101  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What coin to invest? on: July 13, 2018, 10:58:43 PM
Hello. I started trading a few weeks ago and i lost about 80% of what i invested (I invested in TRON, Ripple and Cardano). I started with 100 dollars and now i only have 22 to invest. I know its very little but im from Portugal Tongue and don't have more money to invest.
Can someone please give me some insights or strategies?

Thank you in advance and i'm sorry if this is something i shouldn't do.
Good trading you guys!
At the moment I believe you should only trade and invest in bitcoin, you can see that the market is fluctuating continuously and it is hard to guess, bitcoin prices are constantly decreasing in the past days and are pulling prices. of altcoin fell very deep. So in order to minimize risk and make a profit, I think you should invest in bitcoin.
102  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Day trade? on: July 13, 2018, 10:51:05 PM
I wouldn't recommend day trading right now,
I'm having a hard time analyzing the market now,
I think for the time being till the market calms down
I'll search for some alternative way to invest.
Day trading is always good earning platform and this scenario we should expect more profit. Because sudden pump and dump is occur in this scenario so we should expect more profit and many crypto hunters also buying more crypto so it is right time to buy crypto currency.
I think at this time day trading is very dangerous, you can see that bitcoin prices are constantly decreasing and with no bottom market we will be very difficult to trade successfully. So at this point it is best not to trade to reduce risk and preserve capital. Please wait for the market to stabilize to start trading.
103  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trade or HODL? on: July 13, 2018, 10:42:46 PM
Hi guys, I have a couple of alts in my wallet right now and I want to gain profit.

I want to earn a profit while waiting for a better market value. Should I enter trading(where I don't have an idea on how to and where to start) or should I stick on HODLing my coins?

Looking at the market movement, is it a good time to start trading?

Is it risky or not an ideal move if I start to study trading using some of my holdings/alts?

I am eager to learn how to do trading(short-term or day-trading).

Any thoughts? TIA
I find that we should not believe that hold will be profitable at the present time, it can be seen that bitcoin prices are constantly falling deep and this time you can clearly see the price of altcoin is falling very slim. If you keep altcoin, the chances of loss will be high and you will be able to lose a lot of money if bitcoin prices continue to fall further. So I think we should only trade short term.
104  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Will you trade Bitcoin to buy Altcoins? on: July 12, 2018, 11:24:39 PM
I was looking at the possibility of investing in several Altcoins as part of my trading by selling off Bitcoins. I do feel that with proper planning and execution, the profits that could be reaped through these Altcoins by day trading in a week would be far superior to that of Bitcoin.

It is true I am talking in terms of a short term gain. BTC is certainly a long term investment but what about the short term gains? As an example, even if I invest in 1000 coins of IOTA or 10000 coins of NEM, I am assured of greater volatility in the market for these coins compared to that of BTC. If NEM makes a high on a particular day even by 0.05$ USD, I would make 0.05x10000 = 500$ USD in a day if I sell all my coins at that price.

Of course, trading does involve many other practical factors which make things not as simply as I write here. But being a pro I can simplify the complexity and say that it is certainly possible to make it so.

But will this not be a way to make decent income every day? When you invest in cryptocurrency, it is a need for one to continually observe the market trends. When one is able to understand the intricacies of the market then it is better that he takes up (day) trading.

After all it is important we make money on a regular basis apart from the long term investment isn’t it so?
At this point I believe we do not buy altcoin, you can see that bitcoin prices are constantly decreasing and this will cause the price of altcoin to fall. In case bitcoin prices can recover, altcoin prices will fall further.

So I believe that at this point we should just buy and trade bitcoin.
105  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Holds Above $6k on: July 12, 2018, 11:17:56 PM
Is news about alleged manipulation of the Bitcoin price also manipulation?

Read Bokka Crypto Technical Analysis BTC/USD 14.06.18: https://bokka.com/cryptocurrency-news-bitcoin-holds-above-6k
I think that the $ 6000 level will not last long, you can see that the market has evaporated nearly 600 billion dollars since bitcoin price reached $ 19800, bitcoin and altcoin prices are constantly falling, the market is gradually fall into crisis. So I think bitcoin prices will probably continue to fall further, the market is in a bear market in the long term so this is more obvious.
106  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why bitcoin will go down below 6000 (explanation) on: July 07, 2018, 03:54:56 PM
Hello everybody!

