All payment method mentioned by op can be reversed so be careful that there is a chance to be reverse and also the person is a newbie. For reversible payment you should trade only those amount and person which amount you can lose.

You cant get benefit for the ban of any paypal account but you can be benefited for the amount which can be reversed those payment which you have sent/will send.
