101  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What to do in this Dip on: July 08, 2018, 05:11:04 PM
At moment i have a large list of coins. most i had bought at prices low, while some i am taking a loss at moment.
with recent dips going on. some are below, as its now a buyers market
should i still eventually invest in more BTC? ETH and LTC

should i sell off some alt coins and re buy at a lower price, since everything is still falling?
thoughts?
thanks

The best thing to do during this dip is to grab the opportunity to buy more bitcoin. It is important for us to take advantage of the current value of bitcoin. It is important that we'll know when to buy and when to sell for us to have a good future gain. Embracing the current situation of the market matters.
102  Economy / Economics / Re: What profit has brought you to bitcoin? on: July 08, 2018, 04:15:29 PM
What is bitcoin? This is the first cryptocurrency that Satoshi Nakamoto opened to the world in 2009. And if even before 2011 it was used exclusively by programmers, then later it became available to ordinary users. Over time, more and more users of the Internet began to learn about it and investments in bitcoin only increase every year. There were times when the value of this cryptocurrency did not move from a dead point for a long time, as well as there were sharp UPS and downs.
It is interesting to know how many people have known about bitcoin since 2009 and how long have you been investing in bitcoin?
What percentage of the profits is brought to you by early investments in bitcoin?

Hearing bitcoin as one of the best and first coin in crypto ever, I was so inspired on how it changed a lot of lives through it's great profit. I believe that through bitcoin , we could have a good earnings which we could help us save more in the future. I actually trust bitcoin as a great way of investing.
103  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why I do not panic when the market falls on: July 08, 2018, 03:47:20 PM
For some reason I am sure that the price of the crypto will rise, so I hold it, I did not see any analyst who did not have the same opinion as I do, but thing that motivates me the most — is when I start comparing the whole current situation with the Dot-com bubble, the fact is that this bubble busted reaching 6 trillion dollars, the crypto reached only 830 billion yet, in its peak. During Dot-com bubble only middle and rich class had opportunity to invest but not all, in the crypto everybody can invest, regardless of country and day time and it also can be done anonymously from jour home computer, so I think that this is all just the beginning and the real bubble is yet to come, it is not known when it will come — in five or 10 years, but I hope that it will.

We should actually not fear afraid as the market falls but rather we should take it as an opportunity to start buying and investing more potential coins. We better handle our emotions as the market falls and drops it's value because after all it's downfall, it will strike better again.
104  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: DO YOU BUY WHEN THE PRICE DROPS SHARPLY ? on: July 08, 2018, 08:17:55 AM
Good day, mates.

My strategy is to buy coins when the price drops sharply.

Sometimes I fail, because the price drops more than I expected.

But, to prevent this worse situation, I put 30% of my budget at the time of initial investment.
If the price getting down again, I put 30% more.

With this strategy, I am getting some money so far.

In conclusion, I recommend you guys to buy coins when they drops rapidly.
After sharp drop, there should be sharp rising.  Cool

