101  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Will Bitcoin will be declare as legal or not ? on: August 23, 2018, 12:42:07 PM
Here I am confused whether the Indian government want to declare the Bitcoin legal or not ?.

Here are the proof that they will declare it as legal

1) Why government of India asking to the public for the suggestion whether to regulate , ban , or just leave it as is currently .
2) Why government taking action against the zebpay , whether everyone paying tax or not .
3) If government want to ban , then why they are waiting , why they are not directly declare the Bitcoin as illegal way of payment or asset .
4) Why government want make tax  from the Bitcoin earner , but don't want declare it as legal .
5) The big bank in India SBI want to use technology of blockchain but still they are not supporting Bitcoin.

Here are the chances to declare it illegal , due to following conclusions

1) They already banned in the year 2010 , but after they unbanned , so chances to ban it again are much possible .
2) If the government of India can stop the use of old currencies  , without any prior notice , then it is possible that they can ban easily the Bitcoin .
3) Since most of the millionaires are in the favour of the Bitcoin but still few celebrities are against the use of the Bitcoin .
4) The current government ruling India is against the black money , so may be possible that with the name of the black money they can ban it ( regardless of the factor that every transactions are publicly open for everyone to see ) .

Well here I would like to suggest everyone , whether he is Indian or not , just support Bitcoin  at www.mygov.in   resister your account and say about the Bitcoin .
And tell them that Bitcoin is a best option to destroy the system of the black money , because everything is open to see .

If you have still any suggestion then feel free to share below about this thread and also I requested to you to support Bitcoin at www.mygov.in

note : we have time until 31 may to give our suggestion , so be fast to support Bitcoin .
All risks related to the ownership / use of Bitcoin are borne by the owner / user of the Bitcoin and other virtual currencies themselves, because Bitcoin is one of the crypto currencies that uses a block chain or blockchain system, if the problem is legitimate or not it depends on the country itself, because the country has the right to determine it .
102  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: LIKE IT OR NOT, BITCOIN IS AN INVESTMENT on: August 23, 2018, 11:18:39 AM
Bitcoin is more popular than gold among investors. The use of Bitcoin as an investment tool is an easy way to do because Bitcoin can be controlled by the user itself, even through an application on a smartphone so it does not require investment manager services.
103  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price prediction 2018 on: August 22, 2018, 08:55:14 AM
Bitcoin in 2018 will probably reach the 10,000 mark by end of next year. It is gaining increasingly large exposure in media and is clear that this will only increase.
more and more mainstream media and analysts are starting to compare Bitcoin and its growth with reserve currencies and major assets such as gold. graphs of growth of gold and Bitcoin on the front page because interest and demand for Bitcoin has increased. If Bitcoin scaling issues are resolved and more investors start buying Bitcoin both as digital currency and digital gold, it is possible for Bitcoin to grow
104  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Transaction price Bitcoin on: August 22, 2018, 08:14:51 AM
Today I was amazed at how low the commission was when transferring 0.07 bitcoins. Only 192 sat !!! The transfer took about 10-20 seconds. It's very, very cool. About $ 650 for $ 0.017 - this is something! Bitcoin is the future!

