Exactly, it is like this. Although its not crash merely a correction which will happen and happen... More and more i think about the only viable investment is in BTC (longterm for crypto: at least 2,3 years) and not search new altcoin unicorns, too much risk involved, since you need some knowledge for entry and getting out and follow the tech and develpoment... I think so too! But many coins are real scam and These will really crash |

there are also some phishing mails right now. they say, you have to update your myethereumwallet because of the fork.
well, the link sends you to a phising site.
they say, you have to login with privatekey....
take care of links in emails or your eth is gone!

i would not shift from alts to btc. i would hold btc and invest in alts because they are cheap.
i think btc will correct when the fork has been done, then many will go in alts again.
this is my opinion.
we will see in some days.

this is my 2nd fork.
what i did learn:
when you hear about the fork, do not sell all other coins to move your money in the coin that forks.
like here with btc, many people did and almost all alts went down.
so you make about 30% loss to maybe get 10% with the fork?
i know many people lost their money that way...

I doubt it China is an important part of the market but it is only part. The US, Japan, Europe are more than enough to let crypto survive. Also China isn't going to ignore technology as important as the blockchain long term. agree |

So far so many people have told Bitcoin prices will go down, but those who are seniors have told without china also Bitcoin prices go up and their words kept it up.
I think Without china now excellent for trading and moves to $5000 mark.