People are trying to guess where is the final point of the current market dump

I have a theory why bitcoin will go down to 5000-4800 levels, I'll try to explain my theory. It based on some observations of past markets

1)
First of all, let's compare Market Cycle graph, Chart BTCUSD 2013-2015, and the current chart. I made an image, https://imgur.com/a/dKBcQ1H
As you can see, a lot of similar points and in general they are VERY SIMILAR
So, Capitulation phase is higher then Anger, Anger is higher then Depression
That's why I can easily imagine, that the price will go below 6000

UPD: 1a) also found GOLD chart — https://imgur.com/a/k6AzZPc — looks also familiar, right?

2)
Recently I found very interesting graphics, based on comparison of the current price chart and Wyckoff charts https://imgur.com/a/opLle8O
This is the second reason why the price can go below 6k

3)
So, where it will stop exactly?
I think, we should keep in mind an area 5000-4800, because this is strong support level and also global 0,236 fib level, what makes it even more powerful
https://www.tradingview.com/x/Ml9uJDfU/
I think this could be the final destination

UPD: 4) https://i.imgur.com/kUyjTO1.png. 80% downtrend is about 4k even..

Of course, this is nothing more than theory. But I hope that was at least interesting.

If you found his post interesting,  I will be really appreciated for +merit.  Wink Have good profits!

You can see that bitcoin prices have been falling continuously since the bitcoin hit $ 19800, so the bitcoin price is now at $ 6500 and is still falling. The market is in a downturn in the long term and we are preparing to face the global economic crisis, so the bitcoin price may continue to fall sharply and may fall to the $ 1000 mark. by the end of 2018.
107  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I want to start trading on: July 07, 2018, 03:14:44 PM
Okay so I don't really have any idea which coin is which and which of those are good to trade and which are not.
Since I am currently enrolled in yobit campaign, I figured maybe I can do something profitable with the coins that I get from the campaign so I thought maybe I can start trading.
Do you guys recommend yobit in trading altcoins?
Also what coins do you guys suggest I trade? I want profits and not loses so any tips you guys can give me are really appreciated.
I believe that at this point it is not appropriate for you to start trading, bitcoin prices are continuing to adjust and are trending down, so the transaction at this time the risk will be very high. You will probably have huge losses because bitcoin prices are dropping dramatically, and altcoin prices will drop sharply and strongly, so you should not trade at this time.
108  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: DO YOU BUY WHEN THE PRICE DROPS SHARPLY ? on: July 07, 2018, 02:59:15 PM
Good day, mates.

My strategy is to buy coins when the price drops sharply.

Sometimes I fail, because the price drops more than I expected.

But, to prevent this worse situation, I put 30% of my budget at the time of initial investment.
If the price getting down again, I put 30% more.

With this strategy, I am getting some money so far.

In conclusion, I recommend you guys to buy coins when they drops rapidly.
After sharp drop, there should be sharp rising.  Cool
I think that at this point you should stay out of the market and wait for bitcoin to fall deeper so that you can buy bitcoin and altcoin for the best price. The market is bearish in the long term, so I think bitcoin prices will probably continue to fall sharply in the coming days and the price of altcoin will continue to fall. So you can wait to be able to buy good coin at the best price.
109  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Day trade is more a lucky thing or skill on: July 07, 2018, 02:42:54 PM
I'm not sure if I have time to play with charts and trade a lot, like I have seen some youtubers doing.
They make you really believe that is more like a skill and if you are good at it, it works.
My friend told me that is just about how lucky you are, and not a skill.
So, should I stick with holding or playing day trade is a better option?
I believe that in order to be able to trade day by day you need a lot of skills and can not rely on luck, it can be seen that the market is fluctuating continuously and bitcoin prices are beginning to trend. reduction . Therefore, for successful transactions you need to have a specific trading plan, accurate analysis, combined with market information and always keep track of bitcoin prices so that you can handle every possible situation.

You can not rely on luck to be able to successfully trade at this point in the market.
110  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What you should do when you lose most of money? on: July 07, 2018, 01:55:52 PM
Hello guys, there are always financial losses in the field of trading and this is a normal thing, but unfortunately there is a  category of traders does not accept these losses.  Plus, the not acceptance of the truth may affect them negatively like, psychological problems, stress .. and even on the next choices in trading, but this leads to a multiple and consecutive losses.

