101  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should ICOs be regulated on: February 13, 2019, 10:33:30 AM
Yes of course, there incidences of ico projects scamming unsuspecting investors and exiting scam is on the rise these days.

So the logical solution would be for the ico projects to have a kund if regulatory authority.
That way these incidences would reduce drastically.
102  Economy / Economics / Re: When the government forbids cryptocurrency on: February 12, 2019, 08:19:34 AM
Government banning of Cryptocurrency related businesses is very bad to the adoption of Cryptocurrency generally.
But I am of the opinion government will not be able to totally ban Cryptocurrency in any country in as much as there is internet services in such a country.
I may be wrong though.
103  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the obstacle of Bitcoin? on: February 12, 2019, 08:13:04 AM
I agree with your submission about the volatility of Cryptocurrency being the main obstacle to it's wider adoption.
But we need to understand that the structure of Cryptocurrency is decentralized and that could be the reason the volatility.
To solve the issue of volatility, then there is the need to change the structure from decentralized to centralized which in itself is not feasible.
104  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Is The Most Ridiculous Invention Ever Made on: February 11, 2019, 11:22:35 AM
It's a free world and so people have the right to air their opinions.
Those who are of the opinion that bitcoin is the most ridiculous invention ever say that based on their own peculiar experiences and researched.
And that right is respected here.
Personally, I think bitcoin invention is the most ever powerful invention in recent times.
The blockchain technology is said to be one of the biggest technologies of our time.
105  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BITCOIN GLORIOUS DAYS MIGHT JUST BE HERE on: February 11, 2019, 11:17:43 AM
The dollar is the US fiat currency...so I do not think that USA of all country will sit down with hands akimbo and watch it's currency fall .
It is just my opinion .
But should incase the dollar falls beyound expectations, bitcoin can  be considered  even though it wouldn't be able to replace Fiat and function maximally like one.
106  Economy / Speculation / Re: Prediction about BTC price!!! on: February 09, 2019, 06:13:56 PM
I think the cryptocurrency Market is one that is highly unpredictable.
Reason why one should exercise some level of restraint before jumping into any trade or investment.
Study the market ,know when to jump in or pull out and when not to hold .
The market is largely moved by speculation.
So pay attention to know aylt what time to buy or invest.
107  Economy / Economics / Re: What is the most problem facing in the market? on: February 09, 2019, 06:07:58 PM
We are facing the problem of fear caused by the prevailing Market condition. Some investors and traders are sore afraid of investing because of this deep rooted fear of loosing out and going bankrupt. Those who invested before now are dumping hard at a miserable low price causing more instability of the market.
The solution is still same, invest what you can afford to loose, take profit when you see
Dont jump into a trade or investment without due findings.
Be cautious but not afraid .
The market will come around sooner.

108  Economy / Economics / Re: Will crypto solve socioeconomic problems? on: February 09, 2019, 06:01:26 PM
I think if and when cryptocurrency finally gets accepted as. A payment medium across the globe that it will go a long way in helping people, businesses carry out transactions without having to go through the hurdle of doing it with banks .
It would make people less dependent on banking services.
Of course it will improve the socioeconomic development of the society .
109  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: When Should I Expect The Next Bull Run? on: February 08, 2019, 07:47:46 AM
I 'm so sorry for the loss recorded.
The truth is that the cryptocurrency market is one that is highly unpredictable, so no one can be able to say when  bull run will start .
But from experience , I am of the belief that since the marsurge of 2017 has been corrected already that bull run may happen soon
I also would want to suggest that you start swing trading with those coins while waiting for market recovery.
110  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: alternative that rivals the ETH on: February 08, 2019, 07:43:43 AM
I am of the opinion that EOS would be a better alternative altcoins to the etheruem.
My submission is solely based on the fact that EOS has good use cases , the team members knows their onions when it comes to development matters.
EOS platform is making waves presently  which supports adoption.
111  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Panic selling! Yes or No? on: February 07, 2019, 07:04:55 PM
The major factor causing people to loose their funds in cryptocurrency is no other than panic and greed.
Some investors panic at any slight rumour and then sell their holdigs at a miserable price ..thereby loosing money.
To be successful in this cryptocurrency space one needs to put on a garb of patience.
112  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: All you can do is hold your ALTs for a few years on: February 07, 2019, 07:00:35 PM
I agree with your reasoning here.
It is a good advice.
People should only invest into good coins that has good use cases with a strong team .
The market condition has affected so many not so good coins and anyone holding any of these coins is doing himself a diservice as the price will keep tanking.
113  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Predictiing Cryptocurrency price.. Is it possible? on: February 06, 2019, 01:43:09 PM
Let take a look at what happened in the cryptocurrency space last year , so many technical analysts predicted that the price of bitcoin could reach $20k by 4th quarter of 2018..
So many investors I know could have taken an investment decision based on the prediction.
When it got to the time predicted , bitcoin price took to the gallows and fell recklessly there after, causing investors to loose their invested funds.
To the question, I do not think that anyone would be able to predict accurately the price of cryptocurrency.
The volatile nature of cryptocurrency would mess that up like it did last year.
114  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Now is the time to buy! on: February 06, 2019, 01:37:08 PM
I came to know about this golden rule of cryptocurrency late.
By then I had lost my funds already because I jumped into a trade when the market was very bullish. Never knew buying when the market is bearish was the best because no one told me that being that I was new into crypto then.
I learnt my lessons in a bitter way.
115  Economy / Economics / Re: The implications of the market condition on: February 05, 2019, 07:24:38 PM
On the positive side,I do think that the bearish market of 2018 saw the going into extinction of so many projects that are not worth to be in the market.
Again, if you look at it critically, you would agree with me that bearish market trend could deter potential investors from investing and that decreases adoption rate.
116  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin ever exist in currency notes? on: February 05, 2019, 07:20:13 PM
From my point of view, I understand that bitcoin is only but a decentralized virtual currency.
If bitcoin would be in paper form, I think Natoshi would have seen to that long ago.
Ido not think that bitcoin will becone paper money in The nearest future as that would defeat the purpose of it's creation.

118  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Top 5 Concerns About Bitcoin ? on: February 02, 2019, 02:22:43 PM
My concerns about bitcoin is how it would effectively contribute to the socioeconomic development of the world at large.
I have concerns about adoption.
Bitcoin needs to be adoption generally and become a medium of payment which would enable holders to purchase goods and services for bitcoin.

120  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ether or altcoins? on: February 01, 2019, 09:53:21 AM
It depends entirely on your target and financial strength.
Etheruem price is above $100 and so I think that most investors who doesn't have big capital will not be able to purchase a reasonable amount of etheruem, since it's more quantity you have more profit you get.
The ideal thing for such investors is to go for altcoins whose price are just below $1 for high profitability in the long run.
