I want to get into mining but not with super ultra rig with 12 GPU's but with mine own PC. Is it worth it in any way? Or is there a website on which I can type in my specs and see how much I will mine depending on the coin? My specs are:
i5-6600K CPU
GTX 1060 GPU
I want to mine low coins which might profit in the future. I appreciate any help you guys can provide, have a nice day!
Should've made the post in the altcoin mining section because you cant really mine BTC with your GPU, there are ASICs for that. To answer the question though the best altcoin to mine with your GPU is most likely zcash you can use this site to determine that for yourself though: https://www.coinwarz.com/cryptocurrencyYup got it now, I know you can't mine BTC with GPU, thought you can post there any question connected with mining. and this is something we are actually know so one can be prepared to sell higher, buy lower nothing wrong with it, time to time in cryptoworld everybody need to try daytrading, it's fun, it's not easy, but definitely something worth to do time to time this is that time  It is fun, I try to do it when I have some spare time during the day. It's not easy to watch charts for 18hrs a day tho. I think Monero will jump higher then it is now just give it some time. |

omg will be definitely worth much more than 10, for me it's mid term investment, looking forward to August and September announcements I hope so, that's was the reason why I bought at 2.5$ I think. Hope it will sky rocket but as I say even when it hits 10$ I'm 7.5$ UP per piece quite nice. Of course I hope for 100x, 1000x etc. |

IDK if it will reach $10 but seems it will grow later or sooner, or dollar will fall. I think it is good time to invest in anything.
Its ATH was 9.30$ USD... Only 70cents away from 10$? When? When BTC is $4000, $4400 or $3800? On other hand, OMG is balancing between $6-9 for almost week. I hope it will go 10$+ cause it looks like a magic wall Im here sitting and waiting for 10$ as well, I think I'm gonna sell then at least half of my bag. Maybe will keep few just because I like community around it and dev team seems cool. But since it's having some issues beating a 10$ mark, I can't see a rocketing to 100-200 etc. even in long term. |

There will be a small dip in price for OmiseGo for sure after airdrop participants with weak hands will dump some OMG coins I feel the price is stable at 200k sat right now. 200k sat is okayish, I hope it will hit 10$ mark then I will consider selling some and keeping a bit. Now just holding nothing can stop us. |

Monero - I like the coin, it's more anonymous then bitcoin and with great dev team. I'm not holding onto a lot of it but I believe in it's rise. Omisego is also cool project with huge potential. And of course bitcoin - it's not like bitcoin will die from day to day and other "small" alts can. Cheers.

Hi, Newbie here and relatively new to crytos. Just wondering what are people's thoughts on 808 coin? One to invest a small amount in and hold as it's priced so low - potential for exponential growth?  173 BTC market cap means one person can easily flip it. In my opinion not worth to invest, another sh** coin without a new features and any future perspective. If you want of course you can give it a shot, I won't . |

I won't go for ICO's too risky for me. My shot will be OMG (hopefully about 20% raise), Monero (especially after todays -10% it's worth buying), Golem (GNT) - it might be a long term invest, but it's cheap! Good luck, hope you will get back on track with muuuuuch more profit!
