115  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Faster BTC confirmation time on: June 21, 2015, 01:56:26 AM
I just don't think confirmation times are bad as they are now. We should focus on the blocksize problem and how to make Bitcoin scalable long term. People don't care that confirmation times in credit cards take 100+ days so they will not care that a Bitcoin transaction needs an average of 10 min to be considered as sealed.

I agree with you, The proposal of 20mb sizeblock is best idea to increase block limit

117  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: June 21, 2015, 01:51:14 AM
Well I invested 1500$ in Bitcoin since last March or so. Now i'm nearing 1000$. I've not made a penny.
I think i'm ready to quit trading. I'll never get that money back. I dunno how one could loose so much so fast, even if one is totally inexperienced, it seems one would make money at least 50% of the time. But i've made money something like 2% of the time. I just don't have the patience for this.

you buy in wrong time, what your goal ? long term or short term ?

yesterday i buy bitcoin in 244$ and if price up to 250 i will sell it, after it if price down under 245 i will buy back

iam a trader short term not long my priority is $ not bitcoin
118  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Cloud Mining - Please help a newbie on: June 21, 2015, 01:46:50 AM
I always wanted to mine but never had enough resource. Over month, I have gathered around 0.11BTC from faucets and twitter giveaways, with which I want to buy hash power. The cheapest one I see around is offered by www.cloudmining.website, which is 0.001 BTC/GHs. But, before I invest, I'd like to know what people want to say about their experience about this service. As it seems, at current difficulty, I should reach ROI at 4 month. Please advise...

Update 30/03/2015: In fact, I invested 0.11BTC in this service and have already made ROI. Smiley

That site on reminded  me with bitcoin cloud service  Roll Eyes
119  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: We should all go see a movie with bitcoin!! on: June 21, 2015, 01:40:31 AM
when a big merchant starts to accept bitcoin payments, it opens up a new market for bitcoin, BTC becomes a stronger currency because it becomes more relevant as a currency

NEW strong market and scam like MT Gox ?
120  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: June 21, 2015, 01:38:34 AM
http://www.coindesk.com/bot-named-willy-did-mt-goxs-automated-trading-pump-bitcoin-price/

Hm... ok I don't see how that even incriminates them. I'd suspect people are running trading bots all over the place.

Trusting exchanges

Once again, dark clouds have gathered, not around the bitcoin network itself but around the centralized gateways guarding the on- and off-ramps between it and the legacy financial system.

Such businesses have operated mostly off the block chain and are inherently trust-based, functioning effectively as unofficial and uninsured banks. With developers and executives from the technology world rather than the financial, they have been accused of everything from incompetence to malice before their funds simply vanish – often along with the businesses' owners.

A trustless crypto-based payment system still relies heavily on trusted supports. More often than not, these 'trusted supports' are unregulated, hence they attract unscrupulous traders and speculators.

Those in the pro-regulation camp point to the inherent weakness of unregulated exchanges as one of the biggest problems facing bitcoin, but regulation remains a controversial topic in the bitcoin community and there is no clear consensus on what should or could be done to stamp out abuse.
