You don't have to pay in something that can't be learned. No one can create trader from you, no one can learn you how to become billionare, you have your brain and that's the only thing that can help you. Read books, there are a lot of them, you have interner, it can bring you anything you wish in just seconds, read books, understand what's basics of trading, then only way for you is to start trading and see how good you are, consider that this isn't just a knowledge, it's luck too.

In my opinion, if you are not enough knowledge and experience, you can choose the projects which have gotten a good amount of fund in softcap.

I think stoploss point is one of the most important thing for trading. It helps the investors cut loss or get profit. It helps the investors to not too greedy or frighten. And the most disadvantage of stoploss is the prediction. if you choose a wrong point, you can lose your money too much.

In my point of view, there are no problem with the quaylity of ICO projects. However, the investors are too scared when they have lost what they invested. You can imagine that what will you do when you are holding tokens which are lost 10 times value from the ICO price. They dont have enough money to continue

If you have been scammed because didn't know bitcoincash and bitcoin are different, then you must be new in cryptocurrency. When peoples join crypto, they will need to at least learning about the coin they want to buy. Otherwise, they maybe very easy to be scammed by other peoples who want to take advantage of it. yup! that is the basic knowledge you must know and if you are scammed, that is your fault first.
