Bitmain is Set to Layoff BCash Developers to Get Rid of Fluff

1-week notice
Signs aren't looking too positive for the Chinese mining giant before it is set to go public on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

This time around, Bitmain is reportedly laying off up to 50 employees starting this week. The reason: redundancies.

Allegedly most of the targeted employees are part of the Copernicus team that works on BCash operations.

It could get worse
It might not stop at 50 employees either according to a report from Primitive founding partner Dovey Wan.

If the report is true, the layoffs could target up to 50% of Bitmain’s 2,500 headcount - a massive shakeup for the business looking to IPO.

For now, Bitmain has yet to comment on the matter but according to Dovey Wan, reports like that are ”usually very high accuracy, posted by employees themselves.”
Bcash sugardaddy imploding - the days of bitmain pimping bcash are coming to an end - Bcash bag holders be very afraid.

From my observation, when a coin pumps hard, a dump usually follows. And this coin is known for dumping hard.
This is typical behaviour by Bcash, it's designed to suck in the fomo's and leave them holding bags when it gets dumped
103  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bitcoin Cash - Pro on-chain scaling - Cheaper fees on: December 15, 2018, 10:25:09 AM
BCH or BSV??? Is there someone, come one tell me why I should hold or buy this shit??
These two forked coins are cancelling each other out and are having a race to the bottom - think about it, this debacle was a power struggle between two megalomaniacs and the biggest losers are the
bagholders who should have sold before the fork, and the biggest winner is BTC which sat on the sidelines watching the shit show -  its downhill all the way.

Ethereum: Welcome to the End

https://etherscan.io/address/0x9d2BFC36106F038250c01801685785b16C86C60D
Ethereum Genesis address have been completely emptied. It's all on Binance now ready to be sold.

lol. It's just one of the addresses of someone who invested during the ICO. Probably sent to Binance to save another project he invests.

Whoever wants to sell would not send it to Binance. He would send for an exchange where he can trade for fiat and run.

>>> "just relax maaan"

380,000 ETH. On an exchange.
Do you even realize what kind of consequences that can have on the price?
Also have a look at the other cryptos owned bt that account.. only one.. Vitalik backed Omisego.. nice coincidence isn't it.

OMG was airdroped. The other coins too.

65,000$ worth of OMG.. airdropped? Right.
Ethereum vaporware finally exposed for what it is..a whole heap of nothing.. a platform built with no foundations with a shit load of worthless ICO's sitting on top
105  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bitcoin Cash - Pro on-chain scaling - Cheaper fees on: November 20, 2018, 01:42:50 AM
CSW is putting millions of his own dollars mining at a loss for SV. While Roger and ABC just borrow hash from BTC pool when they need it

He/You probably has about $500 to his/your name. Everything else is borrowed from his/your special friend. He won't be getting anything back either.

Another core troll I smell, hows segwit working out for ya and BTC?
Hows the btrash price working out for ya..your shitcoin going way down
106  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bitcoin Cash - Pro on-chain scaling - Cheaper fees on: November 17, 2018, 07:55:53 AM
There is NO sv coin...There is no BCH coin.. these Jackass's have forked themselves up their own backsides.. anybody who held BCH through this debacle is regretting it..
107  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] FACTOM - Introducing Honesty to Record-Keeping on: November 16, 2018, 09:20:34 AM
A great coin is going to bounce back fast and Factom has done just that.

Thanks Factom

Edit: He also answers questions about Factom of course...

Still trying to understand it all, but it almost seems like its just a play to try and bring more factoid burns to the network. He makes it sound like the only people who would maybe use these stable coins would be traders/speculators...

Let's look at it like this though, if it brings more users to the protocol than its a good thing for the price of factoids. Even if no one ends up using it, at-least its an added utility of the protocol.

There has been alot of development over the last year, sad to see price not reflecting at all.
Factom will use any excuse to fall in price - it is a sheep in Wolf clothing
These guys are just living off the ICO - it's a great life when you can print your own money
It's been around for 5 years and going nowhere fast.

1) Living off ICO-money? That's bullshit. Factom has not made much money during their ICO because they've done that in a time when markets were down and long before the ICO-hype, in Spring 2015. As far as I know they didn't get much more than about $500k. Compare that to shit-projects that are building useless Apps and got several millions or blockchain-projects like Tezos or EOS with ICO's about hundreds of millions.

2) Around since 5 years? No, also not true. Launch was in mid 2015, that is three years ago.

3) Going nowhere fast? Yes... but I believe that is true for all teams who are building real stuff. If you compare projects in this space you will not find that many that are already on a level to really get traction when it's about real usage. Some are making money, like Binance - but they are making money as Crypto-exchange. Some may have more partnerships but most of the time that is just testing - like it's also the case for Factom as far as I know.

Prices in Crypto don't reflect quality but money follows money, people tend to those who get more attention and that is often a question of exchanges etc. That's why one of the most asked questions of "Investors" is not about the quality of a project but "when Binance?" etc.

thanks for sharing that perspective.

Sadly, people are more enclain to spread FUD and react for no reason on the bad direction... following the louder whose are surely not doing it to help others... but to selfishly make more money no matter what!
Congratulations Factom for once again excelling yourself by being one of the biggest losers whenever there is a dump - breaking the $4 barrier was a walk in the park - you have asmuch support as a house of cards.