Yep, it's like that for quite some time now.
Bitcoin is better than what the propaganda team of certain altcoin wants you to believe.
I'm glad you got this nice surprise and it's nice to see this kind of threads too Wink although, as I said, it's no news actually.
Bitcoin transaction costs depend on what wallet you use, there is a wallet provider that requires member member fees such as Triv, and some provide transaction fees to the members. But generally bitcoin transaction costs allow from: 0,0001 - 0,0005 BTC. For the cost of buying / selling Triv there is a taker fee that earns from 0.3% -3.5% according to the nominal of your purchase
105  Economy / Economics / Re: Investors continue to invest in crypto-currency on: August 22, 2018, 06:28:02 AM
Yes they know the fact about the cryptocurrency, if there is no growth they never turned to the crypto side. Because they know the real fact behind the crypto market. First the price starts to decrease after a long time it starts to increase. Thats only happening now in the market. Long time there is no growth in the market, today the market starts to increase, hope this will continue in future also, so if you have funds just invest right now.
it seems that issues that discuss price deficiencies or decreases as well as some government regulations that begin to hamper prices do not discourage investors from keeping their assets, and the news is very encouraging when they still believe in investing here.
106  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Buy ETH or not? on: August 22, 2018, 05:16:51 AM
If it is bad then I will buy ETH to trade at the present time. Currently, ETH is very low compared to the market in previous months. If you are interested in this market then you should invest in ETH, ETH is a big coin in this market and it is quite safe.
Ethereum will follow the success of Bitcoin, judging from the ETH digital currency rank is the second coin under bitcoin which is the most sought after by big investors even though the price is still relatively cheap compared to bitcoin but ETH will follow its success like bitcoin.
107  Economy / Economics / Re: Investors continue to invest in crypto-currency on: August 20, 2018, 02:01:23 PM
of course, although today many ICOs are ending with fraud. but it turns out that investors are not reduced and they continue to invest in the crypto world and continue to invest in crypto currency.
this is a very good thing for the advancement of crypto currency in the future
Many ICOs are available in the market so some projects are scam because they are all not reach the softcap so they decide to closed. But we only responsible our investment so blindly invest in ICOs surely it will failed in future. I have a few crypto but my secret of investment is promising platform not a profitable platform.

Providing concrete evidence to potential investors about the health of publishing their own cryptocurrency at the ICO, providing the ability to mine currencies to attract new users and provide networks with the maximum resources needed to process transactions.
108  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Can you share your trading experiences? on: August 19, 2018, 07:36:24 AM
This is not an easy job, trading requires a lot of hard work and patience because sometimes you need to wait before the market hits your target price. Its good that you don't start trading without the right knowledge, you can learn more about trading on youtube and also in some books. My experience in trading is no that good in my first trade since I'm not familiar yet, I incur loses many times but you must not give up because its normal just keep on doing the right trade.
Well,I think I need to have more patience. But I will do better if I understand this well. I don't want to lose any more because I earned my money by hard working here spreading this year. I am still learning from here and obviously I will not start without the right knowledge.

By the way, thanks for your opinion.
So for those who want to learn to trade or invest, mimin recommends just use a small portion of savings to play trading so as not to experience too significant losses. Mace cryptocurrency trading that can guarantee continued profit. Learn the market, and study the analysis, and don't miss the latest news. If you feel sufficiently proficient, you can add your investment to the cryptocurrency world.
109  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: 2 tips in trading for beginners on: August 18, 2018, 02:58:02 PM
1. Know yourself. Define your risk tolerance carefully. Understand your needs.
To profit in trading, you must make recognize the markets. To recognize the markets, you must first know and recognize yourself. The first step of gaining self-awareness is ensuring that your risk tolerance and capital allocation to crypto and trading are not excessive or lacking. This means that you must carefully study and analyze your own financial goals in engaging crypto trading.

2. Plan your goals. Stick to your plan.
Once you know what you want from trading, you must systematically define a timeframe and a working plan for your trading career. What constitutes failure, what would be defined as success? What is the timeframe for the trial and error process that will inevitably be an important part of your learning? How much time can you devote to trading? Do you aim at financial independence, or merely aim to generate extra income? These and similar questions must be answered before you can gain the clear vision necessary for a persistent and patient approach to trading. Also, having clear goals will make it easier to abandon the endeavor entirely in case that the risks/return analysis precludes a profitable outcome.

Hope this could help some newbies in trading crypto
Beginner traders should increase knowledge before starting a trader. People who start trading are usually too excited, immediately trade, because they think trading is easy. Without the right knowledge it is like advancing a war without weapons.
110  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin bubble on: August 18, 2018, 09:38:10 AM
Bitcoin is a bubble are words that we have been hearing and I believe till mass adoptions we would be hearing those words therefore we the cryptocurrencies enthusiast should be focus and determined to see things progress in the favor of this great discovery. We should be hopeful that now provide the best opportunity for us to invest into it and I am putting all to have  them.
now began to look broken along with the falling exchange rate of the virtual currency when compared to the peak period. the fall of the bitcoin exchange rate occurs less than one year after reaching the highest price.
111  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Bitcoin longevity on: August 18, 2018, 05:16:51 AM
The next five months, that is, before the end of this year, should show what will happen to bitcoin in the future.

