101  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Can 2FA be Hacked? on: December 14, 2020, 11:08:59 AM
No matter how strong a security software or hardware can be there is always a way for hackers to get through and carry out their missions successfully, if you are too careless with your smartphone your 2FA can be jailbreak, make sure you don't share your phone with anyone
102  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If all state banks will make their own cryptocurrency. on: December 13, 2020, 09:28:04 AM
Every countries will get their own digital currency sooner or later but these digital currencies will work like stable coins that we are very familiar with in crypto space presently, this won't bring any form of hate or war on crypto coins, bitcoin and others will still exists and still remains the best investment options for many investors because they are volatile
103  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Many old coins are dead and abandoned by the developer, WHY? on: December 13, 2020, 09:25:30 AM
Two things are involved here, a failed project is different from a scam project, a failed project fail due to lack of funds or interest in the project, expectations aren't met and they have no choice but to close down but some people willingly build scam projects to rob investors of their money and slowly swallow the whole liquidity themselves
This is even a tip of the iceberg, scam developers are now blaming hackers for their misfortune, they pretend to be hacked or they hacked their projects themselves and lie to the world about their misfortunes, this is currently happening around DeFi projects today.
104  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The success of the project depends on the project developer himself! on: December 12, 2020, 09:51:36 AM
Apart from scammers that pretend to be developers we have many new developers that are lazy, they only want to make money and stop working on the project, crypto space lacks serious developers and since there is no way to make developers face some screening we won't know who really have blockchain technology experience or not
105  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Best coin to mine with cpu for long term hold and also for daily on: December 12, 2020, 09:48:27 AM
Hello community. Please guide me which coin i should mine using my spare cpu . First suggest me coin which generate even satoshi value of BTC per day profit. Then suggest me a cpu mining coin which has potential to pump 10x in long hold.
A single CPU won't bring you anything even if you are mining 24/7 every day, majority of CPUs are bad for mining because they can't keep up with the high difficulty of many altcoins, if you don't have the following CPUs don't bother wasting your time, also they are best for RandomX Algorithm

1. AMD CPU Threadripper 3990X
2. EPYC 7742
3. Threadripper 3970X
4. EPYC 7551
5. EPYC 7601

106  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Most profitable altcoins to mine right now on: December 11, 2020, 09:03:52 AM
New altcoins are becoming more profitable than old popular altcoins and these coins aren't revealed on whattomine platform,

1. Mango coin (Chuckwa) 3.17$ with gtx1660 super
2. Taona coin ( X16R) 2.80$ with gtx1660 super
3. Veil  (RandomX)  1.83$ with gtx1660 super
4. Veriblock  (vProgPow) 1.05$ with gtx1660 super

Since mining Ethereum is now less Profitable I have to find new altcoins to mine and sell for profit, mining Ethereum with a gtx1660 super will give you 0.97$ today.
RandomX is nice for mining it by GPUs? Oo
All the others have no volume and you can get profit by 1-3 rigs. If you want to mine it seriously - you would sell your coins day by day. It`s better to try octopus.
RandomX algo works best on CPU but it works on GPU too, the truth is this algorithm works faster when using CPU to mine, even old third and fourth generation of intel CPU are still good for RandomX mining but Ryzen CPUs are the fastest and the most profitable for RandomX
107  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty hunters, I need some advice on: December 11, 2020, 08:58:55 AM
We are an company from China, Our APP had 775523 users.
But we don't know how to spread our project in your guys country.
we hold an airdrop bounty but it looks don't have any effect, can you give me some advice?

this is our bounty thread.

You need more than just airdrop promotion, i will like to ask if your project have a ANN page on this forum, if no please make sure you create one, people need to understand what your project is all about and what problem is your project trying to solve in crypto space, if your project is less attractive you wont any difference, also find a good bounty manager and introduce a good campaign but first make sure you create a ANN page.
108  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Monero the most anonymous cryptocurrency in the world? on: December 10, 2020, 12:05:28 PM
Probably but not sure because I don't use Monero and other privacy coins for their main purposes, I invested in some to make more money out of them only, I don't have any reasons to hide my transactions on the blockchain, I guess the right answers can only come from those who have put the anonymous capability to test
109  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: CUDA 7.5 / 8 MINERS on: December 10, 2020, 12:01:40 PM
I think it's you who doesn't get it. Old GPUs means old algos and old software that is still available.

If you want support for new algos on od GPUs you can forget it. It won't happen because most new GPU algos need more than
4 GB of VRAM and developpers aren't interested in back porting for old hardware that's approaching obsolescence. Even if it did
happen it still wouldn't need an old version of Cuda.

