How do you think the country, in which have been invented and released the coin, is related to the nationality of investors?
If that will be the case that coins have debugged their origin then the anonymity of cryptocurrency is gone. So I think there is no solid evidence of where coins is created or what country it has made.
I think first of all it depends on the mentality of a certain nationality:). One absolutely does not care how to make money.
I think business does not have any relation with nationality, when you choose a coin to invest in, you should not look at the team's nationality in case you believe in the project, from other side, you should not invest in a coin just because its team are from your country.
The origin of the coin doesnt affect its market

For security issues is number one because it's all about our important assets, what I've done so far about security is obvious by installing a premium antivirus that aims so no malware will attack my device, then always bookmark all the web we normally visit and of course do not arbitrarily open the site or download files that are not important.
And for wallet like MEW at this time I still feel comfortable using Metamask service and all this time my assets are still safe and hopefully will remain safe.

Hardware wallets can do the trick as your Crypto Assets will be safe and secure.
For me, I don't really have no issue even if I didn't own hardware wallets to secure my Crypto Assets but I just simple have a MEW wallet with digital keys but I do never save them in my computer nor on my cloud storages.
I do put them on the paper and keep it on the most secure place that only me knows.

Intsall metamask extension because it will protect your browser from these phishing sites,i am using it for about a year without any problem.Use hardwallets like trezor and ledger to be sure that your bitcoins and altcoins would be protected from the malwares and viruses in your computer, these hardwallets has an extra protection because the private keys are built in with the device, theres also a recovery seed where if you loss your wallet you could easily recover it using the seed.

Yes, its good to keep your crypto assets safe. I use hardware wallet to keep my crypto away from the hackers. Hardware wallet is a safe place to keep your crypto assets because your private key never leave your wallet.
Personally i went with the Ledger Nano S. You get what you pay for this isn't a product you want to skimp on....

What you do for security?
I have installed some anti virus and malwarebytes,so my computer wont be infected by these malwares and viruses that could steal my private keys, use a hardwallet for your own security ledger and trezor would be the best choice as they are the most trusted by the community, metamask extension will protect your private keys from the phishing sites so you need these things if you want to be secured all the time.
I too plan to use it, as I believe it is very cheap as compared to other major names while it provides similar stuff. Often the problem is that NAME is what makes you money, so no one believes in trying anything else even if it is the same thing in terms of security. But I am looking to hear about the price of other hardware wallets and then make a comparison.
Trezor is one of the most secure wallets:D
Wil you be kind enough to tell me the PRICE (COST) of that wallet? And can you tell me 1-2 features that are really good? As everyone is mentioning Trezor, but no one tells the cost.

What you do for security?
It is true that it is very problematic to manage so many addresses and private keys, but it is a provisional measure while my assets are not so significant at this moment.
Always be careful to where you send your money. Double check or triple check is a must.
Cold wallets is also a good investment.
Never ever let your funds stay in a trading website for a long time. If you want to trade then just send in the amount that you can afford to lose.
Dont trust website wallets. Anytime there will be something wrong that could happen. If you want to withdraw to cash then just send also the amount you want to withdraw.
Never share your private keys with anyone except your wife
First of all, l would like to check my accout. Then, l will lock my handphone. Besides, l will download antivirus to protect my handphone. In the main time, we must keep our password with carefully. Because it is very important to open our account. So, I think this my opinion about to do for security. Thank you

Since it isn't really that 100% secured in putting your money in cryptos, either use a hardware wallet, avoid online wallets and if I'm gonna use software wallets especially Electrum then I would require to secure my computer also against all such malwares especially spyware since spywares are the usual softwares that would pretty much touch your files instead of destroying your file itself. Avoiding to let your private key to be imported in a trading site is quite advisable especially if you're using MEW in EtherDelta is quite a good pratice, like EtherDelta has its own DNS hack not long time ago so there's that.
Use an offline wallet or ledger, that's basically it. You don't have to give yourself too much headache when the solution is simple, and you end up not risking anything in other system that you do not have control.

Second is stay clean, do not go to malicious websites. Clicking on some ads/links can get you phised and hacked.
Install a good firewall/antivirus or malware/rootkit protection.

And don't give you private keys/address to anyone, also your personal info on public/social media.

I think Ledger is something that MOST are fairly well aware of it, but I have NEVER used it and I like to know the cost and how it works. This BItFreezer is $49, so looks fine to me. I don’t exactly have a burning desire to have this but I feel if $50 can give me security for my 5k amount, then it should be worth going for.
A original updated OS & Antivirus is doing half job and another half is avoding free WIFI, using offline wallet,  2factor auth, single pc ETC..

What you do for security?
I just create unique password, not same with my DOB or anything else of my public data. Turn on one time password to my phone.
And also use Google Auth if the website provide it.
First you will need to install some good anti virus for your computer or laptop, add some malwarebytes to be sure that no malwares will be installed in your computer.Use ledger nano s or trezor they are the most commonly used hardwallets (most trusted) by the community, third use metamask extension in your browser syo it can prevent phishing sites from stealing your private keys when you are transacting in cryptocurreny exchanges.
The most common hacks over crypto are with malwares, so first thing I did is I moved from Windows to Linux, as there are pretty less  chances of getting infected with malware on Linux as in compared to windows.
Second, most of my tokens I keep in my Ledger Nano S.
If I am trading on decentralized ETH exchanges like etherdelta, I make sure I use Metamask.
These are good practices to safeguard yourself.

