Nice, but still waiting for that killer dapp that brings Decent to the map and center of the attention. What could that even be? Winning the hackathon is a good sign that the team behind Decent is able to create something big. You don't win those events if you are bad. I don't think anyone in here had some doubts about the fact that the team is very capable. Its always hard in crypto since mostly the highest price is not equal to the best team or tech. Without any doubt this is a great achievement and I really hope that the team is continuing to participate |

there is actually quite a good demand for it since it generated passive income via the airdrop + it will develop some interoperability which sure can be highly successful in the future. Some major exchange listing and announcement/ release will really give this project a good start in my opinion |

I see it was said above less activities in telegram one understandable reason is summer vacations as large majority take break from busy life. Second as of talking about application to CMC listing that will be considered by them only if official channel sends it. Individuals are not taken in consideration as far as I know from other previous experience.
But since they removed their minimal exchange volume, they might consider someone actively participating in the project for the application on CMC. They just need proof of the supply and that the coin is not dead i guess |

Elastic has no masternode system (unless they#ve built on in the last few months and I completely missed it). Or do you mean the regular nodes? There are obviously nodes, but afaik, there's not collateral needed. It's basic block production layer is NXT-style PoS. On top of it is the computation layer, which works a bit like PoW. Since XELs supply is fixed, the only rewards are transaction fees. How much XEL is needed to be decently successful in producing blocks depends on the overall staking weight, I'm not familiar with the current situation. Regarding Discord and stuff, not sure if there is one, but I don't use it anyway. You are free to create one, though. I mean this post from notsofast, Servicenodes found it now. Hello everyone. NEM has a huge potential and big community. We have catapult. But price of NEM is lower and lower. Why so? Why people don't want use NEM?
When regular people who pay with cash could use any cryptocurrency as that use credit cards and paper money then price will rise to heaven. Currently there are same amount of people(cryptocommunity) who trade and use cryptocoins and there are overwhelmed with every day grow of new coins. To many scams also affect in trust of crypto coins. Exchanges that goes hacked or closed with peoples invested money and high fees for trade. Basicly we need wide adoption to masses who sold cheese, chicken eggs and grocery on market. They dont know what is XEM or any other crypto. That's actually true. The overall crypto adoption has to rise (and is rising) to really see the actual value of the whole sphere. But there is no need for 10000 different coins or projects offering the same. Therefore its good to target specific markets that enable some good room to grow. NEM is doing great with all the very nice projects build on it and at the same time targeting different enterprise solutions for example |

hard to tell and especially no one can actually really predict that. The whole alt coin market might see some major gain soon but it will need some overall bullish market sentiment and DECENT might need some kind of initial push in form of a new cooperation or a new exchange to start the price increase. The team is doing good but the price is mostly not representative for the tech or the real value |
