Congratulations, you have 10,000 blocks! This is the first step in the success of your project.

Your supply: 100.000.000 FRG
Token Sale: 10.000.000 = 10%
Others: 10%
What will you do with 80%? For only mining in future?

Total supply is 100M
Current supply is about 21M
18.5M of that Current Supply is for preSale and ICO.
The rest will be released at 5% per year thru ProofOfStake. (So it will take at least 50 years to reach that 100M)
103  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / I'M SELLING FRG (ForgeNet) COINS, PM ME! on: January 26, 2018, 04:18:09 PM
Got a few thousands to sell, pm me your offer, pre-sale is currently at 50c per FRG.

I'm willing to have a competitive price!
104  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] The Forge Network (FRG) on: January 25, 2018, 06:51:05 PM

The coin will be issued only 100 million? Bounty will be up to what date?

Only a 100 million total supply.

Bounty will be running until the end of ICO. So all the way through the majority of March

Correct me if im wrong but right now theres about 21M coins out (premine for ICO being a large chunk of it) and PoW is almost over, so the only coins that will be issued after this is the 5% annual stakes.  so about 1M per year.  So it will takes a VERY LONG time to get to 100M.

So supply after 1 year could be around 22M-23M right?  And adding about 1M - 1.1M every year or so.

greedy ROB?  more ppl told about you  discord too,FB too, telegram too, REDDIT too

arent you ashamed?

EXPLAIN ALL MINERS THIS

in last 7 days i checked this
2000 miners on pool = results was 52 (24%)
3998 miners on pool = results is 42 (21%)
this is unbelievable

and pool fees 13% is record between coins  Embarrassed  for what you need 13%?

we have to protect our expenses

Yes, I do think you should personally kick in 1btc for the original free pool development- it would be nice.  Have you contributed anything to biblepay?

Yes, it is true that I have only Spent money to help the pool and the miners, and that means money has gone Out of my account Into the pool.  I guess you dont understand the concepts of basic accounting.

Yeah, I guess Im greedy for Giving more than Im taking in, right?

Dear Rob,

I offered him a full cloud server to setup a pool.Well he did not show up for 1 week. I closed the server blocked him on Skype.

I am offering similar server to someone who can manage a such pool. Or if anyone can setup for me I will take care of it.

HI friend, does the pool server have install script?

As long as I understand it works on windows and has no automatic installation.

Alright thank you, I won't bother with it installing it then, as I'm clueless what to do, and even if I succeeded maybe security breach, don't want to risk that. Thanks for the help.
As for Rob is there a way I can contribute to biblepay not with technical stuff? I have told friends and family. But possibly I can talk to the priest in my church in Amsterdam, any idea how to promote it to him so he can take donations each Sunday in bbp instead of money? I think a mobile wallet would be much useful for them to adapt donations in that way.
P.S it is catholic church so I hope no problem with that.

Best regards

No, there can be no automatic installation for a pool, otherwise how would you know the pool didnt have a script in it to give 50% to the orphans?

There are no shortcuts to running a pool.  You have to be a master SQL administrator, DBA, weak programmer, security admin and windows engineer to run a pool.  You have to for one compile the source in visual studio 2017, and be ready for redeploying it when it changes.  You have to spend 20 hours a week answering emails and doing adhoc sql queries, etc.  If we had someone that even believed they could just compile it once and let it run it will be down within one month and all your coins will be lost.

I might be up to it,  my daily work is to compile code in vs.net 2017 and im a certified sql server developer, i know MSSQL pretty well.  I can deploy a web app, even if my main work is mostly win apps i've deployed enough web apps in IIS and asp.net to handle that task.

Is this pool code public? i could give it a try if so...

Why newbie account for such kind of project and team behind it?
But I'll follow for sure if it's all for real.  Smiley

I agree, i've read the WP pretty fast and seems very good, but the layout and the way its announced is a bit amateur for such high profiles people.  Such a project should have a very high profile launch.

But other than that, ill read the WP a couple of time and will make up my mind.  Thanks for sharing!

Can i ask a what is blockstack on your github?  the old project name?

aikida3D sry its private sector.Few machines i have at home

616westwarmoth no coins got this style of RICHLISTS : its very bad when first 100 wallets got almost 75% coins .. dont know top 200 coins with this parameters which is mining

all how to setup MN is posted in forum.bible where user KLONDIKE wrote all guideline cos ofc masternode wiki is bad/with bugs

and beware: MN isnt for no IT guy: cos will be problems every day, when will rlse this masternode-life: on DASH got problems every day with masternodes  Undecided

and newest INFO:
im added my strong server to pool minersofmen and we hit 3 blocks last 2 hours .... i believe with this pool will be results muc much better

so check it https://minersofmen.com/

Its really common for a coin around position 600 on coinmarketcap to have 56% (i find it even pretty good often its 80%) for the top 25.  Keep in mind that most of the time in that top 25 you have the pools and exchange and also dev funds.