My friend uses a bitfreezer purse.  He says that it is convenient and safe.  BitFreezer is built on the basis of Tails and because access to bitcoin runs from the boot operating system that is located directly on BitFreezer you do not have to worry about whether your operating system is infected with viruses.

The most basic tool to ensure your safety is your attentiveness, if you do not hurry anywhere and will be very careful approach to the case, then the possibility of hacking you will be less. So just be more careful and everything will be fine.
I dont recommend using any uknown hardwallets it is better to use what most of the people are using so you wont lose anything and you are confident that your hardwallet cannot be compromised,i am using both ledger and trezor for about a year and a half ,i really dont encounter any problems using it,these two are the most secured wallet to date, and you should get one also for your protection.
Install anti virus and malwarebytes so you computer wont be infected by these malwares and viruses, the hardwallet that you mentioned is from uknown developer so i wont recommend to use it ,instead of that you can use ledger nano s because even your computer has viruses and malwares you private keys wont be stolen by these hackers, that is why it is recommended to have a hardwallet.
Security on huge assets or investments is important. Hacking can be done easily if your computer can be manipulated or viewed from a remote location using viruses and or malware. Using hardware wallet can be a very good option for security purposes. I would suggest you should use that.

How can the ICO scams be identified?
I think that ETH has very few chances to outrun bitcoin. But I think that there is a chance. Bitcoin is the father of all the crypto currency. He will always be ahead!
I think that Efirium has a good chance of getting around Bitcoin - but that's as long as the Etherium is the right coin for investors. Bitcoin is still the main cryptocurrency, and the Etherium Undecided. For example, at the moment, many investors are already using the NEO for their own purposes, since the Ethereum has already become a rather expensive coin.
20% chance that this happens this year and the best chance it has at doing that would be right around the corner as BTC is hurting right now.
In this battle I'll vote for Ethereum. It's very simple. Bitcoin is very outdated technologically, the cost is hype and fame. Overall it is a bubble and we can see how it is broken now. The air has a quicker transaction and he provided the best technologically.

How can the ICO scams be identified?
ETH blockchain system is more advanced and efficient ( in my knowledge )  so the transaction fees will remain low.
They are both falling down)))So, it's strange choise)
ETH will never have a chance at all to go beyond BTC. because bitcoin is the head of all altcoin and can never be exceeded by all altcoin. another altcoin may exceed ETH but ETH will remain in the lower position of BTC
No chances for ethereum to surpass the bitcoin if you just look at the price gap even if we say that bitcoin is still crash nowadays bitcoin will not surpass any of those alts that be force to bitcoin down. History still history nothing can ever be improved or change even in the next few years in the world of cryptocurrencies.

Ethereum will beat bitcoin very soon.. Because it is more than what bitcoin is.. In background lots and lots of developments going on for Ethereum than bitcoin. So I believe ETH catch first position soon.
This chance is very less and hard but It is not impossible. I believe ethereum that will come to a very nice point but Bitcoin is very powerful and doesn't give easily ıts location.
Go for eth, is going for sure one day to surpass the shitty btc. Btc is nothing but an empty token, worth nothing, eth is a real platform with a real important purpose.
I trust Ethereum very much. It continues to progress with solid steps. But Bitcoin is always number one in this market.

How can the ICO scams be identified?
I do think one day ETH will be more valuable than bitcoin, but it will be way in the future. Bitcoin has been around for a lot longer, and is the flagship of cryptocurrencies.
no one knows, all can happen in cryptocurency, we wait and see and take the position where we will be involved. that's all it needs to do.
eth will be one of the cryptocurrency coins that have the strongest positions and high prices in the foreseeable future. but I think the bitcoin is still far superior to everything in eth b app so it gives confidence if we have to have bitcoin and eth.
i think ethereum will hardly have the chance to surpass bitcoin in many years from now, because first the supply of bitcoin is just 21 milion dollar, that makes the shortage higher in the future, and the value of bitcoin rightnow is a big distance that ethereum can hardly to catch up easily.

I think i have 10 various different coins in this time. and it's really fun for me.
Not much Undecided, a few hundreds in one and a few tens in two other coins, so in total I have investments in just 3 altcoins, since most of my money is in bitcoin.
Well I make investments into altcoins around $1000;D

120  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]🔥[+5% Private Round] 🔥Republia: Leading-Edge Ecosystem and Technology on: August 08, 2018, 02:14:51 PM

I think the ICO period runs very long because the ICO must be prepared well and must be successful so that the product will be made from the ICO results can be very useful and useful for the whole world, while for reward I think you better see the allocation when the first times become a participant.

With the long period, the project can be exposed to a wider range of investors thus the coin/token can be distributed more evenly over general public rather than being obtained by major few. The profound value in crypto is being decentralized and, in my opinion, the longer period makes sense in this context.
The length of ICO time should be related to the degree of difficulty of the project Wink. The longer the time, the more investors there are and the more fully prepared.