Yes I do for I believe that it is a wise strategy to buy at low and hodl it until you reach your target price. It is important that we'll know when's the right time to buy to get rid of losses. As for me, buying when the price drops sharply is a good idea for us to maximize our future profit.
105  Economy / Economics / Re: Tax on the crypto currency! What do you think? on: July 08, 2018, 07:54:04 AM
There are several tax options today, and all of them can be applied to crypto-currencies, depending on how the latter are defined in the state. Most often, the following taxes are introduced:
  • Value Added Tax (VAT). It can be levied by trade operations made with the help of crypto currency as a means of payment, as well as currency exchange. Basically - the exchange of crypto currency for fiat money, but in theory VAT can be levied on the exchange of crypto currency between each other. It operates mainly in those countries where crypto-currencies are recognized as a payment instrument, for example, in Japan. When buying goods and services for cryptocurrensies, VAT will also have to be paid to the residents of the UK, but they can exchange the crypto-currencies for fiat without paying VAT.
  • Tax on goods and services. A kind of analogue of VAT for those countries that have recognized crypto-currencies are not a means of payment, but a commodity. Acts on the same principle as VAT. Only in the case of VAT, the taxpayer is in fact a buyer, and in the case of a tax on goods and services, a supplier of goods and services, in this case a holder of a crypto currency. He has been working in Singapore for several years. At the beginning of this year, a similar system was adopted by Israel with respect to the mining, which was equated with the production of goods.
  • Personal income tax. Personal incomes in crypto-currencies are taxed, for example, the salary paid by the employer in bitcoins. Implemented, for example, in the US.
  • Profits tax. They are subject to any companies that make a profit. Also, they are subject to profits earned as a result of trading on the exchange and the performance of other currency transactions. In the cryptosphere, this system is used specifically to tax the crypto traders and various crypto-currency organizations (from the exchange of crypto-currencies to the pools for mining). Mining may also be subject to profit tax. In the US, for example, take into account the profit from crypto-activity in the tax declaration will have to be traders and miners, and all people who somehow earn on crypto-currencies as a result of speculation. The same tax is levied on all crypto-currency transactions made by legal entities in Australia and Japan.
  • Capital gains tax. They are subject to income of individuals and legal entities obtained as a result of investing in shares, bonds, securities, valuable assets and so on. In the cryptosphere, it starts acting as soon as the crypto-currencies are equated to valuable assets. Not only investors fall in, but all holders are also crypto currency. This system is implemented in the US, where it matters how long the holders of crypto currency keep them and in what quantity. He also works in Australia, Brazil, Canada and in many EU countries - Bulgaria, Finland, Germany, Spain and others.
  • Property tax. For the cryptosphere, it becomes important when the crypto-currencies are recognized as property, a valuable asset that is owned. As soon as such an amendment is made, the holder of the crypto currency is required to notify the tax service of all transactions concluded with this asset. Such an amendment was introduced in the US tax legislation, where the crypto-currencies in this case are presented as a valuable asset, and in Australia, where they are recognized as property.
What do you think about the taxation of cryptocurrencies? Which model fits best?

The government would be too rude if they're going to implement or out taxes on cryptocurrench because we all know that we aren't earning enough to sustain all our daily needs. Our income here is unstable so if ever they will do it, ut would be a big burden for us.
106  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are. You leaving crypto? on: July 08, 2018, 02:39:52 AM
I am seriously considering it.
There is no future in a small market cap that is pumped and dumped!

In addition, trading bots are running the show: milking everyone!

Leaving this early is being weak. As for me, if we would want to gain a good prifit here in crypto, we must not lose hope. It is not always a good days for us since the market is volatile but as it turns red , it surely recovers gain so we must just keep the faith and have patience.
107  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Stop dreaming about the perfect trade on: July 07, 2018, 05:40:48 PM
Many traders are obsessed with the perfect trade, perfect technical indicators. Trading is the field of non-existent "perfect" words. You can have a very detailed plan, but finally be surprised by a crazy market situation, like a cold water droplets in the face.

Instead of trying to reach the perfect trade, change yourself to the market. Average predicted of you about market, average with another trader ( why not? ). You should accept fewer profit but you will lose less. You should sell sooner and buy later than your prediction. follow the market, because the market will not follow you.

There is no perfect trading but we can make it right by making right decisions as well. Losing is just a part of it and we can't get rid of it. As for me, the best thing to do is just to learn from our mistakes in trading and just try to do better. Trading is actually challenging and we should learn how to ride with it.
108  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Patience is the key on: July 07, 2018, 04:34:30 PM
As a matter of fact, it is very few number of noobs in the cryptocurrency business that understand the level at which patience is required and valuable in the business. I do tell my friends around me that wish to come in to the business “it’s only patience ones that would feed from the milk of a lion” . I bought some coins few weeks ago, which I decided to hold while it was dipping but I keep holding with zero fear and absolute patience. Presently, i’m In over 47% profit in all. My advice to my colleagues is all you need is buy into coins with good potential and relax even while it’s at dip. Trust me, you won’t live to regret anything if only you would be able to hold with patience. Thanks

I certainly agree with this. I believe that patience would bring us far beyond the things that we want to achieve. Crypto world requires a lot of patience because of it's unstability of value. It may take time waiting but it's all worth the wait because of we're all willing to wait, more profit awaits ahead of us.
109  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you trade for money or emotional satisfaction? on: July 07, 2018, 03:53:09 PM
DO YOU WANT TO BE ENTERTAINED OR RICH?…IT’S YOUR CHOICE

I came across this excellent chart the other day. It shows those times in history when the S&P 500 doubled over a ten year period and the trajectory that this doubling took.

Please see here for a relevant chart: https://www.tradinggame.com.au/want-entertained-rich-choice/

Much commentary that followed on twitter related to the steady low volatility climb that characterised the latest run and how boring this was. One of the interesting thing about markets and money in general is that people betray their true desires and personality.