The problem has nothing to do with the Cuda version.
You are mixing things up yourself, 4GB of VRAM is still sufficient for any algorithm except Ethereum algorithm, if a new coin comes out with Ethash Algorithm those which 4GB cards can still mine them, presently 4GB cards are enough for RandomX Algorithm, Cryptonight algorithm, ProgPow algorithm, etc
110  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Innosilicon A10 Pro+ on: December 10, 2020, 11:54:02 AM
Good people please dont buy ASICs for ETH it is killing it dont you know? you can buy GPUs instead for same money and for nearly same speed. I wouldnt support these scum manufacturung. You give your money to kill your own future. 8000$+ you can make real good people friendly rigs.
What are you talking about? If Asics can do any damages to Ethereum the team would have change it's algorithm to knock out asic miners just like what Monero did with cryptonight algorithm before switching finally to RandomX, Asics aren't a threat to Ethereum and other Ethash Algorithm coins
111  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Lame use cases on: December 09, 2020, 08:40:08 AM
Stop blaming developers, if they dont give a use case a try how will they know if it will work or not? Stop blaming failed use cases, if you don't try you can never know or predict the end results, artificial intelligence for example is no nonsense utility, just because it's not working on blockchain yet doesn't mean it's useless, A. I can have a home on blockchain in future
112  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Email address exposure in spreadsheet on: December 09, 2020, 08:24:48 AM
Don't expect all new bounty managers to be that smart, some of them don't even know how important proof of Authentication Posts are, these new bounty managers needs our help, we need more good bounty managers like Hhampuz so let's keep supporting and also keep correcting any bounty manager that make few mistakes
113  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: want to mine some xmr whats the correct/legit site for this on: December 08, 2020, 07:51:10 AM
where do i ggo for the correct legit xmr wallet i know wither eth its myetheruem or somthing like that what about monero nvm i figured it out through the pool help
I was in your position some months back, I couldn't mine XMR because it has no good mobile wallet and I don't have a computer to use the windows wallet until coinomi wallet announced that they will be supporting XMR, I give the wallet a try and it works wonderfully, their official website is https://coinomi.com
114  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Learn from my curiosity on: December 08, 2020, 07:46:30 AM
The twitter is still active but do not be fooled by this people, who is responsible for the price dump? Lol or is it bounty hunters again? The totally volume of this token was a little over 100k, I believe that's less than enough for the scammers to exit right now, they must have prepared for this for a long time and hope to get something big out if it, if from 15$ to 0.4$ isn't scary enough for you then you need to check yourself.
115  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: ETH switch to PoS will kill GPU mining but everybody seems pretty relaxed on: December 07, 2020, 08:07:19 AM
i am asking myself for years now if it would be profitable to mine ETH with a rig but just because they are saying for years also that they will switch to pos  i never started because i thought it wouldn't be profitable anymore to mine with a rig when ETH switch to POS but now almost 4 years later i still regret i did not started because there will always be coins to mine which are profitable
Don't take devs word serious until the news becomes officially activated, Ethereum Classic team claimed they will go POS too some months back, some sold their mining rigs because of this news, if Ethereum and ETC could go POS it's over for Ethash Algorithm they think, but ETC now later announced that they aren't changing algorithm anymore, instead they upgrade their Ethash Algorithm which now allows 3-4gb memory gpus onboard.
116  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: ETH switch to PoS will kill GPU mining but everybody seems pretty relaxed on: December 07, 2020, 08:04:26 AM
Ethereum isn't the only profitable Algorithm, if Ethereum POW stop working people will probably start mining Ethereum Classic or Raven coin, there are many algorithms to mine so how will GPU mining died because Ethereum is out of proof of work algorithm? Ridiculous
117  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How prepared are you for Spark token on: December 06, 2020, 09:45:00 AM
After origin protocol airdrop I think this spark token will be the next big airdrop this year, many people earned good money from origin protocol for just few referral to their app, if a airdrop campaigns is from a top quality project it will surely be very rewarding, after checking the roadmap of Spark I knew it's gonna be big
118  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Curious about binance DEX on: December 06, 2020, 09:40:52 AM
Binance is a big exchange, if they allow any tokens to list in their DEX it will affects their reputation because I'm sure that Scammers will start listing their junk tokens on the platform, just because it's a DEX doesn't mean that the door is always open to any tokens

You point of view is correct, if Binance allows all projects to list their tokens on Binance dex for free of cost it's mean they're opening doors for scammers to ruin the clean environment of their dex which may cause for Binance to loose the reputation and trust which the exchanged has earned between crypto community from the last couple of years.

I think that's good move on their part, even if it is Dex, the project still needs to pass thru their requirements. It is better to have a DEX with valuable tokens rather than full of crap tokens. They will just waste their resources listing all those worthless tokens. Though I haven't used their DEX yet, but I believe they have good list of tokens there as compared to other DEXs.
You are right, that's why you won't find too many new tokens getting listed on binance DEX, sometimes freedom is a destroyer, the freedom of listing on Uniswap is why scammers are cloning tokens on the platform, binance team are smart 👍
119  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Mobile wallet is more important on: December 05, 2020, 09:25:20 AM
Almost all replies under this topic are getting the whole point wrong, OP is talking about new projects, this isn't a debate between mobile wallets vs PC wallets, I guess people aren't reading this days, most new projects runs on different chains, meaning standalone separate blockchain and wallet, what OP is saying is new projects like releasing windows and Linux wallets only, excluding mobile wallets and those who don't have windows PC won't be able to invest because of lack of mobile wallet, not all new coins will get listed on wallets like trust wallet and others
120  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: What coins to mine with 2GB GPUs? on: December 05, 2020, 09:17:06 AM
Feel free to post any coins/algos you know that can be profitably mined with 2GB GPUs! Thanks
Find coins that are under Mega hash rates, from 1 Terabyte hashrate it will be very difficult to earn or solve any block when mining, you can use https://www.cryptunit.com/coins to find new altcoins to mine and also take note about the coins you choose, make sure the coin says active like the image below
