency of all. Having the opportunity to invest on it as early as you can will definitely give you advantages in the future. Don't waste your time hesitating and start investing already on crypto. Altcoins is a good source of profit but you should still be smart on choosing which altcoin to invest with.
112  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: crypto going strong ? on: September 02, 2018, 03:25:53 PM
crypto is green again, do you thing is good time buy now .

The perfect time for buying I think is when the market is red. If crypto is going green then you should be selling instead of buying so that you can gain profit from it. I don't think it would be a smart move to make decisions already right now knowing how confusing the market is since the value of the crypto is changing from time to time.
113  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is crypto legal in your country? on: September 02, 2018, 03:05:52 PM
KYC are done to prevent members of some countries from participating in ICO because it is illegal over there. Does your country permit you to participate in ICO?
I cannot say that it's legal but our country does not restrict the use of it. They have shown their support through releasing some safety about investing in crypto and I think that's a confirmation that they are not against the use of it. The banks are also gaining benefits as more and more people invest in crypto as they convert it into fiat.
114  Economy / Economics / Re: How did Crypto help you out? on: September 02, 2018, 02:42:49 PM

I told him to save more before getting into crypto because they still have mortgage and car loan to pay. Do you think crypto will help him out to?
Crypto helped me out through giving me the opportunity to earn large profits. Before I don't have the capability to earn big but with the help of crypto, everything became more better than it ever was since it granted me financial support that is more than what I expected. I am hoping that I can get to earn more from crypto and will work harder in supporting it.
115  Economy / Economics / Re: Government regulation on cryptocurrency, GOOD or BAD? on: September 02, 2018, 02:29:52 PM
I came to a realization that government had stepped in already in some countries who are accepted and acknowledge cryptocurrency existence. In fact they made a regulations that has made some negative and positve reactions over the implementation of cryptocurrency regulations like doing KYC (Knoy Your Client) on local exchanges, Registering ICO projects to the government agency concerns and etc which purpose is to prevent illegal or abuse in the use of cryptocurrency from money laundering, funding terrorist groups and etc. Well can you say about this regulations, GOOD or BAD?
I think it would depend on the kind of regulation the government will give to crypto. If the regulation are too much and much more beneficial for them than the investors and traders, then it is not a good thing but if it is just exact and focuses more on the control on the use of crypto, then we should just let it be and support the regulations.

Recent good news, however, shows that the market continues to grow and has great potential in the future. What would you do this time: Buy bitcoin, buy altcoin or do nothing?
As to what we can all see with the market's price, we should all focus more on investing more so that when the time comes that the market recovers, we will all gain benefits. We should all be more mindful with our holding since some crypto aren't rising anymore so it would be better if we will just sell it already to avoid more casualties in the future.
117  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency is a trending topic all over the world? on: September 01, 2018, 03:46:04 PM
Everywhere you can find cryptocurrency topic especially ICO projects are doing well on the marketing through social media like facebook, twitter, reddit, linked, youtube and etc. Celebrities, influential individuals and high ranking government officials are talking about cryptocurrency and that is why i think cryptocurrency is a trending topic all over the world. Do you agree with me? Even haters help cryptocurrency to be known all over the world so let just leave the haters then.
Not anymore I think considering the price fall that is currently happening right now and the continuous banning of crypto within different countries. Although the popularity of crypto is decreasing, we should still keep on supporting it and investing on it so that when things get back to normal here, we can all gain much benefits.
118  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH is now dying, what do you think? on: August 19, 2018, 04:37:14 PM
Crypto market is been red for last 3 months. Everyone has lost money. What do you think?

Not just because you've seen the market red for a long time you can already say that ethereum is already dying. You should atleast look back at its history and see what happened before wherein its value was very low but it increased a lot all of a sudden. That just shows us how unpredictable ethereum is so we should not give up on it easily and it will surely reward us in the future.
119  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Many projects are dead? on: August 19, 2018, 04:24:02 PM

Currently on the coinmarketcap site only about 1590 projects compared to at times more than 1700 projects. They have left many projects without developers or scam projects. I personally invested in some of these projects and lost a lot of money like bitconect and centra. Do you trust the projects you are investing in and will keep them for a long time until they succeed or are they just looking for profit in the short term?
We all feel bad about this specially if we have joined a lot of project and still hopelessly waiting for it to give our profit. It is a big waste of time joining a project that ended up dying all of a sudden. It's like throwing away all your efforts for nothing. This shows that we should be more smart in choosing projects to join to avoid wasted time and efforts.
120  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to protect your altcoin on: August 19, 2018, 04:00:34 PM
What is the best methods to protect altcoin from hacker?
Just find a good storage, choose always the one that is already tested and trustworthy so that you won't end up getting hacked and stolen. Don't give any information about your wallet so that no one will ever dare enter it. Always be mindful with the people around you and make sure they are not aiming to hack your wallet and if they do, avoid them.