The next five years is rather too short for the strong competition I believe you are talking of. For certain people, it could seem as if bitcoin is losing its popularity because price has not pumped but I don't think this is exactly the true situation. The digital currency is facing greater challenges this year because of the soaring price from last year and so, many questions are being asked.
What's dangerous here is that, if your bitcoin cryptoCurrency is exposed to malware, then the bitcoin in the wallet can be hacked by irresponsible people. The risk of being accidentally erased is also susceptible to be experienced by bitcoi owners so that when it happens it cannot be traced to where it is lost. People who are experts in the field of computerization can also be very vulnerable to stealing bitcoin money stored in the wallet.
Bitcoin virtual currency is indeed stored in digital files with storage media called wallet files. In the real world this wallet file is called the cash storage turnover. The wallet is stored on the electronic device's hard disk so that if it is damaged or exposed to the virtual money virus, bitcoin stored in the wallet is very susceptible to just disappear without being able to search.
112  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Let's stop comparing Bitcoin to Ethereum or any other Cryptos on: August 18, 2018, 04:18:57 AM
I don't think it is relevant to compare Bitcoin to Ethereum or comparing any other cryptos to each other. I know its quiet tempting to compare Bitcoin to Ethereum because of their reputations in terms of their market cap and volume. But I do believe that the source of doubt in most people in the crypto community is mostly because of this comparisons made about cryptocurrencies. People who don't really know and understand the ideas and purpose of the creation of cryptocurrency will just share their ignorance to the world, which is not helping the crypto market. People sell their cryptos just because they heard that a particular coin is better than the coin they have. To add to these, I believe dumping of crypto coins is also as a result of this kinda comparisons made by people.  Please let's find a way to talk about cryptos rather than comparing them to each other...... Huh Huh Huh
everyone will definitely do the same thing if we want to see price developments, and make predictions because they are all digital currencies that certainly have the same nature, there are only a few things that distinguish from the number of users and regulations of each country.
113  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Opinions and Impressions about bitcoin on: August 15, 2018, 01:16:03 PM
So I asked my friends regarding their opinions and impressions about bitcoin and their answers made me laugh. One of my friends answered:

"Bitcoin? Bitcoin is used for transactions in deepwebs to buy drugs!"

So they think that bitcoin = deepwebs. So they stay away from bitcoin thinking it was illegal

Another one:

"Its just a waste of time. You will not earn from it"

And when you give him proof that bitcoin is valuable they'll be like "omg teach me how!!" Lol

And lastly,

"Bitcoin? Bitcoin is a scam"

So yea they think bitcoin is fraud and a scam.

It's so funny to think that people who don't have knowledge about bitcoin automatically thinks that bitcoin is a scam because of the issues regarding bitcoin scamming. So yeah.

Same accusations and sayings. We should try to look for an alternative ways and solution to use Bitcoin and how to spread it among all people around the world.
Behind success, there must be an issue or rumor circulating. Likewise with Bitcoin, which succeeded in stirring up the world of digital currencies and caused many rumors to circulate about it. Unfortunately, these rumors are not always positive, because there are also parties who value negative ways. There is also an assessment of lay people who usually do not have a clear basis.
114  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Methods to Recognize Frauds. on: August 14, 2018, 01:42:58 PM
Please read the ways to verify whether an ICO is a scam or not. In future, this may apply to bitcoin as well.

No, the article talks about "Warning Signs of ICO Scams" NOT  " the ways to verify whether an ICO is a scam or not."
S/he talked about it at the end of the article where s/he said:

Having mentioned the warning signs of ICO scams, as a disclaimer it must be said that there is no guaranteed way to judge the intention of an individual or company. Take reference to the Centra ICO scam the creators spent a lot of money on their promotional activity by hiring celebrities. The fact that some ICO would spend so much money gives the idea that it is legit

Even the points referred to in the article "No Team or None Mentioned, No Whitepaper, No Plan, ...etc", and even availability does not mean that the project is real and advised to invest in it.

also, The lack of some of these points does not mean that the ICO is a scam.
promising big profits, If it sounds too good to be true, you should think again. There is no investment with big and consistent profits without a big risk too.
115  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling- Believe in Strategy or Luck on: August 14, 2018, 11:49:19 AM
Gambling is relay with both these things. Strategy and Luck.