Markets are the true window into the soul and in this instance what traders were actually saying is that they wanted to be entertained and not rich. The constant current moaning about the lack of volatility is little more than the plaintiff cries of children who bedevil their parents every school holidays with cries of …I’m bored.

This lay observation tallies with what others have found. The seminal work in this field of trader immaturity is An Analysis of the Profiles and Motivations of Habitual Commodity Speculators by W.B. Canoles, S.R. Thompson, S.H. Irwin, and V.G. France. I have summarised their findings below and have added my own emphasis.

“The typical trader assumes a good deal of risk in most phases of his life. He is both an aggressive investor and an active gambler.

[He] does not consider preservation of capital to be a very high trading priority.

As a result, he rarely uses stop loss orders. He wins more frequently than he loses (over 51% of the time) but is an overall net loser in dollar terms. In spite of recurring trading losses, he has never made any substantial change in his basic trading style.

To this trader, whether he won or lost on a particular trade is more important than the size of the win or loss. Thus he consistently cuts his profits short while letting his losses run.

He also worries more about missing a move in the market by being on the sidelines than about losing by being on the wrong side of a market move; i.e., being in the action is more important than the financial consequences.

Participating brokers confirmed that for the majority of the speculators studied, the primary motivation for continuous trading is the recreational utility derived largely from having a market position.

Numerous indications in our survey indicate that they are not trading solely or even primarily for profit, but may be maximizing excitement or the number of winning trades.”

So we come back to the original question. Do you want to rich or be entertained as the choice is entirely yours.

Ofcourse I am trading for money. I won't spend or waste my time just to fulfill my emotional satisfaction. Earning is not easy these days and crypto is really a big help so I am just embracing the opportunities that it offers. Everytime I earn good profit, it lessens up my burdens which make things better.
110  Economy / Speculation / Re: $11k - when do you sell on: July 07, 2018, 03:02:45 PM
Hey guys,

lets make it short:
1) yes bitcoin is the future and the price will increase on the long run, but:
2) we are currently obv. bubbling (what is not happening the first time).

So my question is - do you sell now in order to get a cheaper entry soon?

I think you guys agree that there has to be a price correction in the nearer future...

Thanks for your input!

I am trying to keep my self from selling this time because find it unprofitable. I would prefer to wait a little longer because I would really want to maximize my gain though it may take my time. I am patiently waiting until the last quarter of the year until cryptocurrency strike it's best value again.
111  Other / Archival / Re: So many Bounties-Which one is trusted? on: July 07, 2018, 08:42:32 AM
I have checked the latest active bounties on bountylord.com and found many of them but only few are rated as 3 or 4 so any of you here working for any of those bounties listed there and found it trusted source of earning stakes/tokens/coins... I want to do the twitter campaign...

As for me, it is helpful if we'll do series of research about the bounty first before joining. It is important that we'll do something to find out which the best one is. Joining or following their social media accounts is also helpful for us to have an update about the latest happening in their ico.
112  Economy / Economics / Re: bitcoin in developing countries on: July 01, 2018, 08:07:40 PM
at present, bitcoin is becoming known to people around the world, especially in developing countries. the majority of bitcoin is introduced through news on television and on the internet. Therefore people are starting to want to know what bitcoin is and if it appeals to them, they will invest instead?
Well the government should not be silent on bitcoin, they think bitcoin is disrupting economic stability and there will be inflation in the country.
Do you think that bitcoin will disrupt economic stability and there will be inflation due to bitcoin in a country?

I believe yes. Bitcoin has always been the best asset for a country and it is really a big help for the economic growth of a certain country. If the government would just accept bitcoin as a currency, things would be lighter and easier when it comes to financial necessities.
113  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: If you want to be successful in trading.. on: July 01, 2018, 02:38:09 PM
I have seen a tip from somewhere that in order for you to be become successful always in your trading, you have to to a sniper rather than a machine gunner.. If you trade always see all opportunity, every indicator, every momentum, etc. before starting to trade. Don't be hasty to trade every signal day. You just have to find that one trade that can bring you good profits and not painful losses.

I certainly agree with you that through trading practice, we would be able to enhance our skills in it. Embracing every opportunities here would be a good thing for us to gain a good profit. It is just a continous learnings plus a bunch of patience and emotional control.
114  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin, the highest fall in the year 2018 on: July 01, 2018, 02:08:56 PM
Bitcoin prices have never been so low this year. Prices were down to 5,826.41$ (Jun 24 2018 16:04:00 UTC). Many advisers say that at the end of the year it will hit 30,000$. The market is seeing more than the fall from the price rise. Imagine when the speculation will end?