Im into UBIQ which is worth 50-70M$ a top 100 coin and top 25 hold 23M on a 38M supply.  And in this case the top wallet is bittrex which holds 13M of that 23M.

And its even more true for CPU mineable coin.
115  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: BiblePay - New Coin Launch - Official Thread on: December 12, 2017, 08:03:39 PM
adrianbits  ROb is very smart guy, obeisance to him,but we must need to know this things too ..... I recommend tp all ppl checked topic about this coins ltc, doge, vtc= ppl wanted to know all things, and smart devs always answering, always: all advantages added to pool statistics. Still dont understand why we cant to know who mined blocks. And user @orbis asked to Rob about it. He is next my friend from Slovak Republic

in the final result, more blocks= better for children  Wink

I would like to know how 1 wallet can hold 54% of the coins!?

But I will soon be deleted for asking such a question

No wallet has 54% of all the coins, you can validate this on the explorer: http://biblepay.inspect.network/richlist

Good to see the price break higher.  Would be nice to have an uptrend instead of sideways.
Wow, just saw that. Who is pumping and dumping?

Edit: Let me reassess. It could be a pump, or it could be people rushing to buy to have enough for a Sanctuary come Christmas.

It was me guys. I had to make my final point and demonstrate how easy it is to pump up the price when you can mine so much coin. LOL

(i wish!)

In all seriousness this goes to my point on how 'powerhashers' can manipulate prices.
The sell right now is at 15 sat and the buy is at 10. So if you have 100 bbp you cant sell at 15 cause there are so many coins in the line in front. So you have to sell at 10.

This demonstrates a weakness in the large volume of coins. Unfair distribution and price manipulation

Well this has nothing to do with the amount of coins, it only has to do with the volume of traders on the coin, if there was 100 btc each side, you wouldn't have been able to do this at all.  Look there some coins that are stuck at 1 sats and 2 sats with tens of BTC on each side.  The supply is not related at all.

Its clearly someone whos buying to get a Sanctuary, the announcement and this "pump" is related...

Been following this coin for a little while and the community seems to be fairly positive and growing steadily.
I'm still on the fence about investing though until I can see a more precise roadmap (Upcoming features and timelines) apart from what's listed on the website.
Other than the 0 premine, what really sets this apart from Eth?

You can view the differences here, and take your own conclussions http://ellaism.org/comparison/

will ella switch to pos at some point?

It's not in the roadmap as far as i know

They forgot to post one important aspect thou, Ella is the only coin that main dev isn't public.  This is important for trust issues...

Why is this so important? I think you are mistaking, there are a lot of coins with anonymous dev. In the end, this is the purpoe of all cryptos..

Purpose of crypto isn't relying on trusting unknown people.  Crypto's goal is to removing the necessity of trusting intermediary people and to go thrust-less with a global consensus. But at the end you still need to trust the team behind the project (specially for small projects like this one), so i rather trust someone that is public, because if he runs with money or break others people thrust at least a public person won't be able to make it again, so he's also breaking his reputation.  While an anon dev could do all that without having to impact his reputation.  So i just don't see how a anon dev could be better than a public dev (with the same skills level).

Btw i'm not saying that this anon dev would steal people or break thrust, i just say that a anon dev can do it without too much impact on his side...

I think it's related to the results provided instead of the typi cal "I'm Joe developer, creator of genericoin" that ends up being a ton of crap

I was expecting a constructive post and some details, yours seems pretty bias, most others coins also shows progression overtime.  I have check github for this coin, but i havent seen much changes in there, maybe theres a private codebase somewhere that im unaware of?

Im not trying to bash or anything, im trying to stay objective and gets some facts, so again could you elaborate more?

Now that your questions were answered by far more constructive people on Discord, would you like to share what you found about Ellaism?

Yeah for now its too early to talk about unique features for this project, they are working hard to provide all the tools required to be a good coin.  So for now it hasn't been decided which kind of feature will make this coin unique.

As i said on discord, i'm ok with that, i prefer a project to take its time, provide a good foundation and then find its ways in crypto...  I'll stick around and keep a close eye on this one!