Here I want to know which one is best in your belief. Please share your thoughts guys.

I believe in betting we can work around with tactics and it will be best option to make money out with gambling.

For dice roll, slot roll and poker games we definetely need the luck as a main factor.
This is the key to winning gambling that you must have. If you want to play gambling you must know about the gambling game you want to play. From knowing about how to play and some other knowledge. this is to avoid you playing monotonously. Because playing without knowledge can bring fatigue to you.
116  Economy / Speculation / Re: Crypto Market is healthy again! on: July 26, 2018, 04:46:41 PM
The good news help the bitcoin recover from its fall price. If many upcoming good news will be aired soon, surely bitcoin price will rise hard and may recovered from its loss since its first dump this year. It a good news also for the other coins and altcoins, they will also benefit from the rise price of bitcoin.
Crypto market recovered after the controversy banned crypto trade in South Korea had previously led to crypto market conditions down
117  Economy / Economics / Re: Why lot of countries do not allow to use Crpto? on: July 26, 2018, 02:54:46 PM
the value of that currency already decreasing due to lot of international trading , after crypto come , people investing that country in bitcoin and save that money thus their funds decreasing . In India they banning crypto for reason - Decrease of rupee price , lots of scam happens , People us bitcoin as illegal trading . if people use bitcoins , its direct loss of government as they are not getting any tax on bitcoin transfers

Why US bans crypto ?
South Korea also banned

Different country has a different perception in bitcoin, I guess that was mostly government thinking of that people may be used bitcoin to have an illegal transaction and easy to make any action against the law of the country. And the next is they think also that bitcoin may be the big competitor against the banks near in the future and they can't control it.
Yes, it has a big effect on the local currency, because our local currency is manipulated by our government they know how much the demand and also the value of the foreign exchange.
many of the reasons they say why they are banning bitcoin circulating in their country, there are reasonable reasons for cryptocurrency fraud or can be used for crime and high risk for investors, but the main reason is the fear of these countries will be the volatility and uncertainty of digital currency.
118  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: A big problem in bitcoin ??? on: July 26, 2018, 01:52:38 PM
I think the issue of understanding this issue of bitcoin unlimited is due to lack of the technical knowledge about how the bitcoin works and explaining it does not make it simpler either by the those who understands it. My own is to ask that what will be the relevance if in the long-run it will still amount to one of the btc to survive and wont this btu be a distraction to the development of btc?...
Not a few among the main Internet users who wrestle the world of online businesses around the world who have known even come to use the virtual currency. But on the other hand with quite a lot of uncertainty such as the absence of real value guarantee agency from Bitcoin make many of the virtual community can not trust the virtual currency.
119  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How can we bitcoin transaction refundable? on: July 26, 2018, 01:06:42 PM
its a big issue i have with bitcoin. no charge backs makes it easy for you to get scammed and the scammer gets away scott free.
one of the shortcomings of bitcoin or it can be said of a bitcoin wallet about a transaction that is not refundable if we transact on an unknown person, except when the person who we can know the solution is sent back to our wallet.
120  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: India and Bitcoins on: July 25, 2018, 02:27:11 PM
In India, Bitcoin is not a legal tender. But it is not explicitly termed as illegal. What is the reason for such a stand by Government? what are its implications?
Yeah bitcoin is not a legal tender in India but it is still not officially banned in India either. The reason why it could be at stand by could be that they want to warn people who are trying to do scams or are trying to do money laundering . I think they Would not ban bitcoin but they would imply some restrictions which could eliminate the chances of fraud and money laundering.
The exchange and other business transactions in cryptocurrency will no longer have access to banking services under the ban, which means traders will be banned from attracting rupees through the business. So that the ban on bitcoin is likely to be implemented soon.
