No one call tell you or give you a good signature campaign. It still depends on your rank and effort that you will exert to earn more stakes. As long as the project is not a scam, it is good. But at least try to analyze the background of the projects.

For mebthe best thing to do is to report it to the campaign manager which manages the distribution of stakes/bounties. We cannot control those people whose only intention is to hack other's profile for their own benefits. Just be vigilant!

Yes you should.But you should have a knowledge in choosing good and legit ICO. It will be quite risky to invest but there is also a big chance to earn profit. We should also consider in investing the movement or trench of the market.
