I think it goes both ways, some people dont mind a bit of risk to get the reward of being able to trade first by keeping their coins on an exchange but at the same time a lot of people just want to take control over their private keys to ensure they are safe no matter what happens.

E.g. I took the risk thinking I was going to be OK because Bitfinex said they would have BCH support but in the end it came late and they credited at a rate of 1:0.85, I rolled the dice and lost, if I had of gone to Bittrex I would have done much better but thats all hind sight... at least I still have all my BTC.

Zen is one of a few coins that cought my eye a while back and so far it seems to be continuing to push ahead as one of the most promising, while I still say spread your hashes Zen is the one that always has a chunk of mine pointed at it.

Definitly sell for me, I dont believe in the motivation behind it and dont think it has much support. Once the dumpings done I might pick a few up dirt cheap just so I can off load them again when the dust settles and the small group of remaining supporters push the price back up a bit but its not a long term coin for me.

I dont know about long term support but short term I expect to see it plumet as the exchanges start to open up the BCH deposit flood gates. After the fall it might gain some support again but personally I expect the trade volume to fall substatially after the initial fanfare with the smaller population of backers driving its final price but at that point it really settles down into just being another alt coin, less the compelling "new technology" that drive some of the newer promising alt coins.

I regret not continuing to mine back in ~2011 because IIRC I was only breaking even or there abouts with the power expense and then later on toward the end of 2013 being cautious about getting back into mining instead of just buying up a ton of GPUs right at the get go... then again in the world of money you cant have regrets or dwell on hind sight or you'll only end up depressed, the future is what matters!

Coinmarketcap is based on number of coins generated so it has nothing to do with claims and while exchanges have their deposits locked there is a ton of BCH in the side lines just waiting to be dumped which will drive the price right down. Untill the market is open to trade its value is undetermined.

In that case it'd just be an alt coin with a higher market cap, it's not bitcoin and never will be.

At the end of this difficulty period Segwit is probably going to be locked in (~9th), about 2 weeks later (after the next difficulty adjustment period of 2016 blocks) it will activate, then about mid November (the 18th I think) the Segwit2x hardfork is scheduled but as always in the crypto world until it happens nothing is set in stone.

1) Secure your coins
2) Dump BCC first sign of it being on an exchange
3) Buy more BTC
4) ? ? ?
5) Profit
