in my opinion ethereum, litecoin and other altcoins in the TOP 100 coin in CMC is good options to invest before mooning on alt happend
but i suggest you to by more ethereum in this market situations my friend

You have to choose on what Altcoins you want, but If I will be the one to pick I will go for the top altcoins because I'm sure the pump on them is coming. Better to buy altcoins now before it pumps, remember the previous trend that bitcoin started the pump and altcoins follow that after a month so it can also happen in the current bull run.

But how long? bet a little money on altcoin looks a good decision and put the rest to the bitcoin. This time bitcoin is a gold. As long as you are choosing the right altcoin like MYO, Pdata, MCO and it seems like you will not get any problem. You should try to invest some money to your promising altcoin.

i see red all over the altcoin market so i am surprised how you think they are going up 10-20%!!!!
go check your Binance (or any altcoin exchange you use) and you can see  that if you for example had 1BTC invested in altcoins that is now worth at least 0.75BTC!

Now the question is what should we invest before rest of alt will moon when BTC will start to be stable/decresed like always ?

if bitcoin goes down then altcoins will go down with it just like 2018.
if bitcoin becomes stable is the only one that the alt coin market can shine. we had the good example a couple of months ago when bitcoin was very stable in $3k range. many altcoins got pumps as big as 100% per day.

if I predict the increase in bitcoin we must immediately buy some altcoins that we can invest in the long term, namely ethereum, bnb, xlm. all three coins have very high profits.

Your portfolio should always have diversity and it is up to you what altcoins you would want. Though ideally you should put majority of your investments in your portfolio within the top 100 and having some potential altcoins within the top 500 for potential tokens that can moon big time. Before investing though always do your research as not all altcoins in this category can moon.

Like you said not all coin is going for moon even the best altcoin might because in 2017 every altcoin was dropping when the bitcoin bumps up.

So pick the best of all coins and the one you can afford as well hope it wont decrease then you may get the profits but my suggestion will be invest hard on the bitcoin because we know what coin is mooning.

I suppose one thing to look for is which alt still has a very strong project, and the drop relative to BTC looks unjustified. If that applies to many alts, and it probably does, then it makes sense to go with the most reliable option, which would tend to be the highest in market cap... so I'd be tempted to say ETH is probably the one to go for.

Shorter-term, NEO is surging fast, but this sort of sudden price movement can often lead to an equally sudden pullback, so just be wary.

We really should enlist to buy the alts now. It will still happen the old cycle, when the BTC price is too high in the week, it will adjust itself because of traders' sentiment, and immediately the value of the alts will increase by 15% - 25 %
Today the BTC price has reached nearly $ 13k and it's about to sideway for 2 days. This is a good time to buy alts, it is best to buy Waves. because Waves always go against BTC.

Trust only the top altcoin in cmc. Usually I choose between the top 15 or the top 20, which will certainly benefit in a bitcoin situation like this. Maybe now I'm giving a suggestion to buy ltc because next month I predict the price will go up, followed by the ltc halving update.

Of course if you want to invest you need to be more careful to learn the characteristics of the altcoin before you decide to buy, but if in my opinion of course I want to buy Bitcoin and ethereum or at least 10 coins in the top line.

do steps for investment quickly, but in potential coins such as ethereum and litecoin it is useful to maximize profits when the stable altcoin btc will come back to a high position. so don't hesitate to invest in altcoins that have the potential in the top 10 coinmarketcap

I would think those are precisely the ones that have gone up quite a bit already.  I'm pretty sure there are more "diamonds in the rough" that still have potential to increase significantly.  Having said that, I couldn't say with a straight face what they are.  I've been placing my bets on NEO and PIVX, but I'm not recommending those to anyone as a tip.  They're just coins I like which earn income, and if their prices go up, all the better.

But yeah, the safe ones would probably be what you see first on Coinmarketcap.  Then again, there's nothing guaranteed or totally safe in crypto.  Anything can happen, and it's not even certain that any coin will "moon".  The whole market could come tumbling down tomorrow.

I am trying to accumulate more XRP at the moment. Even many altcoins are very very bullish at the moment and wait for the BTC correction, the potential of XRP, I think, bigger than many altcoins because of fundamental development.