110  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Xaurum - Adding Value [XAUR] on: October 29, 2018, 08:14:15 AM
To connect the gold exchange base and blockchain you need to have a large amount of gold, right? Where do these reserves come from? Is it legal?
Hello Xuarum bagholders.. say goodbye to your dreams, this scam is officially dead.
111  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] FACTOM - Introducing Honesty to Record-Keeping on: October 29, 2018, 07:58:31 AM

That's pretty awesome news. The FAT protocol could be a nice reason for corporation adoption. Factom needs to play their cards right to make this successful so we can start thinking about a price recovery.

It still has to be known though that this exists for people to make use out of it. If they handle the promotion, marketing and onboarding the same as they do with FCT then I am afraid not a lot of people will be aware of it and make use of it. Let's see how this pans out.
Like 99.9% of all these projects Factom is a solution looking for a problem.. Bitcoin was the solution to a problem and everything else is just jumping on the bandwagon.. cannot you bagholders see this?
112  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] TenX: Making Blockchain assets spendable on: October 29, 2018, 07:45:26 AM
I was enthralled by Tenx one year ago. Made a nice profit, only to loose it and more on Deep Brain. Kind of funny this thread's tone and even the exchangeless token airdrop reminds me of a few DBC discussions.

I'm beginning to wonder if these late game wtf coin airdrops are just part of a bag of tricks.
The price is dropping, they are doing things to attract investors.
I check Deep Brain, the price was really low right now, from ATH of 4k sats and now currently trading at 100sats, sorry for your big loss.
But, that's life in crypto, you loss some, you win some, I hope you can make your win investing with TENX.

The price of Tenx is going down because we don't see any major updates from the company and their progress about when they are going to release the card and this frustration makes the community to dump the prices. Look at the coin which don't proper updates and developments will always leads to lose their value in the market.
This is what ICO's were designed to do, which is to create wealth for the creators of the ICO and to leave the bagholders,
Which is YOU, to end up complaining on forums like this..
113  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] FACTOM - Introducing Honesty to Record-Keeping on: October 23, 2018, 09:19:04 PM
I guess I'll sit with you on this train, studied the project, it's just something
Always lots of big talk about Factom but no end results - and I dont want to hear about " working product" and "Homeland Security" those tired old examples are years old..the fact is that it has no support and I am waiting for it to go under $4 and then $3.
114  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bitcoin Cash - Pro on-chain scaling - Cheaper fees on: September 28, 2018, 12:21:38 PM

Dump baby Dump
115  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bitcoin Cash - Pro on-chain scaling - Cheaper fees on: September 27, 2018, 01:45:49 PM
Does anyone know whats causing this surge?

yeah it's called whalebots pumping after accumulating this garbage, so they can suck in and trap noobs FOMO buying now into a shit pump.  watch how fast it'll dump back down when they decide it to happen hahahaha.
The shady Bitmain has over a million Btrash and will pump and dump it leaving fomo's high and dry.
116  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Ethereum: Welcome to the Beginning on: September 12, 2018, 12:48:53 PM
Why ETH keep on dropping?
Why is the pope catholic?
117  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Ethereum: Welcome to the Beginning on: September 12, 2018, 07:37:38 AM
I had not experienced such horror for a very long time. How could you destroy such a promising project, who will now invest in it? Eth mocked his holders.
The horror show is only at half-time -more horror to come

I think so too. It will drop below $100 in a month or two or thereabout.

How do you estimate the $100 figure ?

Looking at the technical chart of Ethereum, I see it just recently broke the medium technical support level of $225-$200. That was a VERY bearish technical move, showing ETH will possibly test the next support level.
The rate of the price drop and the fact that there is VERY LITTLE TECHNICAL SUPPORT, tells me ETH will drop below $100 in a month or two, maybe even sooner as holders get more and more willing to sell at ever lower prices.

Some holders are in denial and will provide fuel for the next leg down once they realise the price drop wont stop before they are practically wiped out.

Charts cannot predict the future, that is pseudo science. It is like tea leaf reading. Charts are a religion and because so many people belief it in them, it works a little more than 50%.
This is the future of Ethereum - A new launch to the Moon is in progress

and what news? I read twitter and what interesting here?
Toyota interviewed 100+ startups and narrowed the selection down to 9 that were invited to present. We were the only #blockchain company!
you do not find it interesting that such companies show interest in the blockchain
Forget about all the "Good News" articles and links being touted on this forum trying to talk up Factom - the link below is now my only source for the status of Factom's future.

I have not been crypto for the first year and do not pay attention to the news, I only draw general conclusions about who is who, with the fact I have been working on the stock exchange for several years
Without doubt Factom will still be around for the next bull run and the price looks good value for money - for those of us who bought at <$2  it is ok but some people bought in at $70 and you can understand them being disillusioned when they see Factom as one of the worst performers in this bear market especially when they keep being told how well supported it is. This is why I gave them this link to hopefully put a smile on their face

119  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][XLM] Stellar - Decentralized trading platform on: September 11, 2018, 10:21:18 PM
Got my StellarX beta invitation. Signed up and looking around. It looks really good.

To queasy to give my really stellar private key until there are some security reviews made public.

This (semi) trustless exchange is going to change everything!

I don't care which wallet it is, you should never expose your private key over the internet.
