Node is dead! Long live Node!!!!!  CoinsInTheCan claimed that new developers were working on NODE, and to expect news soonish, maybe in May/June. It's getting close to August now, and the silence from the new developers is deafening. If there's no news by September I doubt there's any chance of new developers reviving NODE. Until then there might be a very slim chance, although I'm sceptical. I received pm from TheRealSilk. There is new developers in work and they will open new [ANN]-thread soonish. I hope it's May/June.

Also in january there was "a new young guy" that already learnd 70% of the code... where did he vanished ? ... Go figure... But anyway, i can not believe that two years of work will be abandoned just like that. If Silk does not find other dev's, there is propably someone willing to buy the project with all the premine funds.  But should be done this year . |

Bought me some of this DGB. I think its a steal at this price range 55-60k satoshi. Going to hold and watch my investment grow into a beautiful VR Bitcoin profits game.  doing the same and will hold it and forget for a while will see this next few weeks or months i think big news will come and the wait will prosper this coin still have a better future ahead. good luck to us buddy. My 1000 DGB is not really a lot, but at least a start. Doing the same, will stock up some more and will hope the best for the coins future. With 0.1 BTC you get about over 150000 DBG. If you believe in the coin you can stock up when the price falls and when it rises you can try to neutralize your initial investment sum. |

Actually, 3. Ether Classic - no hard fork Ether hf? - hard fork Ether Regenesis - New instance with no premine. wow it seems people did not like that change... Not really.. notice the nicks, their status, their activity. Summed up: Ignore them. Ok the Ether Regenesis is a complete new chain, and the Ether HF is the official Vitalik chain and the unchanged ETH classic is now a alternative chain? Is this more or less right? |

Does anyone have any idea why does waves not go over 34k? I understand nodes have not yet been released etc, I am just wondering why this number? What is so special about price just below ICO? It reaches this from time to time but then always falls. Whales playing "games' or is it something else?
Only dev team know what are the facts and what is going behind the scene, this is very confusing situation for people who are in from ICO period, right now it is just an wallet nothing more than but when the development will finished than it will be worthy maybe will get 2x price. Should I buy DAO now or wait lower?
I suggest you avoid it, unless you're sure you know what you're doing. Ok, cancelled my buy order, DAO seem dying slowly..... This DAO is over but if you think ETH is not going to go lower, then you can get a discount on ETH (when you swap out your DAO for ETH). Looks like a hard fork is coming so that last part is pretty certain. But, I am pretty sure ETH will head down for a while. The whole DAO fiasco showed the fragility of this smart contract system. There will be more attacks for sure - not a bad thing, this is new tech for you. A very complicated platform, probably has a bright future in some capacity but I'll watch on the sidelines for now. Probably wings is the best solution! Why this? Dao will grow again Why should it grow again, it will be dissolved or i'm missing sth? |

Does it works for you guys the openledger platform now? I can't enter in my account, it keeps telling me to create my first account... So how can I access my Cadastrals?
Bogdan, see if you have any button in the top right corner, just left of the "Create Account" Button. I always start looking on the top banner bar to try to get into my OL account. Sorry if this isnt helpful, OL is difficult to say the least I have there the settings button. But I still can't figure out how to enter in my account... Edit: I just saw now on the lower right corner that it's asking me to backup and I am responsible for my own backup. I never did any backup of my wallet, I thought the coins are stored on the openledger... are you kidding me? I switched from Firefox Mozilla to Chrome yesterday, and uninstalled Mozilla. Don't tell me I lost my coins...  Bogdan, you mentioned backups and I had actually not backed up my wallet either. This system is incredibly difficult to understand and its NOT at all user friendly. I have preached this for months on all the ANN threads using OL as their main exchange. People just dont want to get involved with something that does not conform to the norm of what a crypto exchange should look and feel like. I am still trying to figure out how you can sign back into your account. Best bet is to look through settings > account tab area... Will let you know if I find anything. I figured out how. Somehow I was not "following" anymore my account. I searched my account and under it you have a button "follow". I press on it and now my account name it's again in the upper right corner Now I have under it again everything like before... "account" "settings" "explore", etc... and can see my Cadastrals... Thanks for help anyway Selsonblue This OL platform is indeed quite complicated ... I don't know, but i think openlegder is a really nice system, the only thing which you have to care, is to make and save a backup when you make a new account. And therefore there should be a big fat reminder when you make a new wallet, that makes clear why you need a backup and how the system works. Last time there was at least a box which is telling you to make a backup, but it's obviously not clear for all how important this first step is. |

HOdlers. Exactly the people we want mining and HOdling the coin. Lots of people were mining and HOdling . . . now it's going to be easier for them as the dumpers leave. This hodler wishes he was a dumper, I'd be able to make a clean break. Now I'm stuck in a coin where the dev makes critical changes on a whim using nutocracy as a cover for abdication of responsibility: "It was the hodlers that voted for it", "I'm just doing what the hodlers want". What's the next knee jerk decision going to be? You're credibility and integrity are lost. Sure the dumpers will leave but so will a lot of other miners, myself included. I stopped bying TDs when this nonsense started, I will stop mining at block 86000 and will liquidate my TDs as they mature and the coin is still alive. I don't expect it to survive the year. I like @freetrade s idea, it's a fundamental different concept and the term nutocracy : loveable . I will hodl and mining and yes hodl hodl hodl... lol. It's an experiment but i think it's nice! |