I am not doubting about the fall of cryptocurrency this year because I believe that it is just normal and is just a part of it's votality. I belueve that it would still go back to it's normal value just like how it repeated it's history few years back. Bitcoin would soar high this year.
115  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Did you ever consider this; The end of Crypto on: July 01, 2018, 01:02:10 PM
Most members keep on asking each day that the crypto activities we all know of and have been hyping will collapse. Some expert investors who don't like Bitcoin, Crypto and blockchain tevhnology always say the bubble will burst and everything will come to zero. So I want to ask, does that mean are we going to see the following:

* A market capitalization of about $252,730,956,280 (CMC now) going to go a waste?

* Big companies such as Binance, Kucoin, Huobi, Bithumb and the rest going away?

* USA and other countries boycottimg their regulations and China forgetting about their intention to set up new regulations on crypto?

* Awesome blockchain technology that many governments are interested in going a waste?

* Huge investments in crypto turning to zero

* And even Satoshi Nakamoto not doing anythimg to ensure what he pioneered sustains and endures?

and so much more to come.....

Guys I think we are pioneering something that is going to be great in the future. Let's think positive. The market is down, but crypto hasn't collapsed. We shall surely bounce back!!

That didn't come into my mind despite of bitcoin's roller coaster ride. I believe that crypto is volatile and it is always changing so I still keep calm and just try to go with the flow no matter what changes may come because I believe that despite of the dip and dump, crypto would still go back to normal and might evern strike higher.
116  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best Time to Sell Altcoins on: July 01, 2018, 12:45:59 PM
Hy guys. Most of the time I use to trade with altcoins and I use to sell altcoins when they are above ICO price and giving some profit. I do not hold atlcoins for long time. What if you have some altcoins, what will be your strategy to use that coins? Is there any specific best time for every altcoin and when it is going well and we should sell ??

I believe that the best time to sell our altcoins is just like what I did last year. I sold my coins in the last quarter of the year which made things right since I gained a good amount of profit. I was able to have a good gain by hodling until the end of the year and I would surely do the same thing this year.
117  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty Campaign is so Tiring so as Merit on: July 01, 2018, 09:41:27 AM
At first, I am so eager to join most of the Bounty Campaigns, I even ignored Airdrops. But lately, I feel like it's so tiring. Some campaign don't even update the sheet and not even paying us tokens. So you feel like not interested anymore. All those efforts are worthless. Additionally with this Merit system, It felt so useless. My activities and posts are way more than qualified but still merit is nowhere to be found. I tried to create replies, and posts nicely and formally like "Jose Rizal" or even "Nicholas Sparks" but still no chance, it makes me anxious. I think this is the punishment for the late bloomer in cryptocurrency. Lol

Bounty campaign would really take most of your time but it could really change your life for the better. I believe that through our hard work, we could gain promising rewards from it. I have been joining bounty campaigns for years and I could really say that it is all worth it.
118  Economy / Economics / Re: [ASK] How are you going to handle too much debt? on: July 01, 2018, 07:22:08 AM
what would you do if you had so much debt and that your income was not enough to repay your debt installment?
how will you deal with it?
how to solve it?

I haven't been in that situation because I get rid of having debt. I think the best thing to do is to find another source of income aside from your job so that you'll have something to pay for your debts. It is actually a burden and would just stress us out so we must get rid of it as long as we can.
119  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: day trading for quick profit on: June 30, 2018, 02:41:45 PM
Hello any suggestion for trade every day and make good profit ? like 50$ day.
i think the best pair are BTC USDT ? is possible to trade only this or need difference the crypto ?

Day trading is actually profitable but it still depend on the situation of the market. I believe that it would be needing a lot of knowledge and understanding. If you've got the skills and what it takes to be a trader, then you should have it for you to have a daily source of income.
120  Economy / Economics / Re: Why we must study Economics at University? on: June 30, 2018, 01:53:39 PM
Most probably in this section are users that are interested mostly in Economics, so I want to know why Economics attracts you?

We must study about economics because it would be helpful for us and our future endeavors. There are things that would be needing knowledge about it in the future so I would prefer to study about it. Gaining knowledge about it through any helpful tool in the future us an advantage for us to earn better in the future.
