Wow, threatening a player on here is very brave.
It sounds like he hasn't broken your terms and conditions but you don't like the way he/she played. It is ridiculous to claim it is "illegal" when it was your responsibility too make it clear what is allowed with the bonus. Maybe posting on here is not the right thing for the player to do, but it should not be an issue to resolve problem in public if this is what they want.
If this player really found a bug the honest thing to do would be to pay the withdrawal and fix the issue.
It is not a bug, he broke the terms and conditions which i stated at the top of my posts and it is written black and white in our T&C. In order to withdrawal the bonus, you need to wager X45 - if you dont wager x45 on your deposit amount, you can not withdraw your funds. The slot had a progressive bonus, he lost his money + bonus, and didn't close the window in order to withdraw the funds. Like i stated before, it is a pocket money for us and we are willing to return the money, fact is, user did not send me a single wallet to get his funds. |

If you did not want players using these slots with a bonus then you should have something in the terms to say this. Your terms said nothing about not being able to play these slots and I did not only play those games. You are talking like playing these games means I will abuse the casino, but even if you processed my withdrawal my account was not even in profit!
By saying you will refund my last deposit you are just voiding my winning session but retaining the session where I lost money. Casinos that do this kind of thing are predatory, where does it end? if someone plays a jackpot slot with a bonus (and contributes to the jackpot) is it then abuse if they then win it with a cash deposit?
Come on, it needs to be in your terms if you don't want people to use a bonus a certain way. Just refund both deposits and stop making excuses.

Really? You should describe it in details and should also post some proofs. And since the site is still in construction and did not they release the final version yet some error could be happen as normal. Hello, i would prefer not to do this post but the situation is crazy and i dont know what to do anymore.
Stake.com blocked me 4000Euro, cash-in are still available but cashout are blocked, i didn't had any explenation about it and their support service is just jumping me to contact them through an e-mail that still didn't answer me.
They keep saying me that it's another "department" and that they cant do anything. Now is nearly 2 days this happened and i still didn't had any reply or answer, im seriusly worried about being scammed.
What can i do?

Something that really gets under my skin is the no KYC Verification on deposits and the full KYC verification on withdrawals. Why is it fine to take the clients deposits without any problems and issues...but when they want to withdraw it.. then suddenly excuses are introduced to keep them from withdrawing it?
Didn't know this earlier. I thought KYC wasn't required for both deposits and withdrawals. If this is true, this is one big reason why crypto gambling enthusiasts need to avoid this site. I advise op to get rid of this crap asap. Most of the gamblers are very concerned about revealing their identities especially those who are aiming to hide their participation with this kind of activities.
The problem here is that KYC is still an issue when it comes to withdrawals. What I noticed is when I click the tab at the top for casino nothing that much changes only at the top but at the bottom, they're very responsive and quick and that's the same for the live casino.
