I know that this is a old thread but I think that we have to be very careful now, and there is a highe chance that we can make a good money.

My speculations is that if the BTC breaks current level of 10k to the lower side which I am fairly sure of. alts will go down heavy and this is the point where I will buy some alts. i have like 300-400 $ to spend , I will buy 3-4 alts with small market caps and forget about them.

As the case with ICOs , it depends on the the IEO.
What is the platform.
Binance launchpad , Huobi , Kucoin and Okex are good options.

But be aware there are platforms which are not what they want us to think.

From all the crazy speculations in this section of forum , this is the only one I could come aboard with.
The legitimate reason could possibly be that it seems that laws are tightening around cryptos and their privacy . this could mean that privacy coins will get new influx of capital.

In my view will not have the exact same type of Bull run as we had last time. Sure , most likely most of the top 20 coins will surge but there will be another trend, I dont know what it will be but different for sure.

The first thing the market absolutely needs for alts to star moving is stability in BTC. Right now we are extremely volatile in this section , investors do not have a more or less united view on the things to come. Some call for retrace to 4k again, others call for the new bull run.

This is not even optimistic, just plain stupid.

Why not 100$ or 1000$?

5-10$ in 10 days is absurd, XRP already has a large marketcap and your prediction would mean that in case of 5 $ the marketcap would the same as BTC around 200 billion, in the case of 10$ marketcap would be 2x times of btc marketcap. Think twice.

Something about the price action.

According to icobench, they rised 1,1 Million USD and the tokens price was 0,0177 USD. If we imagine that they went to exchange right after the ICO, the market cap of coins would be 1,1 mil usd with token price 0,0177.

Now the price is 10,6 Million with the price 0,0153 USD.

Thats roughly 10 times the initial marketcap with price less that in ICO.

I know they had airdrops but this huge difference cant be because of this. Possibly there are some kind of mistake with locked tokens or something?

Did you even read, bro? Read the article , there much more than just suspicions. This is going public and there is a good chance that it will go viral. That means that people who trade there will withdraw money! If they all so shady there also is a possibility that they dont have the liquidity to back up their customers funds and if you hesitate you can lose all of your funds.

Just get out and go to legit exchange instead.

We already had a 15% + retrace from high of 13 700$ . We went up extraordinary fast and we can go down as fast.
Going down to your smallest prediction - 7k would be a 49% correction from 13,7 k.
This is not impossible , since 6000 region has been a important resistance level over the years.

I think we can very easily hit 10k now as next real resistance on the way down.

Lets hope that their technical solution is good enough. I am from Europe but far from Spain and have not information about them in Europe so far.



Compared to most projects out there DOC definitely are one of the top ones in quality and idea wise.

I am wondering about other possible problem they may encounter- as far as I remember they raised like 1,2 million USD. This is not much , most of us know how fast project can burn through their budget if they are developing actively and marketing as well.

IDK , maybe they sold some of their coins when the price was high.

30% retrace is very real, if you take a look in the past 30 percent was normal after some time of bullish movement.

The big Alts usually do the same 30% percent when BTC goes thru its correction. The small alts can drop much more, because the volume is very low for them.

The best thing would be to sell and take your profit but the hard thing to do is to , " catch " that moment.

This worries me, I remember asking this question on telegram at the time when MTC was at ~0,2 USD price and he replied that they are going to build their own bloc-chain , it will hold all the data of patients. It is not possible, block chain can not exclusively hold those amounts of data + there would be  problems with data protection in Europe.

I am still holding a good chunk of this coin.

Unfortunately Jhon Mcafee had a lot of to do with the token price.

Bitbond is a STO.
STO is good but because STOs go under certain financial laws, i doubt that they will be tradeable easily.
The usual exchanges will have to open special trading decks and introduce new rules to trade them. ( This is my guess)

Yes, it is possible just take a look how much the ETH has climbed over the past weeks, that shows that it is possible to go just as fast or even faster to the lower levels if the markets starts to crash.

In my experience good ideas and good teams or shorter- good projects does not mean successful ICOs.

The last good projects which I have seen are - TemTum, CMA and the one in my signature.

Monero is the number one privacy coin but it does not mean that it is immune to the whole market swings, I would love that because it is unique from other top coins , because of that it should move differently but sadly it has similar potential to its rivals in market capitalization.

Interesting tough. Actually I was thinking somewhat like the OP at the time when ETh was dropping like crazy .

My idea was that ETH has fallen and will never rise again just because the token sale market seemed to be completely wiped out on ETh base.
I was wrong Etherium still is a strong player . Because of that I think that Waves are not a very wise bet.

Just talking about NEO investment is painful. I did invest it in when it was about 40$ before the huge bull run , I got good ROI but never withdrew. I was so stupid back then , I should have sold it at 3x or 4x.

Now, it seems so ridiculously cheap but I havent red no news on the development side of this coin.

Even when there are several good competitors out for ETH, the ETH remains in the TOP 10 and is still very valuable.
It seems to me that it is going on almost pure speculation .
