Depends for what period you are buying that coin,if you are looking for a long term hodl if you chose the correct altcoin market situation doesnt really matter.Buying coins short term in bear period isnt really smart tbh because risk/reward ratio aint worth it

If you really want long term then lbry(lbc)is good choice since they already have a working project but need at least one year of develmpent to achive what they planned,android app is already up and runing(beta)while they need 1 more year for lbry being able to stream in web browser without having to download or use their app

Considering how hard we bounced back from atack on 10k$ 2 weeks ago and lack of volume its was obvious that this pullback will happen,if you take a look at btc blocks most of them are pretty empty and realise that this isnt panic selling because no1 is getting his btc from storage to sell btc before market crash

Probably 95% or even 99% of current alts wont exist or will be abandoned in 10 years,most of them are scams made for people to get some easy money.Those who stay active will be in some other shape then we know it now as tech is going forward all the time

1/3 in mining gear(gpus or asics)1/3 in bitcoin and last 1/3 in to altcoins.Here i would split that money in a lot of small cap coins with potential because if you play your cards right this coins durring the next bull run can make you x20 without any problem

I would probably go with neo because i think that people are getting tired of Charlie Lee and are starting to realise how big of manipulator he really is.Still remember his moral dilema when he had to sell ltc at 300$ because he felt it wasnt right for him to hold ltc but was fine with it when the price was 50$

Mostly because few people buy a lot of coins durring the private presales(minimum for this presales is to invest at least 10k$)and those people get more coins per $ then normal ico participants,so when coin hit the market they dump it easily because they can cash out with profit will other need to wait/hope for coin to stay above the ico price.Those people then do the same with next ico and next and next....

I dont see us ever getting close to 20k this year like we did last one because nothing really game changing will and can happen this year.This is a good thing because it alows for market to cool off from previous bull run and gather strenght for next push that will get us to 100k and more,probably durring the year 2020

Honestly i think that icos are done because regulation will hit them hard,last year icos colected more then 6 billion dolars while this year telegram alone raised more then 2 billion $ and that ico is still ongoing afaik.There is no way that countries like usa will let that slide without them geting piece of that pie so you can expted heavy regulation of icos soon
