I see in their timeline that in Q3 they plan to have the first WorkPay Test Transactions. I am really hoping that the team will take some effort and possible make some intro video about this - ofcourse doesn't have to be detailed, but just enough so that we can see the benefits of the feature.

I've read that your platform will be integrated with MetaWallet, isnt it called Metamask instead of MetaWallet?
Metawallet means that they will support many kinds of tokens. So it wont support only erc20,right? It says it will. And it makes sense because ERC-20 is the most used by projects. Neglecting that could cause problems in the future. And ERC20 can be stored on hardware wallets and more and more people are using those for security reasons. These issues are usually addressed in more detail in the whitepaper or yellow paper. I seem to remember someone from the team posting somewhere in this thread some technical version of the document - I don't know why they didn't additionally put it on the first page along with other important info though... |

I dont think there is a google doc, or not one that im aware of. Maybe they just select the most asked questions around, and answer them there i guess ?
Tbh, the best idea is to hold a live stream, and answer the questions accordingly. They should arrange one. A live stream would support a good AMA strategy. Then all the people who are interested could participate in discussions real time and get a true sense of the project and team behind it, not only reading things online. I definitely support the idea! |

I was wondering about how the team is goint to make money to have for maintenance and such so I read the business model: "Dealjoy will keep a maximum of 20% of the income received

What bonus do we get if we invest now?
I think that until the end of a month discount is 25% for investments above $1000 25% discount sounds like a good deal,and a good reason to join sale asap! Bonuses should be altered depending on how much you invest. The bigger the risk you take the more you get out of it. And as we have more and more projects, investors will be attracted to the best bonuses and returns they can get on their investments. 25 % does sound like quite a good discount. So is it the discount in private sale/presale? what will be some of the bonuses in later stages of sale? Is there maybe some list/pie chart of these? |

I just started to go through the whitepaper and found this part to be interesting "workPAY ADVANCE deploys a proprietary engine to match lenders to borrowers, automatically calculating interest rates based on supply and demand, and assessing risk tolerance of lenders and suitability of borrowers." - does it mean the platform will be used for lending as well as payment delivery?
Thanks for checking out our project and reading through the white paper! Yes - We intend to eventually also go after the micro-lending industry using our technology and data platform from payments. Another way to think about out it is - As we intend to accelerate our go-to-market we want to open up an 'employee-first' path which will allow employees to be freed from payroll cycles even if their employer wishes to remain in the 18th century. In order to do that we'll need to have a combination of good data (lowers lending risk), and low cost financial transactions (Blockchain!), in order to 'advance' an employee money before their employer has paid them on their traditional payroll cycle - at which point we would recoup the funds lent out. This is where our integration partners are key, and why workPAY is built on top of workID, as it's these blockchain based profiles that our payments products will be relying on for their credit inputs. Do you have signed agreement with exchanges?
I think it's too early for that. I guess they have to wait to see how the sale is going to get into negotiations with exchanges. I would say that they would have to have at least one signed agreement before going live. Getting on some prominent exchanges usually requires quite a lot of income to be spent. So the sale will definitely be a key factor. |

I don't know if they listed any in their whitepaper, but if there are similar projects they are just that, similar and every one brings something different to the table. Well it's normal today that we have several simiral procject all the time, it's good for competition. True, there are many crypto projects that are aiming at the same market, but best one will succeed, and that's always good for us users It is true that in todays market it is very hard to have an original idea, it is just overpopulated. But you can have an original approach to the same idea. That can be the difference. |

When this private sales will end? Has the puclic sale date already announced? I just really hope that hardcap won't reached on this private sale phase so we will have a chance to participate on public sale  because 20 ETH minimum for private sale is not for me  yes, does seem like a huge amount for smaller investors. But also, don't you need to be accredited? No need for investors to be accredited in order to join the private sale. Even for US participants? Aren't US investors excluded from the ICO  Yeah US is in their Non-Eligible list NON-ELIGIBLE COUNTRIES

When can we expect mobile app?
According to the road map beta version of the mobile app is released in March, the app will likely appear after the end of the sale. Will app be available on all mobile OS's? Android for shure, don't know for iOS according to latest issues.... Internal issues or something regarding restrictions iOS has put on ICOs? As far as I know those issues are regarding ICOs. I think they haven't changed their policy around this and probably won't change it anytime soon which is too bad. On the one hand, it's bad because projects only have one option, but Android is very well represented, so there will be plenty of users. I've often wondered why this policy was implemented and wether they will change it anytime soon. It seems it is not really going to change so most people should adapt either by investing in some other way or apart from ICO. |

will the unsold token be burnt?
I guess,thats standard and easiest thing to do with unsold tokens. Is there any way those tokens can be reused for something else and not burned? Well they can and some projects have done it that way but it usually brings concern from the community as those tokens could be used in certain ways that the community disapproves of. In cases when they decide to reuse the tokens, they are often given to investors as bonuses, but since those are free people often look down on them and sell for a lower price. This is a possible instability in the market and can cause issues for the project. |

When do I receive my tokens?
Tokens are usually distributed aftter end of the sale,thats standard practice nowdays. Same goes for both tokens that you got from sale,and bounty tokens That's right, distribution will happen after the token sale has finished. Do you plan to lock investors token for some amount of time,or they will be unlocked right from the start? Investors' tokens will not be locked. Team/adivisor tokens will be locked for 36/24 months. That's standard practice for projects. Some that have not done that have received scepticism from the community. Now it is standard practice. Most projects lock the team tokens for around three years to avoid depreciation of tokens during sale and later on exchanges, to have them reach target price and not make the market more volatile. |

True,hopefully market will look better in the comping weeks,so AGATE can raise funds easier The market probably won't change as much during only a couple of upcoming weeks, but the project has solid foundations so the market status shouldn't hinder it's progress too much. |