In fact,  the first and most essential thing to surpass the loss is "The acceptance of the truth"  and then you have to  " deal with it " in a good way.

Trust me, if you learn from your mistakes, then you will earn what you want.

I learned something very useful and I want to share it with all.

These are the 5 steps to make a financial profit (especially after a big loss) and even achieve your goal, they will be as the following ( like a plan)  :

Step 1 : What do I want to achieve? (Vision)
For example:
I want to earn 2 BTC within a year.

Step 2 : What is their  importance to me? ( Value )
For example: It is important to me because I am poor and I want to help my family in many things.

Step 3: How will I achieve it? ( Methods )
For example: I must have many strategies in each event ( crisis, pump )
..
..
Step 4 : What prevents me from achieving it? (Obstacles)
For example: time,  unexpected event, the fear , weak of self confidence...

Step 5 : How do I know that I  have achieved the success? (Measurement)
For example: ..
..

When I see 2 BTC in my wallet before one year.

Good luck to everyone . Smiley

I think we should not trade anymore if we lose too much money, I think that at this time you should rest, can see that the market in the past days are constantly fluctuating and difficult to guess, can See that bitcoin prices are on the downward trend so at this point the risky transaction will be very high.

I believe you should rest and wait for the market to stabilize again to begin trading.
111  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who sells BTC now? on: July 06, 2018, 10:34:17 AM
I have seen many threads talking about should I sell now or wait till BTC moons. When I see these threads I marvel and move on to check on different topics or threads because I know the person doesn't know what he is talking about. Diving more into cryptocurrencies, when you sell now it means you are a coward and don't even know the kind of cryptocurrency you are dealing with. One thing is that, its really kinda pity to see those topics raised. I have set a goal and until that goal is not, I will never sell BTC and that's me.I want ask that is it because those selling the coin are newbies and are afraid of loosing some small $s or they haven't read much about bitcoin or the cryptocurrencies or they have low knowledge about the blockchain technology?
I think the bear market will be very long, you can see that bitcoin prices are down more than 70% since the $ 19800 mark, now bitcoin is adjusting at $ 6500 and is still slightly down. .

In addition, we are preparing to face the global economic crisis, which will make bitcoin prices continue to decline in the coming days and will be difficult to recover.

For that reason, I believe you should sell bitcoin at this point before the bitcoin price goes down.
112  Economy / Economics / Re: Lost Bitcoins on: July 06, 2018, 10:19:45 AM
When will we hit a critical point at which there's just too many lost bitcoins due to someone loosing their wallets, dying or corrupted hard drives and etc? At some point this is bound to happen right?
I know that for the time being, low circulating supply means that the coin will increase in value but how low can it get before it starts to give diminishing returns and actually inflict damage to the system? What would happen to crypto in general if all of the coins and altcoins will suffer the same ending?
I think that at this time you should not continue bitcoin trading, it can be seen that bitcoin prices are constantly decreasing and at the moment is adjusting at $ 6500 and still showing signs of further down. . So I think that at this time of trading it is very difficult to stay out of the market so that you can minimize the risk and choose a better time to enter the market.
113  Economy / Economics / Re: How will crypto go long term? on: July 06, 2018, 10:12:38 AM
I am fairly new to the crypto world. During my short time, I have contemplated how crypto will go down over the next few years.

Slowly, over time more regulations will be adopted worldwide. This is not because regulators are scared that people are getting scammed, but because they will start limiting this world from us small fish so the banks and "qualified" investors can tke over. All the large banks will then push their own crypto, and we will be left with nothing.

In my opinion, it is in our best interest to gain enough profit so we will have the funds to become qualified investors, and be able to re-enter the markets through the banks exchanges.

What does everyone else think? Do you think the big fish will continue allowing us to do trading long term, or are our days numbered?
I think the crypto market will continue to grow and will be able to go far in the long run, however, I believe bitocin prices will probably continue to fall sharply and the market will continue to fluctuate. We can see that the price of bitcoin since reaching $ 19800 level has been continuously reduced and sour clear signs of recovery. So I think the market will continue to fall sharply in 2018 and move sideways in the coming years to recover.
114  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why are banks and governments scared of Bitcoin? on: July 06, 2018, 09:51:11 AM
So many countries now were prohibiting the use of virtual cryptocurrencies. And to think that many unemployed individuals were beginning to uplift their way of living because of their dealings with cryptocurrencies. Banks doesn't expressly say why it is banning the use of Bitcoin.
What do you think is the reason behind this?
You can see that bitcoin is still a very new technology and very difficult to control, all transactions are anonymous transactions and the government and banks can not control but investigate. Therefore, we find that few countries in the world recognize and allow legal traffic.

