101  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][RZR] Razor - cutting edge of technology [No premine][Scrypt][TOR anon] on: June 15, 2014, 02:19:10 PM
Do you plan to make the pool public as soon you stopped premining?

Thats not cool!

Yes, only solo mining for rent rigs, are not pools for small miners, over 2000 blocks premine today!!!

Do you know what premine even means?
I jumped on the wallet release to solo mine (yeah I have asics, so what) and got in real early. First blocks were after the post, and it was frozen at 1220 while the update happened. (I got a couple in there even is networking issues before it halted)

Pools aren't devs problem, and probably couldn't/didn't get pools cause of no pre-mine to pay them.

I have to say GAWMiners has the best customer service of any ASIC company I've ever dealt with.

I will say they do respond even if it takes a couple days which you can't say for every vendor.

gawminers intel controller with gridseed

I am having an issue getting more gridseeds on here. They do spit out an error that seems to be too many USB devices, but won't go past 32 gridseeds. The USB limit should be near 127 devices minus the USB hubs right?

Jun 11 01:57:51 gawminers kernel: [ 16.975059] cdc_acm 2-1.7.7.4.4.3:1.0:
This device cannot do calls on its own. It is not a modem.
Jun 11 01:57:51 gawminers kernel: [ 16.975071] cdc_acm 2-1.7.7.4.4.3:1.0:
no more free acm devices

Tried cycling the cmc_acm with no luck.
Not sure where to go from here.

Sorry for assuming you were a noob. If you list what you tried so far I'm sure someone would come up with an idea how to hack the thing.
104  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Miners (Scrypt ASIC seller) independent feedback thread on: June 11, 2014, 08:28:44 PM
anyone get the intel controller?
any directions on how to get the web interface up?
they say its plug and play and you just go to the web interface and config.

I don't have it but I would guess that you need to find its IP address and then enter

http://ip_address/

in your browser. To find the IP address you can use something like this http://angryip.org/

if it were that easy, I'd be done and good, but there's not even website software running anywhere that I can find.

Glad to have worked out a resolution!
Awaiting my order and new order to show up!

Thank you for personally contacting and not using a third party to distance yourselves.

Trying again as I didn't get a response last time  Wink

Dirac has a specially modified codebase which allows for a process of currency cloning that is simpler than ever before. Thousands of clones can now be created and each blockchain comes pre-built with merged mining.

This sounds interesting.  Is there any more information available regarding the cloning process you mention?

Obviously the dev doesn't read this thread. If you are interested in the cloning process contact BlueDragon747, since he is the one who actually wrote the code.

Lot's of red flags here, good luck all.

You know coinweaver (one of the users you're quoting) is the dev, don't you?

How do I shot OP

Working on my resolution now!

They are very willing to help. Seem too swamped which I consider a good problem to have.
Will consider my next purchase here once I get thru this issue.

Well so my stuff arrived. what I thought the agreed upon status was cabled up PSUs. The few cables attached were either very poorly done by someone with no idea what a gap is, or why ALL the copper is needed to connect. I am also shocked at the nicks the the shielding. starting from scratch on those. 3 hours down today; going to be at least 4-5 hours more to getting this setup properly for a plug n play system.

Did not receive the correct amount of supplies on the initial order and alerted to this prior to the above shipment. Did not receive. No directions as per last conversation (only got miner config basic setup help info), and no specs on what the PSU can support seen on the help forum.

Sour taste in the mouth is back.

Got my reply via msg and call.
Happy with where the resolution is headed!

Not a scam site, just got in a stuck place with how this order went thru. They are working it out even tho most of it was not their fault!

{EDIT}
currently awaiting parts to show up on my resolution. They are back feeding me what avg mining is on LTC for my hashes and paid out in BTC. Its something, not the coin or expectation I had, but they are working thru the issue I have!

Will update once up and running.
115  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Miners (gridseed seller) independent feedback thread on: May 08, 2014, 05:32:52 PM
kcheel, I did not get my mini, nor was it 'plug and play' as they stated. I requested a refund and am awaiting reply.

117  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][IPO] Quantum [QTM] - The First Long-term Investment Vehicle of Its Kind on: May 02, 2014, 08:53:17 PM
All trading profits and other revenue streams from Quantum Holdings will be reinvested into Quantum Holdings to benefit all shareholders of QTM.

You of course being the primary shareholder with 60% of the QTM.  With no guarantee that you won't sell off to take profits at every opportunity.  What a fucking joke.  I would feel bad for the people who's money you already stole, (assuming that the 80 some odd BTC you have pledged is legit and not just part of the scam) except anyone that can't see through a scam this obvious deserves to lose it.

Well, why dump into profits right away when they will be collecting over 125BTC each (OMGWTFBTCBBQ!!1) by the end of summer.... It's almost worth them to keep it growing while they slowly sell the 60% (when we believe the price is slowly climbing) until the last wolong (dump) effort, shut off network support, and retire.
118  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][IPO] Quantum [QTM] - The First Long-term Investment Vehicle of Its Kind on: May 02, 2014, 07:59:11 PM
so uhh, you kinda need network support for this, how is this handled if 100% pre-mine?
119  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][IPO] Quantum [QTM] - The First Long-term Investment Vehicle of Its Kind on: May 02, 2014, 07:47:07 PM
so:
first wave of 20% = 250btc
second wave assuming 20% and at LEAST 250btc
40% = ~500btc
60% = devs 750+btc at current value

WAT

I'm joining this one, Maza was undervalued for too damn long
don't you mean overvalued and stabilizing at 400 until 'pumps' come along
