101  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin in 2018 on: February 21, 2018, 08:57:55 AM
I have high hopes for bitcoin and despite the downtime it had over the last few weeks, i believe bitcoin will find its place in the general popualtion and continually increase in value. however, this year may not be east for bitcoin and other crypto currencies due to the increasing number of people who aren't pleased with bitcoin's progress and banning its use in some other countries. But despite all of this, i see bitcoin will prevail and become better.
102  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Buy when market is Red on: February 18, 2018, 05:58:18 AM
Definitely but you must choose carefully as to what coin to buy since not all coins in red have potential. Before purchasing anything, check first the potential and the chances of growth of the coin. Moreover, observe its previous trend but if you are wuite familiar with the coin then go.
103  Economy / Economics / Re: Your bitcoin experience, how did it started? on: February 18, 2018, 01:59:56 AM
My bitcoin asventure started when a friend of mine introduced bitcoin to me. She's been doing bitcoin at that time for a couple of months already. She shared her bitcoin experience to me, the advantages and disadvantages, gains and loses, ups and downs. Despite it all, i have become interested and willing to know more about it and so eventually, i joined the crypto community and also had my share of gains and loses but it was fun though; a nice learning experience.
104  Economy / Economics / Re: Is bitcoin a good way to invest your money ? on: February 17, 2018, 11:14:05 PM
As for me, bitcoin is a good option to invest in though it is a bit risky but it's worth it. Although, bitcoin value have dropped almost half of its value last year but it is slowly increasing over the last few days. This time of the year and with bitcoin's low value, it is high time to purchase and start investing.
105  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is still Ok to invest in Etherium on: February 17, 2018, 06:30:39 PM
Eth has always been an incredible coin and it never fails to prove its worth in investing in it. Despite the craziness the crypto market is experiencing and the dips the coins, including bitcoin, is going thru, eth never
Fails to recover. Hence, it is still good to imvest in eth especially in long term investments.
106  Economy / Speculation / Re: Its too late to invest in Bitcoin! on: February 17, 2018, 05:23:38 AM
With bitcoin slowly increasing in value, i guess it is still the best time to invest in it while its price is not yet that high. Though we can invest in bitcoin anytime, but i think it is best to take advantage of its low Price as of the moment before it shoots up soon.
107  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: KFC Canada Is Accepting Bitcoin for Fried Chicken on: February 15, 2018, 11:03:30 PM
This is a good progress on the side of bitcoin simce this action indicated that bitcoin is slowly being accepted by businessmen as a form of payment in their establishment. Though ghere are online shops that do accept bitcoin as payment and a few restaurants in japan, but kfc belongs to the fast food chain and it reaches not just the bitcoin users but also the general public. With this, bitcoin is slowly being i troduced to those who have no idea what it really is.
108  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: is this the end of crypto? on: February 15, 2018, 10:21:13 AM
Undeniably, altcoins are currently having some crazy dips lately but fortunately, they manage to rise and keep up with the fluctuations. Despite all these craziness, i don't think this is the end of crypto. The frequent dips and unending fluctuations are normal occurences in the crypto community so we have no choice but to get used to it.
109  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin Die Because of China? on: February 15, 2018, 03:45:51 AM
Bitcoin doesn't just exist in one country but to a lot of it, basically global with investors all over the world. So no, bitcoin won't die because of china. Though china may have contributed to bitcoin but it doesn't actually hold a huge part of it. It may har an effect on bitcoin but it would just be minimal.
110  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: except btc and eth,may i invest which coin? on: February 11, 2018, 04:34:54 PM
There are ao many options in the market and as to which one you would invest in totally depends on your goal and target value and span of time. Though i have a couple of choices in my list and this includes monero, litecoin, ripple, avt, and neo. I believe these coins will be able to deliver and wpuld be of great help in reaching my goals.
111  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Litecoin or Etherium? on: February 11, 2018, 07:25:15 AM
Litecoin is a good choice for investment, no doubt about that. But if you have to choose between the two, eth would be a better choice than litecoin. For one, eth have greater potential for progress and fonancial growth and it is perfect for long term investment. Oger tha last few weeks, crypto market have been crazy but eth, though it drops once in a while, it recovers faster than the others and its technology is way useful and realistic than litecoin.
112  Economy / Speculation / Re: Should I Invest in Bitcoin in 2018? on: February 11, 2018, 06:34:07 AM
Every investment requires risk, regardless if its in bitcoin or other forms of investments like stocks or gold
Or even im business. When we invest, no mayyer in what form, we don't have any assurance that we can gain any profit from it or how much profit we will gain from. As for me, bitcoin is one of the best ways to invest although everything is uncertain, but i am willing to take the risk. Also, bitcoin value has dropped but that doesn't mean bitcoin will be a losing investment but a high time to purchase some while value is still low.
113  Economy / Economics / Re: Would bitcoin help teach kids about saving? on: February 10, 2018, 12:42:09 PM
The effect of bitcoin to an individual, be it an adult or a kid, depends on how that certain individual looks at its earnings, his/her goal and motives. Though bitcoin offers an opportunity to save and invest and earn, the implementation and being able to save still depends on the individuals response in the situation. Hence, bitcoin may or may not teach a kid to save but it will offer them an opportunity.
114  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH or Waves? on: February 10, 2018, 10:01:28 AM
I am not that knowledgable when it comes to waves but i think it is a good coin to invest in. However, between the two, i think it is best to hodl eth and i see more potential in it rather than waves. But if you see some potential in waves, it is okay to sell 1eth for waves so you will have a diversified portfolio which will also expand your chance of financial growth.
115  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is a million dollars possible? on: February 10, 2018, 12:50:21 AM
Yes, it is definitely possible. Despite the fact that values in crypto currency is uncertain, reaching a million dollars is pretty much possible but it would probably take some time, say a few years. So long as investors keep on coming in and the project continues to improve, then the million dollar profit is possible.
116  Economy / Economics / Re: wait for bitcoin prices to go up on: February 09, 2018, 06:45:08 AM
Nobody really knows what thefuture holds for bitcoin but bitcoin value pumping soon is very much possible. Though we can never tell when but it would definitely rise and yes, it is possible to reach the same hogh value as last year and i am very much hoping it would.

118  Economy / Economics / Re: How much money do you have left from your job? on: January 28, 2018, 11:00:35 PM
I am currently earning around $260 a month from my job so thats around $3k a month. Most of my salary goes to my basic needs; rent, electricity, water, and food which is actually more than half of my monthly salary. Due to such financial imbalance, i need to have some other source of income and this is where bitcoin comes in. Bitcoin is definitely a big help, it had somehow changed my life and the way i look at things. It didn't only helped me become almost financially free but it actually taught me a lot.
119  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you like best about bitcoin? on: January 28, 2018, 02:30:01 PM
There are actually so many things that is good about bitcoin; the convenience it offers, the security, and the easyness of its use. Apart from that, the decentralization system that bitcoin offered is actually one of the best things i like about bitcoin simce such system takes away some biases and political interests.
120  Economy / Speculation / Re: what you think about bitcoin in like 5 years? on: January 28, 2018, 10:41:29 AM
This is quite a long time but i have high hopes for bitcoin and i strongly believe that in five years, bitcoin value will be crazily high. Apart from that, since it has been a normal event for forks to happen, i can see that there will be alot of it happening. However, despite these forks that greatly affects bitcoin value, i am still positive that bitcoin will continue to develop and grow.