That is why crypto trading floor owners can control the price of coin and control some market because the government can not intervene.
115  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading Bitcoin is pretty easy on: July 06, 2018, 09:31:40 AM
Hello,

I am a new investor in Bitcoin and I can tell that trading Bitcoin is so much easier that trading Forex. I double my wallet in 3 months with swing trading! I bought Bitcoins between 6000 / 7400 and sold them at 11.500. Last days I bought Bitcoins between 7300 and 8100 and I still have them.
The important thing is to believe that bitcoin will continue to go up, like me, so you can find the good entry points.

I post Bitcoin analyzes on my twitter channel so take a look, I already have some good results from my start. I post also my results of my profitable EA forex robot.

https://twitter.com/christopheduh1

Good luck!

Chris
Bitcoin trading is easy with very large liquidity and volume, and you can reduce the risk of trading bitcoin, bitcoin can not affect the price of a bitcoin. bitcoin.

If you invest in altcoin it will be very dangerous and risk will be very high because only bitcoin adjusted slightly will cause the price of altcoin adjust very strong and can break the trend and will decrease sharply.
116  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Short term vs. Long term investments on: July 06, 2018, 09:24:34 AM
Short term investment is not really a good thing for me ,I will rather do a long term investment and make sure its safer for me in terms of return of profit..
I do not think like you, long term investment will be dangerous at this point when bitcoin prices are in the bearish trend in the long term and can drop sharply at any time, the market is in a The downside in the long run and falling into crisis, so to be able to trade successfully at this time you should only short-term investment.

Short-term investment will help you make a profit quickly and safely, you can handle the time when the bitcoin price drops.
117  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Day trade Vs HODL on: July 06, 2018, 09:16:26 AM
What is your recommendation for Crypto trading,  Day trading or HODL
Experience in crypto trading big loser or winner
[/quoteDay trading is the safest and most effective way of doing so, and you can see that with a market that is constantly volatile and difficult to predict at the moment, successful trading is extremely difficult. Bitcoin prices are currently adjusted at $ 6500 and I think bitocin prices will probably continue to drop in the near future so you should not hold any long term coin.
118  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin is going down on: June 30, 2018, 10:20:43 AM
I think bitcoin dip going until 5300$ range Which is strong support. But Sometime it will dip beyond the previous high But It will happen because of FUDS or bad news.
What is your opinion guys, Where it will stop
I think that at the moment, the bitcoin price will be very difficult to fall to the $ 5300 level as you analyze, you can see that the current bitcoin prices are rising sharply and now has recovered to the $ 6400 milestone , according to my analysis, the bitcoin price will be able to return to the $ 7200 level before the next thing cihnhr. So I think you can buy bitcoin at this point to start trading.
119  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What Does Day Trading Means? on: June 30, 2018, 10:11:38 AM
Getting a little bit confuse here. What Does it means by day trading and are any advantages and disadvantages in day trading. Thanks
day trading is the best choice at this point, you can see that with a market is constantly fluctuating and difficult to guess as the present time, the transaction or long-term investment risk is very high. Short-term day trading will help you minimize risk and make a profit, have a specific trading plan and finish the day.
120  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Who believes in HODLING? on: June 30, 2018, 09:43:56 AM
Hello people!

Was looking at CMC and was wondering few years down the line what we will be able to see in this list and how long it will be?

Reality is we are very early in this industry and the pace at which projects are coming up and the technology is changing does anyone believe in HODLING cryptos anything other than Bitcoin and Ethereum?

I feel it's a buzz word used to create a FOMO effect
You can see that bitcoin and altcoin prices are falling very deep and many coin tops are at very low prices, I think this is the right time to buy and hold long term, the market is showing signs of recovery. And these are very good signals for hold. You should have a specific investment plan to divide the capital to invest in each wave in case bitcoin prices continue to decline may be DCA.
