Is the second round of sale staring in few days?
I see on Faba's telegram, the ICO ends in May 2019, 2nd round of ICO sale will start in March 1st, 2019. I see the highest bonus offered by Faba in the 2nd round is 20%. So there will be bonus afterall?All this time i thought that price will be $1.3 per token,without the bonus. In the second round their won't be any bonus. Token price is fixed at 1.3usd per token. Faba's admin explain to me, there is a bonus but, The bonus is on special conditions which is yet to be decided. And he said No bonus on 200usd minimum investment. And you are right. Token price is fixed. To get the bonus, it will be based on several conditions.  This is a good call,to offer some bonus during 2nd STO riund,as you have to attract people with something.it doesnt have to be big bonus,but just enogh to show people that you appreciate them investing their hard earned money. There is no bonus during second round, it has been explained already. It is said that in the second period it is not a bonus, is there another strategy to be able to attract investors with no bonus? Looks harder if without a bonus, and will work harder. Or are there other changes? That is true,attracting investors will be tougher without the bonus, but in the same time it might eliminate possibility of dumps when token gets listed on the exchange.It is a double edged sword.. |

I see that people are still confusing STO and ICO, but soon enough people will figure out that its not the same thing  Yeah, it should be communicated to people that they do get the shares of Faba and voting right, like if they invest enough funds they own a part of the company unlike with utility tokens where you essentially do not own a thing. It doesn't matter how little, or big your investment in Faba is, as long as you contribute to our STO, you are a shareholder of Faba Limited Will shareholders have any extra privileges based on the amount of FABA tokens they own? All Faba investors have equal rights and their right is also proportionate to the amount of Faba tokens they own. Does that work same as stocks? If someone buys 51% of Faba he can become the owner? You will become the majority share holder of course. So it is theoretically possible for someone else to take control and have majority, someone else other than FABA team?Isn't that kinda dangerous? |

No proof provided that there is anything dodgy with Faba. Especially this part that many companies are registered on the same address. Thats basically standard practice.

Is there any reward if we suggest a company to Faba to put up for vote or invest into?
Main problem i see ,if there is a reward for something like that is that FABA team would be swarmed with suggestions,making their work much harder trying to deal with all those companies.Thats what usually happens when you offer reward for something,people would try to abuse it,even though your idea aint bad. |

Probably experienced venture capitalists who will help the team choose best projects in the beginning. |

From what i understand second round of STO starts on March 1st.What will be the starting bonus available for investors?
If info on the first page is correct,there wont exactly be bonuses.Price of 1 FABA during first round was $1, while during 2nd rounf 1 FABA=$1,3.So you actually got discount during round 1. Is minimum still 1300 USD? Is there a chance that minimum could be lowered from 1300 USD to something more affordable to guys like me? There was plenty of time to join during first round when price was better and minimum much lower ,too bad that you missed that period.Regarding 1300 dollars minimum, im sure team has good reason why they decided to go with that amount. |

When enough fresh money comes into crypto.A lot of people lost a lot of money during 2018 ,so it will take some time.But then again,situation can change fast,like it did in 2017.Now we see that even JPMorgan plans to issue their own cryptocurrencies,so i would say that things are mowing slwoly in the right direction. |

When is it planned to have Faba listed on exchanges? Soon after STO ends or after the first round of investments?
According to the Faba roadmap information, q3 2019 (but there is no official date explained), after STO. But it can change faster or longer. Most will see market situation first Yes it is hard t give exact date,as if they reach hard cap,that means sale is over therefore exchange listing must be sooner.But why waiting for exchange when you can buy tokens now during STO and even get bonus. |

Right FABA is the one that you got 2nd.There was some kind of problem with the first tokens sent, but all that is sorted basically immediately so it isall good now,no worries.Just put your FABA tokens someplace safe,like Ledger Nano S . What do we do with the first ones? Just ignore? Yes, nothing else to do with them if you got them as well.Just dont confuse those 2 tokens  |

I agree,most investors are not sure what are their rights when they buy security tokens and that part should be communicated and might even attract more people to join the sale.Thats why more and more projects are focusing on STO. Surely if people clearly saw that they really do own a part of the company and have the possibility to help make company a success and bring them profit at the same time they would be more inclined to invest in it. Thing is that this is still new to crypto, so most people don't even consider that aspect of STO. That's the clear advantage of security token, as people will want to be more involved in the company and thdy will actively support. While utility tokens don't give you same level of involvement. |

Your returns comes to you according to the amount of tokens you hold. There is no special formula. How often will you pay out dividend? I presume it will be yearly, same as it is with stocks.I could be wrong though. It makes sense,or maybe make it quarterly,i think investors would like that even more,to get funds more often  Can that even be done? I'm not sure that you can just set it up anyway that suits you, there are certain things that need to be fulfilled so investor can receive dividends. All the answers you seek are on the website and whitepaper. Kindly do well to check. Have you considered having live AMA session,so community can get to know the people behind the FABA and find out a bit more details? Thats a good idea,redit ama is very popular and im sure hat many people would be interested.Or maybe YouTube Q&A session,that would be nice too. Anything would be nice.Reddit,twitch,Youtube or even telegram Q&A as that one is easiest to organise and im sure it would help people get to know FABA better and the team behind it. |

Since they are big investors do they get shares of the company,or FABA tokens only? Usually only seed investors get shares of the company but question is whether CCT Consulting counts as one or just as normal investor,in that case no shares. Seems to me that CCT consulting institutional investor and usually they join sale with different terms compared to the regular investors. Yes i doubt that CCT Consulting invested few million dollars with same terms as any other investor,but its definitely good sign if those big investor believe in this project,as they wont invest in anything before doing thorough check. |
