I voted for pnnv.com as one of the alternatives and I'm also using it right now, I don't know about the others, so far PNVV is making an impact by running an avatar campaign and I read that they will soon launch a signature campaign the design is very much similar to the old Preev and its ads free, surprisingly.
I wonder where they are going to get the revenues the admin spends with money out of their pocket to promote this converter.
and it's also the choice of those who voted.

If you check it, there are some members who seem to be willing to do your initiative with your site's notes only continue to serve Bitcoin calculations (maybe it's okay even though you add some altcoin). You should not need to be pessimistic anymore and immediately put the signatures design on the OP.

as you can see, the whole discussion was caused by a hosting problem with the preev.com site. Also, I buy preev.net because the previous owner did not set aside a measly sum for extending the domain and hosting. it is quite possible that the problem is not the amount of money.
Regarding development, ease of use is the main advantage, all additional complications with extra features will detract from the usefulness of the service. I think all users of preev service (or their alternative) know about CMC but for quick info, they prefer to use a simple page without redundant information.

the hype around this is very interesting, given that most of the services will be non-commercial, it will be interesting to see how many of them will survive the next cycle of domain and hosting renewal.

No favorites yet since we have to see how reliable they are.
Another problem with some of these sites is that they are usually relying on one source for price which is not a direct exchange either. For example btc2fiat and preev.net are 100bit look the same and all seem to be using coingeko for their source. myri.io is short and looks the same but uses only bitstamp.

Any good alternative, in my opinion, should have a short domain name that is easy to remember and fetches the price from multiple sources all being actual bitcoin exchanges. Not third party APIs like coingeko, coinmarketcap, etc. and maybe no altcoin exchange like Binance.
Some sources could be: Bitstamp, Coinbase, Kraken, Gemeni

None of the sites provides a correct value of bitcoin price in my local currency (BDT). According to PNNV, the price is BDT ~1900000 while the actual market price is BDT ~230000. There's a gap of BDT 400k which is almost $3.5k. The USD rate you are using is most possibly the rate we can see in google. While in Binance it has almost a gap of BDT 20. I hope I was able to make it clear. If possible, use Binance p2p rate for providing the data. That's the market price in our country.

Can you design a set of signature? That would be helpful for you because there are some good guys here not having any signature but would definitely love to promote a non profit platform like pnnv.com.

It is a great initiative that you have created such a website. It will help us a lot as we are facing issue on preev from a long time. But I want to suggest like hugeblack to advertise on the forum by using personal text or avatar. And in this way you will get more traffic than posting on the reddit or somewhere else. Also, you may create a good design announcement thread on this forum which will be helpful too.

I like your activity and I hope that you will continue to develop the site or at least that there will be more than one member who can access the domain (in case you do not have time to renew the DNS)

In general, advertising here is better than wasting money on an article that will quickly disappear over time, and since the signature campaign is expensive, I suggest you rent Personal Texts for, say, 3-5 dollars a week.

After checking the site I want to suggest USD amount should be counted as only a few units. This looks not good to me

This happened to me when I was using default USD or EUR currencies after selecting both exchanges Bitstamp and Binance, so rounding should be fixed in this case also.
Dark mode looks cool, and I would update old logo from PREEV to PNNV, it doesn't have to be anything special or fancy.

I just played with it a bit, and the site is looking good.  I like the night mode feature, cool addition.  I'm sure it's still a work in progress but I did find an issue that you may want to resolve; I found that it doesn't convert backwards from fiat to BTC, i.e. if I want to see how much bitcoin is equivalent to $500 USD (or any fiat) the BTC field is stuck at "1".
